29/03/2024: This is a cozy, friendly spot with seafood that is cooked perfectly. Delicious. We had the herb crusted salmon, mussels, fish cakes and tossed salad. All were delicious but the mussels stood out— the velouté was perfect.
Friendly, attentive service and good value for money.

01/04/2024: After 3 incredible visits here I can comfortably say Butcher Grill is my favourite place in Dublin, the food is incredible, the cocktails are delicious, the atmosphere, vibe and layout of the restaurant is so cosy and intimate, and the staff, oh the staff, the customer service is 10/10 every time . They go above and beyond and just make every visit special. If you're looking for a treat, do yourself a favour and head here
26/03/2024: The best gastronomic experience, I’d like say thank you for everything, thank you for the panna cotta with candle to celebrate my boyfriend birthday. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is perfect. Definitely we’ll be back.

04/04/2024: Featherblade is a fantastic restuarant located on Dawson Street. Our dining experience was extremely positive in terms of food quality, service and general atmosphere. We chose the set menu, which was reasonably priced. It also reflected an extensive range of options. The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and flavoursome.
The staff were very attentive and there was a lovely relaxed, friendly ambiance.
We'll certainly be returning to Featherblade and I'd have no hesitation in recommending this lovely restaurant to others.
01/04/2024: One of the best meals I ever had. The picanha was tender, chimchurri great and the spinach cream was superb.
Will definetely come back soon.

31/03/2024: Food was OK, quite expensive for not massive portions tbh. We had to ask multiple times for vinegar and the sweet menu-younger members of staff don't follow through and seem easily distracted. We were sat quite close to the bar in the restaurant and the whole time we were there all we could hear was the cutlery being dried and thrown back into the cutlery tray at the bar, surely this could be done somewhere else, out of earshot of people trying to enjoy their meal? Not a great experience tbh and won't be rushing back. Unfortunate, as we were there a few years ago and the food and service was fab.

02/04/2024: Average food, I think it's a bit on the expensive side. Loved the ambience though - was silent and soothing overall (there were bigger groups on the other side though, so can get a bit loud too)
17/03/2024: Wonderful little restaurant! We were trying to escape the crowds on the eve of St. Paddy’s and found this lovely spot. The service was excellent and super friendly, and the food was delicious. I got the veggie special, which had loads of grilled veg, a flavourful olive tapenade and grilled halloumi - just divine. They also let me add a piece of fish on the side for a very reasonable price. We were so pleased and had a wonderful evening!

24/03/2024: Steak frites and salad were excellent. Wine is expensive per glass, that could be something to improve upon. Service impeccable. Coffee was great. Too warm on ground floor beside open plan kitchen however.

02/04/2024: So good that we went upstairs for dinner twice during our 3 day stay! We were staying at the Ashling Hotel just up the road and stumbled across Ryan's pub when exploring. My husband had a fair few Guinness's during our stay and swears the best ones were enjoyed in Ryan's. Hope to re-visit again in the future!

02/03/2024: Got an incredibly salty burger. It's like if you dumped a teaspoon of salt on it. I even had 2 other people taste it just to make sure it. They agreed that is was very bad. When I told the waiter all I got was "ok I'll tell the staff"

23/03/2024: We've never had such a bad meal in Ireland. The waiters were all unfriendly. We were seated at a table that was barely lit. I hardly saw my counterpart or my food. We ordered Cola without ice (it was too cold for ice cubes for us). We only got half-full glasses. We weren't nearly full from the main course (seafood) and we're not gluttons. The bill was then simply slapped on the table. We then had to go to the counter to pay. It was just terrible!

28/03/2024: This is the 2nd time we've eaten here. Deke is an absolute gentleman and a real Dublin character. My daughter had the gouging meal chips& drink. I had the half pounder burger meal chips& drink total was €20.50 excellent value. The burger is definitely worth trying 👌 totally fresh & dripping in flavours. Definitely 8 out of 10 on the food. I'd highly recommend the burger meal good quality beef & fresh crunchy veg. Well done Deke! We will be back. Brendan Cowzer
