04/05/2025: We visited the Town Hall on April 29th. We found the staff to be so helpful and friendly and the food was excellent.
Special mention must go to staff members Natayla and Ainé for their outstanding warm and friendly service. We had family home from Australia and the were blown away by standard of care and service we received on what was a busy evening in the restaurant. We would certainly be recommending the Town Hall at Old Ground hotel to anyone visiting Ennis.

09/06/2025: Our server- Alan (Black short hair and tall) was absolutely wonderful and couldnt commend him more if I wanted to. Wont leave here hungry as portion sizes are decent. Was instantly seated when we walked in during a busy enough service. Wasnt waiting more than 15 minutes for food. Would recommend buttermilk chicken burger because was as fulfilling as it was delicious. Cocktails were amazing. Will visit again.

14/06/2025: I have just woke up at five am talking about how unbelievably good our meal was last night, it was the last thing I thought about and now the first thing !! We eat out A LOT in a variety of different styles of restaurants but this place has blown my mind equally with the unquestionable quality of the food and the level of service, I am not one to jump on and leave a review and I will be sorry if we can’t get a table again in here because it has made our trip to Dublin !. Thank you to all the staff for being just another level at what you do, you have made a lover of all things beef (farmer) extremely happy, lindsey x

11/06/2025: Order for 3 burgers to take away. The lady insert 2 in the system and then I had to wait like it was my fault and all the food then was cold. “We can’t do the two burgers again” worst experience

14/06/2025: This cafe bar left a very bad impression.
The food is not bad, but the service is at a very low level, you order for one amount, the check comes for a completely different one. You start to figure it out, they don't want to hear anything, everyone covers for each other, and deceives people.
I will never come back again!!!!!!

24/05/2025: First-time visitor to Ireland. Was told this was a great place, near our hotel, for breakfast and it didn't disappoint. The big breakfast crepe was delicious (have to put the BalleyMaloe relish on it... yum)
The sugar waffle was even better and the Americana coffee was very good. It's a small quaint place with outdoor seating.

08/06/2025: Came here on the recommendation of the receptionist at our hotel across the street. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in we felt like family. Mick, the owner, was hospitable and kind. He would stop and chat with us between helping other guests and told us a lot about Trim and its history. We both enjoyed our dinners thoroughly; I got the fillet and my girlfriend got the salmon. I will definitely be returning here when I come back to Trim. I recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
08/06/2025: Had a lovely meal with my family. Food was super, lovely staff and they really made us feel welcome. We will be back again soon.

10/06/2025: Best hamburger I’ve eaten while staying in Ireland, the quality of the meat is really good and hard to find elsewhere. Maybe a bit on the smaller side, but I definitely do recommend eating there if you fancy a hamburger!:)
08/06/2025: Came to Dublin for 7 hours before my next flight, have asked Chat GPT and he recommended this place which I regret I went to. 14€ for poor costumer service and 15-20 minutes of waiting for medium size burger, which was flavorless to be honest. Place is definitely overhyped on the google maps.

Scotty's Famous Burgers & Wings

09/06/2025: Thank you! Scotty's was our go-to as students, and I was so glad to come back with our son.
People are just as lovely as I remember, the music is chill and not too loud, lots to look at, read, etc. and the food is just as good as I remembered, even with the rose-tinted lens of nostalgia.
We got a boxed "doggy bag" because, as I also remembered, the portions are very generous. The curly fries and burgers: just go for it 😁

I really liked everything - delicious food, large portions, after which you definitely won't be hungry. The atmosphere is cozy, the interior is stylish and thought out to the smallest detail - it's nice to be inside. A separate plus is the convenient location, easy to find and get to.
I definitely recommend it, we will come back more than once! 🌟

13/06/2025: Gotham is a great cafe to have a snack or lunch with some good people watching and fresh food.
Highly recommend the Arancini appetizer.
