20/05/2026: We used loving salads for our daughter’s communion at the weekend & I can honestly say we were blown away. The quality of the produce, the value for money, the flavours & presentation were all flawless. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their home catering menu for any event.
20/05/2026: We have been ordering loving salads since our daughter’s first birthday party and most recently had them at her communion party last week. They are always a big hit with family and friends. I can’t go past them for flavour and value for money.

03/01/2026: It says open on Google Maps but it’s actually closed. I would expect them to change their opening hours during holiday times.
PS.: After seeing your reply, I would like to add that I have changed my rating to 3 stars. The reason I only gave you 3 stars is that everyone's time is valuable, and if you had indicated your working hours on Google Maps, I could have made other plans for that day.

26/12/2025: Bright Side has become a regular stop in our morning. The staff are always welcoming, the coffee is up there with the best in Cork, and the white chocolate and raspberry muffins are to die for.
09/10/2025: Lovely little spot for a coffee. The service is very friendly and welcoming. Coffee always delicious. I docked a star for the Hallumi bagel because I just thought it tasted a bit odd with the combination of ingredients. It was nice enough but just a bit too sweet with the squash and the caramelised onion relish. I was a little disappointed I hadn’t ordered something else. Aside from that I do enjoy the setup of this cafe it’s bright and airy and nice to sit in.

14/05/2026: Went there with some friends after class about 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday and there was live music good atmosphere but actually easy enough to get a seat for our small group of 5 in a quiet spot down the back.
11/05/2026: Big disappointment! The bouncer, so heavily criticized in the reviews, wasn't there tonight, May 11, 2026. We were really hoping to see him, as well as the waitress. Unfortunately, only very friendly guys were there. A great evening so far.

19/12/2025: Just had a delicious toasted chicken sandwich and coffee at Food Capers. The chicken was fresh and not the horrible package stuff many places do now. Service was efficient and friendly. Will deffo be back!
