01/11/2024: Food was the best Woodfire pizza I’ve had to date, pictures don’t do it justice. All staff are really friendly. Great music, nice drinks. All round really good and a must try

20/10/2024: Be me. Travel alone. It's cold and a bit breezy. Do some quick googling. Realize you can't get in to the Michelin started place. Fallback and COME HERE! Be warned it will be busy. The people know about this place. The place looks a lot bigger on the outside (opposite TARDIS). Inside there might be about 8 seats. The Q is packed. Order for take away and miss out on some specials. The staff is helpful and friendly even for a foreigner like myself. I got a prawn onigiri and tantanmen. The onigiri was gigantic, and if you're not terribly hungry it might do you. The diamond was the tantanmen however. This dish was absolute gas. 🔥🔥🔥 I did cry a bit because I'll have to fly back to Cork to get this again. The atmosphere added to the dinner. I felt welcomed, like someone elses home, and home cooking. Thanks for making feel like family for the evening. Immaculate. 💙

29/07/2024: In my opinion this is one of the best pubs on the North side of cork city. The bar itself is very comfy . The staff are so polite and professional and the pint is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended

17/11/2024: Went for the Grill Room Sunday Roast for 2, hugely disappointing, None of the 3 meats served were roast or part of an actual roasted joint, they were simply normal cuts of meat, also no roast potatoes and the portion sizes were terrible.

17/10/2024: Lovely place. Good environment. Nice terrace. Good vibe. However, the main point is, after the dinner experience... do I want to be back? Is it cost price benefits balanced? Probably not. Way too costly for the "return of investment" I see a lot of reviews about such amazing food, but let's be honest, amazing is something else. This is just ok. Good and friendly service.

11/09/2024: You’re only stop if watching Celtic play a match, big screens and plenty of small ones and the place fills up with die hard Celts which creates a superb atmosphere especially for the old firm games. The stout is very good here too and the local Beamish can be got for a fiver a pint, which is fair given the proximity of the pub to the city centre, just a 5 min walk down the hill. No beer garden which is a disappointment and no food options but it’s not that type of establishment, all about the pints and football which is fine by me

05/11/2024: "Great food Friendly & efficient service" Myself and my family visited the Brook Inn for my Daughters Graduation dinner on Oct 30th .There was a group of 24. Service & food were excellent. and what a wonderful experience upon arrival ! Delicious food and service with a smile, plenty of options for Adults and kids to choose from. The staff made sure kids food was served first so adults could then eat meal with no issues. Barman Patrick was really friendly & so lovely & very accommodating.Service was fast for drinks & food We will definitely be returning to this lovely establishment. Read less

19/10/2024: We got a seat for two but said we only have an hour,there was a mix up with the order at the start and the women in charge came down after we ordered and asked us how long we were waiting about we said half an hour..it was getting busy but we got the starters on the house...other than that the food was excellent and the a beautiful Italian restaurant.... overall a very nice place to eat

23/10/2024: A Great Place to Relax and Have Fun! Flannery's Irish Pub & Lounge is a real gem on Glasheen Rd in Cork. The atmosphere here is fantastic – cozy, friendly, and authentically Irish. The bartenders are always welcoming and serve quickly. The drinks are top-notch, with an excellent selection of Irish beers and whiskeys. I visited with friends, and we had a great time. The music, the crowd, the decor – everything makes you feel like you're in the heart of Ireland. If you're looking for a place to unwind or meet up with friends, this is the perfect spot. I'll definitely be back!

12/10/2024: To be honest it is just exactly what you expect from a good pub. Good beer, nice staff and nice live music events. My personal highlight was the beer garden. All in all a nice experience.

10/11/2024: Absolute rip off. Most expensive shout but murphys and Guinness in cork. Charge for everything. Good for sport but food expensive and nothing great and small portions. A big no from me.

22/09/2024: The coffee was good and the inside atmosphere fine. The outside deck upstairs looked like a good place hangout. Except when I went up there other customers were sitting with their feet on the chairs. Hopefully on a return visit this won't be the case.

21/09/2024: Very good music!!! 🎶 Nice place, pet friendly, to relax. Good-natured employees although the girls in the afternoon were somewhat noisy. The music and the terrace, the best.

03/11/2024: Great find - just by chance driving by. Stopped to grab a bite to eat, and this is the only reason it doesn't have 5 stars, parking can be a challenge. I side the options of food, seating is great, decor is interesting all be it on the thematic dark side, great artwork thougba dntoilets are in good condition. I had the Smashed Burger, which was delicious.

27/10/2024: Koththu Joint. It was a tasty and authentic Sri Lankan food experience. Such a pleasant vibe to hear the koththu music in cork. Food was yum and tastefully presented. And the staff was friendly. Definitely will be going back.
