21/08/2025: The omelets (breakfast omelet), the scones, the beans on toast, the bread... Everything was delicious and mostly homemade. The woman who runs the cafe is lovely, very pleasant and smiling. You have to go there if you are in the area.

05/11/2025: The room I was assigned was quite compact and had no proper window—the one there was completely covered, so you couldn’t see outside. The shower experience was frustrating; it took me about 20 minutes to get the right temperature. On the positive side, the hotel staff was helpful and arranged next-door parking for an early morning departure. The hotel itself is quite old, but the convenient location makes it a good choice for short stays.

24/11/2025: 10/10 banana bread and very fresh. Tasty well made coffee. Looking forward to trying the sushi bar. A very cute corner café 🐻

21/11/2025: Best sushi in town! Very cosy atmosphere, nice coffee, even better chai latte and high quality sushi. Very cosy family atmosphere, the stuff is amazing. Recommend all my friends alredy

02/11/2025: We ordered the communion package last May. The ordering process was very easy, Audrey was very helpful. The food was ready on time, all delicious and everyone was complimenting it. I’d definitely order again.

09/10/2025: They brought several cupcakes at work for an event, I tried the chocolate and strawberry one and I've never tasted so artificial flavours before. The chocolate tasted like those chocolate easter eggs you get at the supermarket where the chocolate gets white after a while cause its so cheap and the strawberry had so much sugar in it my teeth started to ache.

16/10/2025: Over rated. Asked for less garlic and still got a heap of garlic on my chips - chips were okay. Nothing special. Pita was awful, bread was good though. Other local chippers a lot better 👍🏼

20/08/2025: Guinness was awful. The staff seemed friendly but when questioned about the quality they became very defensive. Worst Guinness I have had in Cork. I will not go back in the door of the Roundy based on unfriendly staff reaction. They really need to focus on the quality of the drink they are serving and sort it out.

06/08/2025: We had a lovely time here at The Roundy over the bank holiday weekend. Great drinks, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were nice and welcoming. We will certainly make a habit of returning here when in Cork city.

28/10/2025: This place is convenient and offers pizza, Subway-style snacks, burgers, and wraps. Personally, I ordered an El Diablo pizza. Three hours later, my stomach threw it up. Food poisoning? Or maybe indigestible fats... You can't say the food is excellent for the price, but at the time, you're glad to have something to eat.

14/11/2025: The other day I was eating at coqbull and both the food and the service was exceptional, Diego recommended us among their variety of desserts and he couldn't have been more right. I will be back for sure

11/11/2025: Excellent lunch menu, great price and delicious food! I ordered the avocado eggs with salmon and a beer, and they were amazing. The service from the waiter, Diego, was outstanding, very attentive and helpful in guiding my choice, always making sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back!

16/10/2025: Interior is dated. Coffee was below average, totally overpriced food too.. I won't be back.

26/09/2025: I had the coffee here and it was bitter I think they added too much coffee. I can drink strong coffee but this was bitter and adding sugar didn't help it. It is overpriced and not really high standard and a few of the staff look depressed there but the staff were nice I just felt bad for them. If it's all of them looking a bit sad it's usually the way they are treated by management, i know from personal experience. Edit: Excuse me but I don't care. 1 I don't go to Ucc, 2 This is my review of your café I have given other places 1 star your not special. 3 if you are going to threaten defamation you have to prove that what people say are false. 4 I never knew about you threatening a staff with a weapon allegedly now I regret ever going to your cafe as that is disgusting to have that as a rumour. This comment you made makes you seem deranged. I never knew about the rumours I stopped in and had bad coffee which is what I put down and your staff seemed sad how would you know if you ain't there. You have to things in your personal life. Get a grip not everyone is going to like your cafe
