01/02/2026: DO NOT GO HERE INSECTS IN FOOD Myself and my boyfriend ordered two subs each today and after my boyfriend took a bite of his we noticed small grey insects crawling out of the food. We called them up to let them know and the person on the phone was horribly rude kept saying "what's the problem" after telling them there's insects in the food. He said "well then take a picture if that's true". We'd already threw the food out in the bin because I was horrified. Honestly a horrible attitude to have from the staff and I've gotten sick from the thought of it all.

04/04/2026: Very poor service. Waited for over 30 minutes to get my order. Really not happy wrong order onto of that. Never coming back to any Eddie Rockets. Very poor service food portions also very small

01/04/2026: Very disappointed with the service at Eddie Rockets. We ordered fries, onion rings, and one chilli fries, but the order was completely wrong. Instead of chilli fries, we were given fries with beef sauce, which was very concerning as one of my friends is a strict vegetarian. This kind of mistake is not minor and should have been handled more carefully while taking the order. Although they offered to replace it, the situation could have easily been avoided with better attention to detail. Overall, not happy with the experience. Customers should be able to trust that their dietary preferences are respected.

30/11/2025: The food market section is usually solid, but everything else is seriously overpriced for the quality you get. The produce is regularly right on the edge of expiry, so you have to check everything carefully. For the prices they charge, the quality just isn’t there

23/10/2025: Got a sandwich today for lunch When I asked the girl behind the counter, what was in it? She told me she didn’t know. I decided to get it anyway and it tasted awful. Come on guys you really need to up your game.

23/12/2025: Avoid this place at all costs I got a lamb kebab tray instead of a mixed kebab like I asked but he said he only had that left the thing stank of arse like it had been sweating like a 40 year old in sauna when I ate it it was fine few hours later I went asleep woke up and got sick everywhere

23/08/2025: In viaggio a Dublino ho mangiato più volte in questo posto, sempre molto soddisfatta. Ottimo il loro piatto della tradizione fish & chips, per me in versione senza glutine con una perfetta panatura croccante e non unta. Atmosfera informale ma con stile e servizio attento e curato. Una nota particolare alla professionalità e simpatia di Simone!

22/08/2025: GOT A HAIR IN MY FOOD !!! WHEN I POINTED THIS OUT TO STAFF SHE SAID THE HAIR IS BLACK , AND YOU HAVE DARK HAIR . BUT OTHER STAFF HAD LONG BLACK HAIR ALSO . I GOT NO APPOLAGY NO SORRY NO NOTHING. SHE JUST WALKED OFF AS IF IT WAS MY PROBLEM NOT HER'S. RUDE , AND CHEEKY STAFF . UN TRAINED IN FOOD SAFTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT EAT HERE , ITS A DUMP.

03/02/2026: Great food, very fresh offered by the team at Zaytoon Camden Street Dublin, all cooked there and then and full of flavours and colours on your plate. Not expensive and provides a great place experience eating in house. Worth a visit on your next visit to city centre.

10/07/2025: Unfortunately, I've had my orders messed up multipe times and been outright given the wrong order more than twice from different staff and seen them mess up other people's orders and have to run after them. I mean in both the sense of getting the order's detail wrong, like leaving on onions when you asked for none, or outright giving you someone else's food. There's making a mistake and there's being consistantly disorganized. The staff arent at all unfriendly, the food is fine when you get what you ordered, but double check what they give you before you've gone all the way home. I really don't recommend going here if you have specific allergies.

15/03/2026: Not great & avoid. Always crappy customer service. Food used to be great but defo gone down hill and more expensive. Tried to charge me €2 for the crispy rice noodles for yuk sung, on a €55 order.. I actually hung up on them. always the same, charging mad prices for a tiny pot of sauces and ‘extras’ I wondered why I hadn’t ordered from them in a year and totally remember why…

11/03/2026: We come here quite often and usually get the Spicy Bag. It’s really tasty and the portion is very good. The service is always great and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely keep coming back.

03/04/2026: I had a very frustrating experience with Milano on Dawson Street. We initially tried to call to make a reservation, but one of our friends had their call answered and then abruptly hung up on. It then took a further five calls before we were finally able to get through to someone. When we did eventually reach staff, we made a booking for six people, including a baby and a wheelchair user — so it was important that everything was properly arranged in advance. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told there was no record or confirmation of our booking at all. This left us in a very difficult position, especially given the needs within our group. Overall, the experience was disorganised and disappointing, particularly given the effort we made to plan ahead. I would strongly suggest improvements in how bookings are handled and how phone enquiries are managed.

15/02/2026: Have been going to this restaurant for years...Last night obviously Valentine's we booked a table I asked for the same we always book because my wife has mobility issues. We got there at 5.10 there was an issue over the table but was resolved after a few mins..We were told they needed the table.back by 7.30 which was fine..Seated at 5.20 and both starters & mains by 6pm even though we asked for a break. We were not asked if we wanted a dessert juts tea or coffee. And when we said no mints were brought over on a plate which you usually get when you get the bill. We felt we were been rushed and didnt enjoy it. We would be reluctant to back when there ion an occasion because you dont get the same treatment.

31/12/2025: Very disappointed with our experience. We were told the waiting time would be 45 minutes, but ended up waiting over 2 hours for our order. When the food finally arrived, the order was completely mixed up. We ordered two prawn curries, but instead received three duck dishes and only one prawn dish. This was especially frustrating as two people in our group don’t eat meat at all, so they had to share one dish. The order was over €70, yet there were no prawn crackers, no apology items, and nothing complimentary added. Given the long delay and mistakes, this was very disappointing. Overall, poor service and lack of care. We won’t be ordering again.

17/12/2025: There is a reason why they are in business so long. Got a fresh cod and chip with garlic sauce. It was absolutely scrumptious

29/10/2025: We love to go here when we get back to Ireland, really good food, fish and chips or sausage and chips.
