14/03/2026: I’m disappointed, I’ve ordered from this place before and the chicken in the spice bag was never stiff compared to how it was when I went in and ordered on Thursday evening. I literally broke a bracket on my brace biting into the chicken, it was that stiff and hard to eat.

30/12/2025: Just ordered a delivery. Fast friendly delivery and hot.Food was good, curry sauce was very nice. Though got noodles instead of rice in my Singapore dish. For this reason only 3 out of 5.

03/02/2026: This has to be one of the better burritos I have tried. Stumbling around Dublin trying to get to the Spar around the corner, the smells came wafting from here? Should I? No... I'm going to Spar. But... Let's just look at the prices and offers. A student deal?? Sign me up! Got a beefy barbacoa burrito with cremosa salsa and a Sprite zero. Heaven on a rainy day like today. Maybe the taste was better because I was hungry and tired, I don't know and don't care either. I liked it a lot. Plus, they have Valentina hot sauce, so of course they're legit. (And Frank's Hot Sauce, but they put that shit on everything (iykyk).) Hope to come back here one day, either by myself or with someone else. Also, hearing Spanish solidifies how legit it is. 😊

15/12/2025: Ordered a burrito. Beef barbacoa. What they lack in flavor, they compensate for it with hefty amounts of volume. The flavors are bland. The type of burrito that’s enticing to start, but after 6 bites in, you’re questioning whether it was worth the effort. Not enjoyable.

28/01/2026: Very bad experience. Pasta is not tasty at all. Restaurant is super small, glasses for water dirty. I'd recommend choosing other restaurants?

28/01/2026: I don't understand the 5 stars. I asked for carbonara. No home pasta, they usea bacon and cream instead the proper meat and egg yolks. Sorry but i don't recomend it.

21/07/2025: On Sunday, I experienced racial abuse from an elderly man in his sixties at Costa in Shankill. Accompanied by my nine-year-old daughter and my younger brother, I witnessed an unsettling encounter. The man struggled to use the card machine, resembling an iPad, prompting my brother to politely suggest that he tap the top part. In response, the man aggressively retorted, "Mind your own f-ing business and go back to where you came from." He further stated, "You are in Ireland now." When I asked him to elaborate on that statement, he refused to respond. I also heard him mumble something about being a woman, though I couldn't catch the exact words. His behavior escalated as he began licking his lips and eyeing me in an unsettling manner. He had a distinct accent, which I could not pinpoint—possibly African or New Zealand—but it was clearly foreign. When I confronted him regarding his remarks and inquired about his origins, he merely laughed and declined to answer. This experience has left me feeling unsafe about returning to that Costa. Such behaviour is utterly unacceptable and should not be tolerated in our community.

05/07/2025: Bright, spacious café on two floors. The barista (tall, red-haired guy) was very fast and skilled, yet he always found the time to smile. Perfect spot for meet-ups and my cortado was delicious!

07/10/2025: I would like to make a complaint about a very disappointing experience at your café. The staff member who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional, behaving as if she was doing us a favor instead of providing customer service. We really enjoy your coffee, but this kind of attitude completely ruins the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper customer service training for the staff involved.

27/09/2025: The place is so nice and has lots of variety of beverages and food as well. The staff is so unfriendly and grumpy! No smiles at all , I didn’t feel very comfortable there.

30/01/2026: Absolutely disgusting, I ordered spice bag, there was hard dry drumsticks in it, no proper chicken and nothing else only spice powder, never again , people run away from this take away

17/01/2026: Ordered two margarita pizzas here this evening. Hardly any sauce or cheese on either so they were extremely dry (like cardboard). Would not recommend!!!

03/11/2025: Its taste was better than any other mexican chains in Ireland. But the matter is their bad customer service, so I get it why the rate is not high enough over 4 stars. It was pretty aggressive service for me, so I thought it might have been trainee but made me surprised that was supervisor’s service.

13/10/2025: Great Atmosphere, amazing staff great food, krissia was serving me today and she was brilliant i felt she did her job to an amazing standard, would highly recommend! Will be back !!!!
