19/04/2025: Wow. If I could vote lower I would. Service was fine. Quick and efficient. The food was quite possible the worst thing I have ever eaten. I got a chicken burger and I think it was burnt and then left to sit for 1-2 weeks to be honest. It was drier than dry and burnt beyond approach. The chips were meh. Besides the flavour of burn there was no flavour at all. Husband got a Korean chicken burger and if you bought it from a burger van after a night o. The drink you still wouldn't rate it. Love wetherspoons This is a sad copy of bad food Don't waste your time.

28/01/2025: Had lunch here around 1pm, it wasn’t busy and Rohid looked after us very well. The toasted 8 euro cheese & ham sandwiches were freshly made and were delicious, I should have asked for a bit of mayonnaise but didn’t bother. People who came in seemed to be known and it seemed v friendly and local. Got 2 cakes to go which were particularly nice, the carrot cake portion was huge but it didn’t stop us eating it, the Bakewell was the best I’ve eaten in a long time. Seating inside and outside. I will be back. It’s was under 12 euro pp

16/01/2025: Today's coffee was quite bad. I don't think it was easy for batista to manage to make a good cappuccino with one hand, cause he was talking on a phone. But maybe it can be improved if he practices more, especially with steaming the milk properly and pressing coffee powder to the holder better. The atmosphere is good and friendly, though

06/04/2025: Went into this place for a bag of chips and asked for red sauce, I was told its €3 for a tiny tub (like a cap full) talk about ripping your own people off! That makes temple bar look like bargain town. Definitely won't be back and wish you the worst of luck in the future.

14/03/2025: Been going to this Chipper for a few years now and never had any issues till now ordered a snack box tonight which is 8.90€ and this is the amount of chips you get come on that's pathetic for nearly €9....

13/04/2025: We slept in the hotel in the same building and had dinner here in the evening. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty and the portions were huge. The atmosphere is also very nice. We felt comfortable

31/12/2024: What a hidden gem , so much nicer than when the bar was called Grumpys it's now a stylish comfortable bar that myself and the wife will visit again for sure , rather than going to the same old places this is something fresh and new and very reasonable prices on drinks and food .. Furthermore I was pleasantly surprised to see a DJ on the night we was there and he was fantastic we will be returning for sure great bar for Tallaght

03/04/2025: One of the SuperValue chain of supermarkets with a wide range of popular products and their own franchise under under the Toomey brand name. A range of ready to cook meals in aluminium trays that offer a discount if you purchase two (mix & match). Sadly a lot of items have increased significantly in price including aforementioned. A good wine store always with fair discount on good wines. Ample parking but difficult to get back to the main road when finished shopping.

08/09/2024: Picked up a simple take away of two Chicken Kung Po's with fried rice- there was absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to the flavour we expected- in fact it had to be the worst dish I've ever had. Even the prawn crackers were off. I hate to give bad reviews but this dish was so awful I felt it was worth mentioning to the public.

07/11/2024: I attended TU Dublin and was generally pleased with the quality of the education. The course was well-structured, and I gained valuable knowledge that has benefited my career. However, my experience at the graduation ceremony left me with a disappointing final impression. Prior to the ceremony, I reached out to ask if my wife and our 1-month-old daughter could attend with me. I was told by email that there would be no space for prams, so my family stayed home, missing this important moment. When I arrived at the event, I was surprised and frustrated to see several other guests with prams and babies, and even a designated area to accommodate them. Afterward, I reached out to express my disappointment but received no response. It was incredibly disheartening to feel misled, especially on such an important day. While the course itself was great, this lack of clear communication and follow-up is something I can’t overlook. Because of this experience, I can’t fully recommend TUD to future students.

25/04/2025: Really gone down hill. Ate here with my two young kids and waited over 30 mins for two pizzas and chips. By the time it arrived my 6 year old was crying as she was hungry and it was incredibly frustrating to see a table who arrived after us get served before us despite their order being more complicated. One waitress on during lunch with a second arriving around 2.30. Toilets a disgrace. Putting it all down to incompetent management.

01/04/2025: The place is very nice, with a pool table upstairs and directly linked to the Camden, the live music is often too loud though.

08/04/2025: Great atmosphere. Julie mcCabe sings here on Monday nights 7 -10pm and she is absolutely brilliant. Everyone is welcome to sing and Julie gives great support. Always a great night. Spin the wheel is great fun too. 😀
