The best restaurants in Dublin

07/07/2026: What appears to be a small pub from the outside is much bigger than expected. With an interesting decor and organization. It also has a large burger place on the lower floor. Which was actually great quality for a fast food venue.

27/06/2026: We went to the pub for drinks and not for food (they are co-located spaces) and it is self service. It is a beautiful place, relaxed, in my opinion not one of the nicest in the city but definitely one of the most well-known and busy! Very reasonable prices.

22/07/2026: This one star is for the appetizers—they were absolutely delicious. However, the menu requires each person to order two dishes, and one of them must be a main course. When our mains arrived, I finally understood why they have that rule. Otherwise, I think most people would just order different appetizers instead… I ordered the beef fillet as my main course, but surprisingly, one piece was so tough that I couldn’t chew or swallow it. The quality simply doesn’t justify the price. One suggestion: if you’re charging this much, you should really use a better-quality soy sauce. Also, if you’re positioning yourselves as a premium restaurant, the sugar snap peas should at least have the tough strings removed. They were unpleasantly fibrous and difficult to eat. The dining space is tiny and feels quite cramped.

29/07/2026: Well prices food for it's quality. Me and my friend went after seeing it online and didn't regret it the chicken was filling and delicious seeing as it comes from Irish ingredients I will definitely be recommending and coming back.

29/07/2026: I was greeted by a lovely lady she seated me super fast and took my super quick also, I got loaded fries and tender and it was absolutely delicious! Jana was the lady who served me she was very friendly and I cannot wait to come back.

12/07/2026: Beautiful restaurant, lovely dining experience second time being there for dinner. Came this time for a birthday occasion and the staff gave us a lovely table and brought out a dessert with a candle after we ate our main meal on the house. All the food is delicious. Very attentive staff and made our dining experience memorable. Thank you!

25/06/2026: Chargrilled Rack of Kildare Spring Lamb, Garlic Roast Baby Potatoes, Courgette, Confit Cherry Tomato, Fresh Mint Salsa, and Rosemary Jus. Served with a nice Riesling. Dessert was a beautiful limoncello tarte with meringue, raspberries and raspberry sorbet. Wow. This is the nicest meal I’ve had in a long time. Thank you. Good thing I’m getting all these steps in!

06/07/2026: A first visit to The Sidecar as a lifetime Dubliner ! What a beautiful, classy, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit to this wonderful bar. Our drinks were brought to us by Imogen, an absolute superstar: extremely professional, knowledgeable and gracious.

07/07/2026: Awful place and Careless staff Avoid this place. I sat waiting for 45 minutes trying to place our food order through their app, but the app was completely broken and would not work.When I went inside to alert the staff, they just gave me lame excuses and handed me a physical menu instead of actually taking my order. Even after that, I still couldn't get any assistance to place the order, and the staff didn't even bother to come back over or check on us.We were ignored for nearly an hour because of a broken tech system and unhelpful staff. I ended up leaving without eating a single thing. Absolutely terrible customer service.
