The best restaurants in Dublin

07/12/2025: This is my favourite restaurant, in the world. And I have been to 68 countries. Andy McFadden is a world class Michelin star chef and everything about his food is just indescribably unique and absolutely sublime. The food is always unique and flawless. Flavours and flavour combinations I cannot even imagine. Whoever though a mushroom macaron could be such a sensation. There is so much more to tell but go for yourself. Service is always friendly and professional. I look forward to my next visit.

02/12/2025: The coffee is exceptional! The customer service is lovely and attentive but not intrusive. The brioche is the stuff of pillowy indulgent dreams. It is a real neighbourhood place, I wish this was my neighbourhood!

08/09/2025: Cant speak about food, but service and location is great. The sitting space on a fresh air with blankets and everything in black and orange make the place feel cosy. Even in a sunny day, trees and sheds give a nice and cool shadow. Great place to relax outside

09/12/2025: The restaurant itself is genuinely beautiful — the décor and atmosphere are lovely and definitely give a great first impression. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the setting. The biggest issue for us was the price versus the quality. The food was very expensive, and honestly, the quality just didn’t feel worth the amount we paid. There were five of us, and we were also charged around €16 as a service charge, which felt quite excessive considering the overall experience. On top of that, we felt a bit rushed. Even though there were plenty of tables available, the waiters kept checking in repeatedly in a way that made it seem like they wanted us to finish up and leave. It took away from what should have been a relaxed meal. Overall, the place is beautiful, but the food, pricing, and service didn’t justify the cost for us. Not sure we’d return.

09/12/2025: Delicious Japanese cuisine. Very tasty food, perfect portions and great drinks. Plus, it's a very nice place with an Asian vibe.

04/11/2025: Karen’s Diner has now closed in Dublin but fear not, you can come here instead! Ask for just coffees, and you’ll hardly be tolerated by the staff, even if the place is quiet! We were told AFTER paying that we could only sit and drink our coffees for 20 minutes (despite there being two available 2-person tables) and we were reminded to leave after 10 minutes. Decided to give it 2 stars instead of 1 star because at least the coffee is decent.

13/12/2025: The best restaurant in Dublin. Eaten here 10 times and every time is better than the last. I could not recommend here higher. From the service, to the food quality, to the wine, there's literally no better restaurant in the county (country possibly). If you're on the fence, do yourself a favour and book it. I'll refund you myself if you don't like it. VJ forever

21/11/2025: It was ok, would not go there again. We had a table for 6, we sat on bar stools which were uncomfortable and really tight. The food was mediocre of taste, beautifully presented though. The staff was super nice as well. But for paying 100+ per head, the value was not there.

16/11/2025: Fantastic experience from start to finish, warm service, great wine, and fantastic food - best steak I've had in Dublin, and the Ragu and Chorizo Croquetters were big highlights as well. Will definitely be back!

26/12/2025: I was very disappointed at Seafood ramen. It was toooo spicy and almost no seaweed in it. In the menu it was not mentioned that Seafoos ramen is spicy. I couldn't finish the dish. The tables are super tiny and the stuff was not very pleasant. The toilet is a disaster and it smells so bad... Very disappointing experience

29/11/2025: It was a generally fine experience, servies and staff where great and good food. A little tight space.
