18/03/2025: Wines and charcuterie were amazing. This is one of those small little spots that will end up being your favorite.

08/03/2025: We absolutely loved our time at Trieste! Barry, the owner, was so friendly and emitted passion for his bar. From his charcuterie boards to vast collection of wines, he definitely made it a night we couldn’t forget. Definitely come by if you’re in Galway!

19/03/2025: Brilliant food, amazing staff and a nice vibe, food is just out of this world, can recommend the Mai Chixuan, drunken noodles, udon noodles, the duck was AMAZING, the starter grilled chicken salad was gorgeous. Definitely top 3 reasons to come to galway. Fully booked when we got there, but waited maybe 10 mins and was worth it.

19/03/2025: AMAZING PLACE TOP 5 PLACES IVE EVER EATEN IN AND PROBABLY TOP 3 ASIAN CUISINES 😍😍😍 staff are SOOOO LOVELY and accomodating and the FOOD omg, ive been here many times and EVERY MEAL HAS BEEN 10/10. my fav asian restaurant in all of galway. 1st pic was a STARTERS… u get SUCH A GOOD AMOUNT OF FOOD FOR WHAT u pay for!!!! omg the food was to die for. 2nd pic was japanese udon noodles dish. it was 12/10 im telling you. PERFECT PLACE!!!!!

26/03/2025: Restaurante popular. No me esperaba comidas finas y manteles blancos, pero sí pensé que tenía demasiado ambiente de comida rápida. Me sentí apresurado al ver a la gente de pie esperando una mesa. La pizza era buena, pero no genial. Probablemente no volvería, pero parece ser muy popular, pero no para mí.

15/04/2025: Superb dinner with friends. Not only was the food excellent, the service was warm & friendly. Shout out to Ruby & our lovely waitress! We had the bread and butter (delicious butter btw), mussels, pork chop & risotto. All meals were outstanding. Dine in the snug room for a special event like a birthday celebration. Would easily return with a larger group.

15/04/2025: If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Took a day trip to Galway in search of seafood. We stopped at a restaurant for some oysters and prior to leaving our waitress recommended we head to Ard Bia for mussels, so we did! Holy cow—they were absolutely phenomenal!! The mussels were fresh, cooked to perfection, and the sauce they were in was incredible. The mussels basically melted in your mouth—something I’ll dream about for years to come. We followed our lunch with tea for two and coffee cake, both of which did not disappoint. The coffee cake was just sweet enough but not too much, and the caramel drizzled on top was chewy deliciousness—perfect with a nice cuppa. I hope to one day eat here again because it was as by far the best meal we have had on our two week journey.

04/03/2025: I miss the Salt House. I had the greatest experience there when my wife and I visited. They have the most amazing craft beer selection, the people working there are so friendly, and I felt at home every time we went in. We ended up there every night we were in Galway. I can't wait to go back!

02/04/2025: A really nice shop right in the city center. We were able to spend the entire afternoon there in the sunny weather. We enjoyed pleasant conversations and delicious beers at reasonable prices. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.
