The best restaurants in Galway

28/05/2025: Hands down the nicest experience I’ve had in a restaurant for years. Food and wine were incredible and Barry was so lovely ✨ I would go here regularly if we lived local. Spotless and the quality of food is so high. Do not miss this place if your in Galway. It’s also so nice to support a local business owner using local produce 🇮🇪

25/05/2025: This was what we needed when we needed it. Located on the edges of the Latin Quarter, this was the place we needed when we had enough of Quay street. It was quiet, it was quant, it had good wines, great cheeses, and tasty meats and very friendly service. The weather was great so we took advantage of their outdoor seating and couldn't have asked for anything better than the evening we had.

13/05/2025: From the moment we walked in the door we knew by the aroma coming from the kitchen, the meal was going to be good. My daughter and I decided to get an assortment of things to try because the menu looks so good. We had the dumplings, vegan Peking 'Duck' pancakes, stir fry vegetables, roti and the spicy beef salad. There was not one bad dish, the dumplings were cooked perfectly, the pancakes were so delicious and a great vegan dish, but the spicy beef salad was exceptional!!! My daughter and I were so happy, we were in a food dream. It is not only the best meal we've had in Ireland, It's the best meal we've had in weeks. You must eat here if you have the chance. The service was so fast and they were all super lovely and welcoming.

12/05/2025: Very tasty food. The operator is from Malaysia. And has put together delicious dishes from China, Malaysia and Thailand. A great combination.

30/05/2025: Super quick eat in pizza joint. Order at the till, your pie will be brought to you at a table. Very thin crust makes for quick service, but not all that filling if you're sharing with multiple people - consider ordering several! Several dietary options - both in topics & crust types

13/05/2025: We went to try their IRISH STEW, purportedly the best in Salthill. Disappointed to be told upon entering that they’re not serving food! Great ambiance though. We’re going back after dinner.

15/06/2025: Love this place. We got lucky and walked in for late lunch with little wait but it can get pretty busy. Dinner you almost have to have a reservation. The place has character. The drawers on the tables are full of notes from prior patrons. The food was so good. The french toast with peaches and mascarpone. The bread was so soft it almost melted in your mouth. The eggplant vegetarian dish was also quite good. The spiced beef was like korean kalbi-jjim with international twist, on a pita with leafy greans and other veggies. The kimchi pancakes were also delicious. Hot chocolate was pure chocolate but not too thick. Would love to go back.

14/06/2025: The food is something special, but the service is terrible. I don’t know why the staff thinks forcing people to know that they “have to be out by 8” when it’s 7 and they are trying to order dessert is supposed to accomplish, but it’s so poorly handled it’s pathetic.

03/05/2025: Great pub, the waiters are very friendly, the atmosphere is great and the croques monsieurs are great for mopping up the Guinesses 😋. Plus we arrived late (8:30 p.m. 😁) and the kitchens worked overtime 😎. Pay attention to the time, otherwise you won't eat in Ireland anymore 😔.

14/06/2025: My wife and I were there for lunch. Good fusion food. Interesting spot with some liquor and seasoning infusion decorations. It felt very transactional.

05/06/2025: After dodging lots of tourist traps around the city, we were very pleased to stumble across this Ruibin gem. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the wine selection was huge. We would definitely return!

24/05/2025: This place! Absolutely beautiful burgers!!!! Sides are delicious, wine is yum! Service is friendly & prompt. Prices are reasonable and the place is just gorgeous! Can't say enough positive things!

12/06/2025: Beautiful carbonara here, the chicken with roasted peppers pasta is also lovely. The special- ravioli stuffed with veal - was ok, a little to al dente for me compared to the other pastas.
