22/08/2026: The best choice we made on our night away

10/08/2026: What an amazing find! This was the perfect spot for a couple of hours of relaxation. I described my preference in flavor profile and wine and was presented with the perfect glass (so good we ended up drinking the whole bottle).

10/09/2026: How is this place 4.7 and not 5 Stars is shocking. Our waiter literally made the entire dinner phenomenal! His recommendations were spot on. I am celiac and the salmon and mussels were TO DIE FOR. Angry it ran out. I hope the owner sees this bc our waiter (Greek guy panjanoes? lol no idea how to spell it) but he is a GEM and deserves a raise! He treats his customers like family. The food was DELICIOUS! Like more than perfect. 5 FREAKING STARS ALL THE WAY!!!! Run here!!!

09/09/2026: The service was incredibly cool and friendly, the food was fresh, and the pasta was homemade 😊 We even came back a second time because it was so delicious, and the service was top-notch and very friendly – ​​simply a must-visit if you're in Ireland. It's best to make a reservation; we were lucky both times and went in without one for a group of four. But since it's not that big, I recommend making a reservation. 😊 It was simply wonderful.

06/09/2026: I was a little disappointed; I don't know why it's so highly rated. The menu is limited, and the food is nothing special. It's certainly not a place where I'd wait in line to get in again. The service isn't particularly friendly either, and they even charge extra for the sauce, which isn't even that great.

25/09/2026: Best food I have had after a week in Ireland

24/09/2026: I've been here twice. The first time I had just an oyster. The second time I came for a full dinner. I recommend making a reservation. I had the pleasure of tasting the best tuna in my life here. I highly recommend this place. You won't find a better fish restaurant in Golway. The waitress who served us was a bit scared. But she knows her job. The manager was very friendly.

07/09/2026: I had a great experience at 56 Central in Galway! The staff were really nice, friendly, and managed everything very well, even during the busy times. The restaurant was quite busy with tourists, but the service was still well organised. The food was amazing overall. I had the Irish breakfast, and everything was delicious, although the bacon was a little overcooked for my taste. The burger, however, was absolutely amazing! If you’re visiting Galway, I definitely recommend stopping by 56 Central. It’s a busy and popular spot for tourists, and for good reason. A must-visit when you’re in Galway! 🇮🇪🍔

22/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic authentic asian street food in the heart of Woodquay Galway. Service is impeccable! They have a second branch inside @supermacs Eyre Square. That opens till late. Menu smaller but still same deliciousness . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

21/09/2026: Atmosphere is like 7 out of 5 stars, what great vibes in here. Such an adorable little cafe with all kinds of delicious treats, and it's open in the evening for when you could use a night off from the pub scene to just sip a cozy tea amidst twinkling lights and soft music instead. We really loved this spot.

08/09/2026: Service was a bit hard to come by. Food was very good. Fish and chips. Big bowl of mussels. We sat inside but lots of outside seating if weather is cooperating.

03/09/2026: The food was really good! We had Guinness Beef Stew with self made bread and it was so perfect. We also had Irish coffee and it was great aswell. They actually had some space at 8 PM so it was very nice, the bathroom was great aswell and very clean, the atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable and the servers very attentative. When our glasses went empty she asked if we wanted some more drinks for example... All in all 15 out of 5 stars, wish I could actually give 100 Edit: The brownie and apple crumble were very nice too!

21/08/2026: I was sent here by O’Connell’s as I was searching for Ed Sheeran. He was not here either. As I had traveled so far, I had a few pints, perhaps more than a few and finally did see Ed. Actually 3 of him. It was the last thing I remember. So overall, an excellent pub. Will return once the authorities release me 5* Cheers 🍻

16/09/2026: We happened upon this place when dipping out of the rain, but were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

29/08/2026: If you’re looking for the best chicken wings in Ireland, City Grub is the place to go. The wings are always cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The sauces are outstanding, with just the right balance of heat and taste. The portions are generous, the food is consistently fresh, and the service is friendly and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’ve tried wings all over Ireland, and City Grub is still my number one choice. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food!

26/05/2026: We have been at this lovely cafe in Salthill quite a few times already and we always had a really good time. The food is superb and always leaves you wanting more.

20/05/2026: I came in this morning and there was a young lad serving, I was still half asleep, he greeted me with smile, helped me to order my breakfast, very pleasant manner. The food was delicious too, what a great start to my day! Thank you.
