19/08/2025: Soo good!!! We ordered the prawn wontons, the roti and curry, and the char keow teow. All were delish, really recommend the roti. Food also came out super quick and very friendly staff😁😁

01/09/2025: Book early!! Only 5 tables but worth the visit. The place is so cozy with authentic Italian charm. Friendly owner. Boards were excellent and don’t get me started with the wine. I would come back.

31/08/2025: A truly special place. We came in after the kitchen was closed but Barry made us feel right at home and made us a beautiful cheese board with fantastic wine and conversation. Please support this amazing business

12/09/2025: Amazing experience at Handsome Burger last weekend. Visited with my 15 yr old niece who really wanted to go there for her birthday, my husband & two kids. It was raining out, we were relieved to get in out of the rain and find there was a table on a busy Sat night. But the music was quite loud - nice for me, very buzzy - but way too much for my autistic 6yr old son. He was upset and wanted to leave. I explained the situation to our lovely, kind & empathetic server, Matthew, who immediately said no problem and went to turn the music down. My son was delighted and we all were too. We stayed and had the most wonderful food, Matthew continued to mind our table, seeing if there was anything we needed, and gave the kids a free ice cream treat at the end. Amazing experience, thank you. And please give Matthew a pay rise - he’s one in a million. We’ll be back.

11/07/2025: Had one of the nicest breakfasts ive ever eaten last Thursday morning in ard bia. Myself and my husband had to wait about ten minutes for a table which we didn’t mind at all as it was worth the wait. The staff were super friendly! We both really enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. Really good food bursting with flavour. I had eggs with avocado and halloumi with almond pesto on soda bread. Will definitely return.

10/07/2025: Such lovely service (especially gorgeous Izzy), food and location. Korma was delicious. Coffee is right up there amongst the best we’ve had.

19/08/2025: Lively busy spot on a weekend night , visited on sunday afternoon when it was much much quieter , it was nice to be able to drink outside on a summers evening alongside the Eglington canal.

07/09/2025: I absolutely love this pub. Just back after two nights in Galway. I spent both evenings here. I had to get back since my last visit at Christmas 2023. Michael was his brilliant and usual welcoming self as was Fiona. They found time to chat as busy as they were with myself and my wife. If I could live there, this really would be my local. 31/07/2025: We went there for breakfast. The chicken wrap and chicken sandwich were delicious and very filling. The coffee and strawberry smoothie were also great. The ambiance is nice and modern. The server was very nice. We'd be happy to come back.
