Unpleasant smells in the room.
Breakfast is only available from 9am!!!!
Way too late!!!!
All the smell from the kitchen came in through the window.
At breakfast there was the bare essentials, but nothing more.
Oh, before I forget.
You don't need to look for a remote control for the TV.
There was none to be found.
Unfortunately, even when we asked about it, we were not helped.
The girl at the reception was very nice.
We ordered several tapas.
But honestly the prices are an outrage.
Unfortunately a disappointment...
07/05/2025: Excellent tapas, coffee and cocktails. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Spouse got a haircut next door.

22/03/2025: Saturday night. Ordered a delivery pizza. OMG. Not cooked at all. Big chunks of onion practically raw. Huge pineapple chunks seems like they were just thrown on before the lid was closed. Went to cut it with a pizza cutter and the dough wasn’t even cooked. I salvage 2 slices of slop base and raw toppings. Had to put my own grated cheese on. Put them on pizza tray and into my oven. So horrible I’m having a bowl of cereal instead. Aldi pizza are so much better. I never write comments about where I eat good or bad but this is a different level.

24/05/2025: Went down for a communion dinner. Set menu but with good choices. Chicken wings were excellent and fried hake was meaty perfectly cooked. Staff were very friendly. Impressed.
29/04/2025: Went in here for a meal after the Connemarathon. The staff were so welcoming. We went in when the place was empty and they were delighted to have us. Really good food, nice drinks and a great coffee to take for the road. A credit to all involved.

17/03/2025: Second time I've ordered delivery from this place. Said id give it another chance. Food was freezing when it arrived over an hour late. . 1.45 from when it was ordered. Simple order of 2 kids means which arrived again with no toy and no juice. No point on complaining to driver. Not his fault. Pathetic service really

04/06/2025: After years of being a bit forgotten about on the Galway restaurant scene, the reinvented Pullman is a wonderful addition. The food (tasting menu) is delicious, the service is great, and the venue is quirky without being too gimmicky. It has all of the ingredients to become a destination restaurant in the West.

03/05/2025: Ordered the mega box today and it was honestly the WORST food I’ve ever had. The entire thing was unbelievably salty to the point where it was inedible — not one person in my house could eat it. We ended up throwing it out, which is incredibly disappointing considering I paid 30 euro for it. For that price, I expected at least decent quality, but this was a complete waste of money. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was so bad I felt I had to warn others. Basically paid €30 for a bottle of coke… 😑 was the only decent thing. Never ordering from here again.

Great value for money, fast & friendly service.
The portion sizes are very generous, but they don't compromise on taste. We tried the chicken curry & beef
Szechuan - Extra spicy.
Looking forward to trying other options on their menu

06/04/2025: I came in today with my nephews and niece just for a quick icecream , when I got in there it was 30 minutes to closing I asked if it was OK they said yes. I got in the door they didn't even let me sit down before grilling me about my order I felt rushed and it was so rude. I sat down ordered and when the ice creams came I was extremely pissed off I hot 3 icecreams and 3 soft drinks and an apple juice , the drinks were lovely but I paid 19.90 for bad ice creams extremely disappointed and appalled at the food I received and some of the service you need to work on
30/01/2025: I love the bistro! The food is delicious. Best pizza in Tuam, gourmet sandwiches, and one of the best Irish breakfasts I ever had. The service is unique, the people are so nice and friendly and the restaurant is so cosy and warmly furnished. Can't wait to be back again for an awesome meal.
