16/12/2024: I would usually give Santoor 5* but on Saturday evening, our takeaway order was missing one rice and a samosa order for which we seem to have been charged. (Over €60). A return to collect the missing items was not possible as we live miles away, so it was disappointing ...

27/10/2024: Tasty food overall but we waited over 40 min for our order. I would think it to be basic courtesy to make customers aware how long they will have to wait for their food especially if it's more than 25-30 min

28/10/2024: Room cold spoke to owner very rude and reply back was what u want me to do three people came to room to sort heating nothing fixed it fame on and off had to look for staff nobody reception over all very disappointed one staff member nice rest could not of cared like staying in IKEA room mi's matched furniture

24/09/2024: Spent 3 nights here. Lovely quiet hotel in a central location. Beautiful food and breakfast. Great service and lovely staff. Very comfortable room and clean. The hotel has its own style and decor. It's not a modern new minimalistic hotel.

23/03/2025: We ordered a large order for over 20 people for hen party. The restaurant were very accommodating and dropped up our food. The food was delicious and everything was correct in our large order. The staff were lovely and responsive throughout. Would recommend!

17/03/2025: Second time I've ordered delivery from this place. Said id give it another chance. Food was freezing when it arrived over an hour late. . 1.45 from when it was ordered. Simple order of 2 kids means which arrived again with no toy and no juice. No point on complaining to driver. Not his fault. Pathetic service really

09/07/2024: The food was okay, small portions, fine for me but not for someone who eats normally. It wasn't bad and the wait wasn't too long. Would recommend ordering before or expecting 20-25minutes wait at least.

19/11/2024: Ordered a cake for our mom’s 80th birthday dinner, the cake was described as ‘best ever in life’. Also ordered gluten free cupcakes and they were delicious. Can’t recommend Ann and the White Gables team enough, the food and service is incredible. A definite must for any occasion. Have ordered breads, cupcakes, cake and hampers from White Gables, 10/10 every time. Thank you Ann and team.

13/01/2025: Llegamos en un momento ocupado, pero nos dieron mesa bastante rápido en realidad. Luego hemos elegido del menú y la comida llegó lo suficientemente rápido! Pedí la ensalada de remolacha con mandarina y queso feta. Las mandarinas estaban encendidas como el naranja. La remolacha estaba en el borde y ligeramente viscosa! ¡Apenas sin aderezo, en pocas palabras fue una decepción! Cuando el camarero le preguntó si todo estaba bien, le hablé de los problemas. Se disculpó y se ofreció a pedir una nueva ensalada. Perdí el apetito y digo que ya no tengo hambre. En lugar de limpiar mi plato que dejó el plato delante de mí hasta que dejamos el restaurante! no estoy seguro de qué pensar en eso para ser honesto! Para ser justos, lo quitó de la factura, pero no me apresuraré a volver pronto.

11/12/2024: Tuve otra experiencia increíble a los doce. Tanto la comida como el servicio era exquisito. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar especialmente para las familias. Nuestro servidor Louise era tan entusiasta y encantador para nosotros y los niños. Sin duda volveré.

23/12/2024: I am surprised by the positive opinions Because when ordering fish, I expected fresh cod instead of a frozen piece of ground fish (it's like a fish finger (I still have gastric symptoms of discomfort, it's a pity that the waiter told me about this fact when paying the bill....

03/10/2024: Just letting people know that the granary have incorrect information on their website and on Google. I ordered, they took the payment, drove 20 mins to collect and it is closed. No answer from phone. I know other people have reported this online, and the possible open days are ever changing. This is terrible customer service, and I won’t be returning again, as this is a recurrent problem that they think is acceptable for customers to deal with regularly. Unacceptable.
