This is done through the use of exceptional communication skills, superior knowledge of products and services, and an overall sense of sincerity. Staff is well trained and kind. We keep coming back trusting the service. Not even once disappointed so far. Keep up good work!

17/04/2025: Stayed one night at The Twelve and really enjoyed it. The place looks great—modern and stylish—and the room was super comfy. Dinner was delicious and really good value. It’s also in a great spot, really close to Connemara. Would definitely come back!

04/06/2025: After years of being a bit forgotten about on the Galway restaurant scene, the reinvented Pullman is a wonderful addition. The food (tasting menu) is delicious, the service is great, and the venue is quirky without being too gimmicky. It has all of the ingredients to become a destination restaurant in the West.

25/04/2025: We took our first trip to Inismor over Easter weekend and the atmosphere in this bar was great. There was a real buzz around the village. We were warmly welcomed by Donal who couldn't have been more friendly and poured us the perfect Guinness. His food recommendations were great and we really enjoyed the service he gave. Thanks to Donal, we will be back.

09/10/2024: Very quiet place. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. We ate the full Irish Breakfast with tea, it was very complete and delicious.

15/09/2024: We went to this place because the girl in the tourist information recommended to us. We ordered the seafood platter and it was just 4 crab legs, 2 slices of salmon and plenty of coleslaw, pasta, salad...not worthy at all sorry! The price 24€. Maybe it wasn't the day but we won't come back. Answering your reply: We don't want to argue, it's up to you if you want to improve or not. We use to do reviews and read them as well. We ate all the fish (and you're right I forgot to mentioned it was 1 piece of fish cake) because we were starving but we were glad we ordered just one plate. My friend is Irish, she's a manager in a restaurant and I've been living in there so many years so I don't understand when you said in this country when you eat you pay. You asked me everything ok? and I told you "it was ok", nothing else. I didn't tell you any time I didn't want to pay because it's not just in Ireland, everywhere if you eat you pay. So please don't mix things. We were having dinner and breakfast at Murray's doonmore and was amazing the service and the food so our reviews over there are really good. When it's good is good and when it's bad is bad. And that plate wasn't worth it.

26/04/2025: Woman who brought down our meals was incredibly rude. Not a smile, not a nod of the head after thanking her. The lettuce on the burger was the worst i ever tasted. The burger itself was edible, just about. Got chips with it and the taste off them would put me off ever coming back to this place again. Probably a good spot to get petrol or use the toilet. Avoid this “Supermacs” anyways.

19/04/2025: Miserable and effortless coffee! We stopped for a coffee but were disappointed to see Nespresso capsules being used! €3.20 for a black coffee - all from a capsule! We won’t be back!!

28/01/2025: The Friday evening Fish & Chips special from "Enjoy" is very good!

25/05/2025: We stopped for lunch at The Moorings Bar & Restaurant and were very happy with the experience. My wife ordered a fish and chips and I had the fish of the day, Cod gratinated à la Florentine. Both were very good and generously portioned. The Baileys cheese cake for dessert was just ok. Overall a nice lunch.

19/05/2025: We eat lunch here every time we are in Portmagee. It's super cozy. The food is great. Service is fast. No need to look elsewhere!

05/05/2025: Passed by for lunch while biking and what a pleasant surprise! Generous portions, crispy fry on the fish & chips, delicious sticky toffee pudding.

14/04/2025: Lovely place, we had coffee and it was delicious. The reason we stopped was to use the bathroom on the way from Pine Island. Bathrooms were very clean and smelled nice.

30/03/2025: we grabbed some sushi to go, it was great. Fresh products, really tasty. I recommend.

02/03/2025: My family and I ordered take out for dinner and it was ready for pick up in around 20 minutes, the staff are very kind and responded very quickly over the phone. All of the food was really delicious and we put the take out in our own plates at home. We also got 2 little containers of miso soup even though we didn't order any, not sure if it's complimentary, but that was a nice surprise :)) 10/10
