18/08/2025: This Chinese restaurant was a complete surprise to me i wasn't expecting to find a Chinese restaurant in Carraroe but what a nice surprise staff were very nice service was good the food was great and the place has a pleasant friendly atmosphere and good prices.

05/12/2025: We were back for our Anniversary stay, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, food was delicious, will be back and highly recommend! We didn't get a chance to use the spa this time, nut hopefully again the next time

05/09/2025: Fantastic service - ordered a specific type of cake at short notice after trying several other bakers for my wife’s birthday to bake the cake and the staff were so accommodating and understanding the quality of cake was unbelievable would highly recommend and looking forward to going back again very soon.

11/07/2025: I ordered a Fresh Cream cake for a birthday online based on reviews. It was BY FAR the freshest and most delicious fresh cream cake we have ever had. Hands down we can's wait for the next birthday to try the another of their cakes!

10/06/2025: Stopped here soaked and exhausted during a bike road trip, the owner offered coffee and tea free of charge. Great place and nice customers, thanks a lot.

12/12/2025: I recently stayed at Renvyle House Hotel with my brother and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Anne-Marie and all of the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating from start to finish. The rooms were very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. We can’t wait to return in the New Year.

05/10/2025: The waitress was quite rude, the scone and the sandwich were dry and the soup was like spicy baby food. Disappointing.

15/07/2025: Plenty of space, even for campervans. Actually, too. Stone toilet building with hot water. The lifeguards are right behind the building. They're very friendly and helpful, by the way. Next door is a pub where you can grab a light drink if you've run out of supplies.

20/12/2024: Did Christmas market great people big covered space for use by patrons for family or corporate events. Community support is great and live music always a big bonus. The Owner and staff are so welcoming could not do enough for people and great atmosphere at end night when you fancy a night out in comfort with your friends..enjoy..

25/08/2025: Our family had a very memorable stay here. Rooms were very clean with a lot of space. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect, right in the middle of scenic places to drive. The best part was the staff who were so friendly and made sure we have a lovely stay. Thank you so much!

01/12/2025: Dear Lady Gregory Management, Up until today, our experience with various services at your hotel — including the restaurant, bar, fitness centre, and the hotel itself — has generally been quite positive. However, we were very disappointed by what happened today. According to your stated policy, lunch is served until 3:00 PM. We arrived at 2:57 PM — something that can easily be verified by your CCTV footage — and found that all containers and trays for lunch had already been cleared away. This suggests that the lunch service was being packed up well before 3:00 PM, likely around 2:50 PM or even earlier. This clearly contradicts your own policy, which is publicly communicated to your guests. We find this not only unprofessional in terms of service, but also very disappointing — as people organise their schedules around what you promise as a service provider. We made a conscious effort to arrive before the stated cut-off time, only to be told the service was no longer available — breaking your own rules. Moreover, no one even apologised to us. Instead, we were simply handed a restaurant menu — but if guests specifically come for lunch, it is reasonable to expect to receive lunch, not be redirected to a different menu. This approach to customer service is deeply frustrating, and we would kindly suggest that improvements be made in how you manage expectations and adhere to your own stated policies. We had to spend our money somewhere else today — but not to worry, your owner only lost a bit of profit. Well done — keep up the great work!

23/11/2025: Went in for evening dinner for a change as usually go to our regular spot. Partner child and I. 3 staff when walked in not 1 acknowledged us, went and sat down waited 10 minutes before getting up and asking for a menu. Then no one came to take our order while other tables where being attended to. So after another 10 minutes we left and went to Osullivans where the service is always on point as well as the food.
