11/07/2026: We had ordered take away before and we were not happy. When I contacted the restaurant, I got response very quickly and my issue was sorted out very amicably. Customer service was brilliant. Second time the food was very good and I was very happy. I will NOT hesitate to order food again. Very happy with service.

23/05/2026: Great spot to stop. Amazing gym. Beautiful pub. Great value. Really not a bad thing to say about the place. Spacious rooms with high ceilings.

22/05/2026: Wedding, vacation, couples, events, just going to the pub: the Lady Gregory is a top tier facility with amazing staff, and gibs of history and tradition in the Gort area.

15/07/2026: Stayed here for one night and it was one of my most pleasant hotel stays ever. Marina and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The room is modern and clean with luxurious touches. My only complaint is not staying longer! Can’t wait to be back. Thank you all for the warm hospitality.

09/07/2026: Had my mother’s birthday here with a group of 14. From booking it to the actual night everything was handled really well. Food came out together and staff checked on us without annoying us every 5 minutes. Very impressed.

01/07/2026: We had such a lovely time here. The atmosphere is really welcoming, and the stained glass details throughout the room give the space a wonderful, cozy charm. We were thoroughly impressed with our meals. Everything was presented beautifully, and the chips served in the metal holder were perfectly crispy. It is definitely a great spot to sit back and enjoy a well-poured pint. We will certainly be coming back again soon.

18/07/2026: We stayed at the claregalway hotel from 6th /10 July with our 2 grandchildren in a family room. First impression on arrival was 10/10. Rooms were, spacious, spotless and comfy beds. The food in the restaurant was absolutely beautiful with a great choice on the menu. We actually stayed on an extra night,,the good weather was a " bonus" . And now to the staff:--::as I didn't get all their names though, Lucy, Niamh and Alba on reception were, pleasant and helpful. Carlos in the restaurant was very efficient and a great personality. Daniel and Rion from the " kids club" were cheerful and always smiling, although I think they were glad to see Grace and Jake go home lol 🤣 they had their " heads fried" 🥺.I would definitely stay here again,and highly recommend it especially for families 🎊🥳🎉

07/06/2026: In general not a bad place just a few issues for starters no cash accepted at reception so there go legal tendor!!! Food,service & our Waiter Donal was excellent.. sink not working right in bathroom, a few cleaning issues!! Coweb etc..nite stay...kids playing on corridor at 11pm rang reception but nothing achieved as it started again at 11.30pm.. Breakfast ...again food good just cold plates..& waitress keep clearing table while people were still eating not good rule of hotel standards I thought?? 😒

22/06/2026: My wife and I had a lovely dinner here today. The pizza was delicious. We also enjoyed chatting with the Italian staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great food, great people, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

15/10/2025: I am vegetarian and I am allergic to mushrooms and it was a mushroom fettucine on the menu for vegetarians so that was dissapointing for me. So i just had the soup. Everything else was lovely.

09/08/2026: We had two salads (we were craving them) and chicken wings for dinner, and everything was delicious. Fast service, generous portions, and a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

28/07/2026: Our birthday dinner was completely ruined. We waited about 20 minutes outside without anyone serving us, then waited again inside. We had to ask for the menu and later even ask for the bill ourselves. We planned to order dessert for the birthday, but no one ever came back to our table. The food was disappointing too: the vegetables were undercooked and the baked salmon was still raw inside. For these prices, I expected much better service and food quality. I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for a special occasion.

21/07/2026: Great beach on the coast right by the RNLI station. Really interesting tidal features as the ocean changes her quite a bit. Sandy beach area as well as small pebbles area. Parking is available and area is quite interesting to explore. Can get busy on weekends and holidays sometimes.

06/08/2026: 10/10 chinese restraunt with genuinely yummy food, big portions and lots of choice. Prices are super fair and staff were lovely.

21/07/2026: Veg spring rolls and veg rice with curry sauce. It was ok, not much choice around. Either a Apache pizza or the Chinese.

17/06/2026: A charming traditional country pub with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff and locals are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The Guinness is poured to perfection, making it well worth a visit.

04/06/2026: Cheaper than the Temple Bar. Music is rather relaxed, but very good.
