07/05/2026: We had a 2 night stay and had a fabulous time. The excellent service starts with collection at the ferry. The hotel has a beautiful location, overlooking the Atlantic. The quality of the food and rooms enhances the island stay. Can’t wait to return!

18/08/2025: This Chinese restaurant was a complete surprise to me i wasn't expecting to find a Chinese restaurant in Carraroe but what a nice surprise staff were very nice service was good the food was great and the place has a pleasant friendly atmosphere and good prices.

I had this incredible grilled wrap (the filling was so fresh and flavorful!) served with perfectly crunchy nachos and a delicious house dip. You can tell they use top-quality, fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is exactly what you want—warm, inviting, and buzzing with a great local vibe. It’s the perfect spot whether you're catching up with a friend or just looking for a cozy corner to enjoy a meal. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are absolute pros—super friendly, attentive, and they make you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. Service was fast without feeling rushed. If you’re anywhere near Tuam, do yourself a favor and stop by. Easily one of the best spots for food and coffee in Tuam, Co. Galway.

26/11/2025: Our staff night out was celebrated with Urban Fire Pizza and it is worth traveling for. We will be back. Amazing.

04/05/2026: A well-located bar/restaurant on the port. We had dinner and drinks. The food was just okay. Mussels with lots of shells and very few mussels… a fish dish with four frozen shrimp, and to finish, a Baileys cheesecake where I'm still looking for the Baileys. Not bad, but not gourmet cuisine, and expensive for what you get. The bar in the other part of the restaurant is quite nice.
