05/01/2026: What a cool spot. Definitely retro in the best way. The food and service was just incredible for a very reasonable price.
03/01/2026: Why mend what isn’t broken, still the best restaurant in Dublin for atmosphere ,food ,service ,nostalgia . If it is your first time to Dublin treat yourself.

06/01/2026: Got the tip from a local, walked into the establishment with zero expectations and got blown away - went down the stairs, ordered our food and got it right away - everything was lovely except for the chips which were just not seasoned enough.

The Legal Eagle
Dublin
03/02/2026: Man, that’s delicious! My husband and I had a few of the starters to split for our dinner, and everything was delicious. This is modern Irish cooking at its absolute finest. The front of house team were all knowledgeable, friendly, and really made us feel welcome. Tip: order the focaccia if you order the mussels: you’ll need it for mopping up.
10/10, no notes. Thank you, Legal Eagle!
02/02/2026: Friendly staff

La Maison
Dublin
01/02/2026: Frequent this restaurant regularly , always lovely
20/01/2026: Went in for a set menu with my partner.
We had cod croquettes and French onion soup for starters, as for mains we got the cod and the chicken, and creme brule for dessert.
As for the starters they were very good. The croquettes had a delicious sauce alongside them and the soup was full of flavour. Just be aware that it has cheese that sticks to the spoon.
The chicken main was cooked beautifully and full of flavour. Loved that the chicken was very juicy. The cod was also very well cooked and tasted amazing.
The creme brule was tasty but it was cold. I personally prefer mine to be warmer.
Overall it was an amazing meal and experience. Well worth it.

09/01/2026: Great place to grab a bite to eat and a cold pint to drink. The beef stew was the highlight but they have great alternative options.
24/12/2025: I had a Brownie! The server was awesome. I visited this place December 24th, at 17:00 and the place was super busy!

Bastible
Dublin
18/01/2026: We had a lovely lunch at Bastible and the food was delicious. The portions however were really small (even for a tasting menu) and we unfortunately left hungry. We did enjoy our experience but it would be good if the staff didn’t rush you out - they took our final plates away and replaced it immediately with the bill and card reader which felt a little inhospitable for a Michelin restaurant. We found somewhere else for a coffee afterwards! Would still recommend for taste of the food.
17/01/2026: Honestly, this place is a total joke! It's not a Michelin star restaurant—more like a delusional minus star spot for wannabe rich people. The food? Absolutely appalling. We waited over two hours for the tiniest portions I've ever seen. I'm talking about plates that had one bite of food on them—there were four of us, and we barely had enough to eat!
Every dish tasted the same, and we sadly went through seven of these microscopic plates. It felt like they just divided one sad piece of fish among the whole restaurant. And don’t get me started on the prices! It’s way overpriced for what you get. If you’re looking for a real dining experience, just skip this place and go to Guilbaud restaurant instead. Seriously, save your money and your appetite—this place is a complete ripoff .

The Celt
Dublin
23/01/2026: Great place for music and atmosphere. The staff very friendly. Even the love birds
22/01/2026: A very nice Irish pub just steps from the city center. I liked both the place and the food. The staff were friendly and helpful,
the prices were moderately high, in line with Dublin pubs. Vegan options are available, which is not always easy to find!

Aqua

17/02/2026: Lovely restaurant, beautiful view, and top-notch service! The fish and chips was excellent.
15/02/2026: Definitely the best fish/seafood I ate in Ireland !
I had the fish and chips for my meal and the fish was ginormous and fried to perfection. The chips were good as well. I also had the salmon gravlax as a starter and it was AMAZING ! It melted in my mouth and the flavour was unmatched. The views are great and the service is excellent.

O'Connell's
Dublin
20/02/2026: Nice bar with friendly and hard working staff.
The food wasn't the best. I had chicken wings, which tasted nice but some of the wings seemed to be refried.
There was nothing exciting about the smashed cheese burger, which came with a small portion of chips and some wet salad leaves.
The brownie was delicious.
15/02/2026: The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We had the typical dish, fish with potatoes, and beef with Guinness sauce. They had gluten-free options.
