03/04/2026: Very disappointing service. Food was great except the fries were undercooked and my first glass of wine had a lot of sediment in it. Didn’t finish the glass of wine and didn’t touch the fries. Mentioned it to the waitress but neither issue was addressed.

02/04/2026: Very happy with my meal here. The Guinness beef pie was awesome. The service was very attentive and cocktails were great. Everything was good and not too crowded. Quaint but trendy atmosphere. Far superior to all the crowded tourist pubs.
30/03/2026: The team at the Legal Eagle were amazingly attentive from start to finish! We even received a list of must see places to go in Dublin from our waiter who unfortunately we didn’t get the name of but he was the man in the flat cap and he made our experience amazing! The food was incredible, we had the Sunday lunch and the portions are plentiful with bottomless gravy! Would definitely return if we end up back in Dublin in the future!

29/03/2026: The experience was extremely enjoyable. The host was very friendly and made excellent recommendations. The food was delicious. The haddock was superb. The server Murilo was great and had a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to speak with. Washington The bartender was nice and friendly as was Kunal. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will certainly return!
26/03/2026: Great restaurant with friendly and pleasant serving staff. The food was excellent and there is an extensive wine list.
The venue is stylish and we had a cozy cubbyhole table which was quiet and semi private.
Recommend and would return.

I don't understand the bad reviews; our visit was fantastic! The food is superb, and everyone was more than satisfied! I highly recommend the poutine. Amazing gravy with perfect fries and crispy chicken.
Overall, it's very clean with friendly service.
One of the best restaurants in Dublin!

16/03/2026: Mother's Day Lunch 2026 - rigatoni, half a dozen oysters, seafood platter (small). We have been celebrating Mother's Day at Aqua for nearly 20 years - food and service remain excellent with a lot of the staff who have been there consistently! Highly recommend.

21/03/2026: Fantastic spot. The menu is perfectly crafted from beginning to end. Highly recommend especially if you’re looking for an intimate low volume restaurant with high quality cuisine. Great service with about 10 tables and a high top. Loved every minute here.
20/03/2026: I had an incredible anniversary dinner here. The food was extremely good and the staff was so lovely and generous. Aoife, the manager, was very charming. Highly recommended. We'll be back for sure.

The food was absolutely delicious, but such a pity about the rudeness of the waitress/manager on the upper floor.
14/03/2026: Nothing but praise for this restaurant. I had the best meal I have ever had in Ireland, having lived here 20yrs now. We loved the John Dory sharing plate in seafood bisque! Also, the service is delightful. Every waiter was equally charming, a rare surprise these days. This is now officially my favourite restaurant in Ireland!
