23/02/2025: Brilliant pub, great music from 4 till close . Brilliant atmosphere. And a big shout out to Charlie the barman, hes an absolute gem, an asset to any business. Hope to be back in kilkenny very soon.

20/01/2025: We stumbled upon this cozy and friendly bar our first night in Ireland. We are American and were looking for a place to watch the American Football game. This bar had it on the TV towards the back. Although I can't speak to the food we did have some wonderful drinks and entertainment. We ordered a smith, a Guiness and plenty of Jameson gingers. All the drinks were great, but what made the experience was the live entertainment and the patrons of this bar. The patrons seemed to consist of many regulars or friends of the regulars. We met Charlie the bartender who was so kind to everyone including us. He took the time to talk to me about our trip and showed sympathy about the current political climate in the US. We also met other travelers and now have new friends. I recommend this bar if you are passing through Kilkenny and I hope to go back one day.

27/02/2025: The perfect sandwich, atmosphere and friendly faces. Great for coffee, groceries or special treats like wine or cannoli for dinner at home with friends. A must-visit in Kilkenny!

10/03/2025: Absolutely fantastic experience at Petronella! The food was incredible, the staff were beyond excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. I didn’t have cash on me, and they don’t accept tips on the bill, so I’ll be back soon with a double tip because the staff deserve it for the excellent service. Highly recommend.

24/02/2025: Really beautiful restaurant, lovely to eat food that you won't prepare at home as it takes time, had featherbed beef as mains. Great service, lovely wines which are not over priced. Well done to all at Zuni.

Este restaurante tiene precios razonables y un menú que satisfaría varias preferencias dietéticas, incluyendo vegetariana y vegana. La lasaña de ternera al horno era deliciosa y contenía sabrosa salsa boloñesa, mozzarella y parmesano fresco, pan de ajo servido. Disfrutamos de la comida y apreciamos el personal por el buen servicio.

25/01/2025: Garlic bread and carbonara were delicious but the crunchie cheesecake was a let down for me but I'd definitely go again for the carbonara and garlic bread

24/02/2025: Food is amazing and the service is even better, an incredible night with perfectly made cocktails, and our server Darren was impeccable definitely recommend, ask for his monkey business inspired cocktail it was delicious

27/01/2025: I attended the most amazing supper club hosted by Executive Chef Ken Harker. We had roast pork with Highbank Orchard syrup glaze and a tarte tatin for dessert. It was just amazing and the decor and atmosphere were fantastic. This is the first of many supper clubs this year and I will definitely be back. 5 stars.
