23/04/2025: Overall a good experience. Food was tasty but the chips (fries) were right out of a frozen bag. For the cost and scale of this place hand cut chips would have been more appealing also they were cold to make matters worse. Staff were excellent, super nice and polite. Seats and table were lovely and comfortable. I would go back again and would recommend the steak.
28/03/2025: This was by far the best meal I have eaten in a very long time ! If you take a trip to Kilkenny you must visit the Statham‘s by Pembroke it is so worth it!

16/05/2025: Last month , We hosted a pre wedding family get together for our daughter Mia at the Rivercourt Hotel.
We could not praise the hotel Highly enough. From the very first phone call to commence with the organising to the good bye the morning after the event, Each and every one of the staff were out on their own, providing 5 Star service to each of the 35 family members. .
A special Shout out to Sharon , Ciara , Noel - you were amazing and made it so special for our family.
The event room was top class , the dinner was superb , but the staff on duty made it for us. Thanks again. You are all amazing. You have a great thing going in your hotel , you, the staff make the hotel the success that it is. Well done
19/04/2025: Our 4th time staying. Great location and friendly service.
Great patio/outside space next to river but fills up in fine weather. No table service and the bar queues can be long.

28/04/2025: We went with some friends to have a Saturday night dinner and the experience was absolutely delicious! We didn't take any pictures of the food because everything was fantastic. Indian food is very yummy and is for everybody. I highly recommend it, also the staff was super nice and lovely. They were fast and also they gave us some complimentary papadooms that were very good :) we'll be back!

05/05/2025: The butchers pizza was ok at 18.95E and the atmosphere was bright and bouncy on a Friday evening, however the service was appalling. After finishing the pizza we waited for the bill and when it did not arrive we went to the cashier to pay. There was a group in front of us paying their bill individually based on the number of children and what they had eaten. We asked if we could pay are were told wauy a minute. The process involved checking with the children on what they had eaten ,who by this time were outside and in and it took abouy 10 minutes. We paid and left. Never to return.
