18/12/2025: Not your typical dinner menu. Creative and delicious food equated with fine dining. Thought given to portions and not overloading the starches. It’s all about tastes and providing quality food. Wine options are excellent, but it is best to ask which pairs best with your meal choices. Will definitely be making a reservation and returning when in the area.

08/11/2025: Our group of four friends have come back again to Sage! As before, we had a fabulous meal and pleasant and efficient service! Would highly recommend Sage! 🙌👏

12/11/2025: My friends and I had an amazing experience dining at the Tavern Bar & Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish tasting better than the last. The atmosphere of the place is so cosy and beautiful, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The quality of the food is outstanding, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into every dish. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

22/11/2025: Absolutely authentic Italian experience. The most beautiful freshly cooked pasta dishes imaginable. We both had ravioli with the an amazing flavoursome sauce. Smoked burrata starter was so tasty and well presented. Ezio was the perfect host and creates a lovely warm atmosphere. Lovely relaxed ambiance, a real trattoria experience. A "must visit" for us on our trips to Westport.

15/11/2025: A group of us went to dinner here and 3 got the worst food poisoning. I spoke to the owner the next day to go through what we had and explained how ill ai was. He promised to call back after investigating but I never heard from him again.

06/11/2025: A wonderful expirience all around. We went here for our 5 year anniversary recently and could not have chosen a better place. Recommend without hesitation, especially for special occasions.

12/12/2025: What a beautiful café! I had breakfast here this morning and enjoyed a lovely mini breakfast. The service was prompt, and the owner is wonderful — He really looks after everyone with genuine care. A lovely addition to Westport!

07/10/2025: Had an absolutely great experience at Corley’s Ballintubber. The food was top class — everything tasted fresh and homemade, and the portions are big and very reasonably priced. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, really friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. The place itself has a great atmosphere, cosy and relaxed but still lively. You can tell they take real pride in what they do here. Would 100% recommend to anyone passing through or looking for a nice meal out. We’ll definitely be back!

14/11/2025: Had food here during the summer and it was amazing. Ate again here recently and the food wasn't as good. Menu had changed and options were limited. The staff were wonderful.

12/12/2025: I was out with a group from work recently, and there were a few other Christmas parties in as well, so the place had a great buzz. The food was lovely — everyone at our table was happy with what they got — and the staff were genuinely pleasant, attentive, and doing their best on a busy night. The one downside was the noise level. The acoustics in the restaurant are very poor, and with multiple groups talking over each other, the din became almost unbearable at times. It made conversation difficult, even across the table. It’s a pity, because everything else about the evening was spot on. If Al Muretto improved the acoustics, it would turn a good night into a great one. As it stands, the food and service are excellent, but be prepared for a very loud room when it’s busy — especially around Christmas.

20/09/2025: The Gallery Wine Bar is a MUST visit! Delicious natural wines, delectable food served up with excellent vinyl music. Owner Tom is a real character, he’s inviting, knowledgeable and always great conversation. He took his time to chat about our wines and the importance of them being Natural, pulling books off the shelf he though we might like. The Gallery is our first, and often only port of call when in Westport…. Even the coffee is absolutely spot on. If you love natural wine, vinyls and a super chill spot, you have to get yourself there.

25/11/2025: Came in to eat for two different evenings during a short stay with my son. The food was simply wonderful, excellently cooked, and neither cooked to quickly or had us waiting hours. The staff were the best I've come across in a long time. Would recommend to anybody travelling to Westport.

05/11/2025: It’s the decent restaurant for seafood dishes with good quality of the ingredients. They are staffs providing the good service. The atmosphere is cozy and fine dining. It’s lovely place in Westport with a good spot.
