25/05/2025: A warm welcome on arrival. Modern yet very comforting interior design - intimate but not overbearing. Very comfy chairs. An excellent menu full of variety. Charming staff who confidently and quickly took our order. Superbly presented and delicious starters, main course and dessert, all competitively priced and perfect proportions. All rounded off with a surprise brownie and sparkler for my (delighted albeit slightly embarrassed) 21 year old son, whose birthday we were celebrating. Well done management team. You have created a really lovely restaurant wonderfully and perfectly executed by your team in the kitchen and front of house. They are a credit to your vision. A very well deserved five out of five from us.

20/05/2025: WHAT ARE YOU AT , I/4 BREAST OF CHICKEN , I TABLESPOON ON POTATOE , AND I MISERABLE PIECE OF BROCALLI , LANDED ON MY PLATE , TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE I WAS THE CHARGED AND EXTRA €5 EUROS FOR A SMALL BOWL OF GARLIC POTATOE THE MAIN COURSE WAS €27 EUROS , PLUS €5 FOR THE GARLIC,2 AT OUR TABLE OTHER DINERS ASKED FOR RACK OF LAMB-- ALL THAT APPEARED WAS A SINGLE BONE PLUS THE USUAL SPARSE VEGES AND POTAOES. AS FOR YOUR DESRTS , ALL THE FRUIT, YOU COULD POVIDE WAS BANANNAS AND I SINGLE STRAWBERRY ON YOUR VERSION OF TERAMASUE , AGAIN WHICH WAS SUSPECT . THE ONLY DISH YOU SEEMED TO HIT THE SPOT WAS A SPAGETTI DISH. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN. I DID NOT COMPLAIN ON THE NIGHT AS MY I WAS BEING TREATED BY MY FRIEND

12/07/2025: Popped in here on our way to the Dublin Ferry and were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent lunchtime carvery. Large selection of vegetables and the best roast potatoes. Well worth a return visit to Ireland in itself!

27/06/2025: Always such a great experience at Eatzen. Staff are just the best here, so attentive and friendly. Food is great, the Prawn Malay is my favourite, along with the Rendang Curry. Great value for money. Best Asian restaurant in the area, hands down.

19/03/2025: Nothing available on the menu Arrived on Sunday at 2pm. I was given a menu and we both picked sandwiches. 10 mins later the waitress said “oh sorry we gave you the wrong menu. There’s no sandwiches available.” I then picked roast beef and was told there was “none left.” The menu is awful and 90% seafood which I’m allergic to so we had very little to choose from. I got my son chips as he was starving. The chips were disgusting. We won’t be back.

17/06/2025: I had a cod and chips and curry sauce. The fresh cod was very small and not an abundance of chips. It was nice but wsy too expensive at 16euro and change. I won't be back .

13/07/2025: Great spot. Back place great for groups & family events, front bar nice for a quiet drink. Portions for some dishes can be a little on the small side but the food is very good for pub grub. Have been a few times and will be back

07/07/2025: Had a big family party at The Central and it was a excellent! The outdoor area out back was perfect — loads of space and great vibes. Food was amazing (even the fussy eaters were happy) and the staff were absolute stars — super friendly, helpful, and on the ball. 10/10 would party there again!

12/07/2025: Lovely food . ..I had fish and chips and i asked for garlic sauce instead of the tartar .....most places would just change the sauce no charge but sweeneys charged me a extra for the garlic sauce 2.50 euro

12/07/2025: I can honestly say the best meal iv ever had.the fillet steak was fabulous. Staff were amazin and barman so friendly. It was my first time there but il defo b back for more of this fabulous food 😍

02/07/2025: If you haven't been to O'Dwyers in a while, you're in for a pleasant surprise! The new owners have breathed new life into what was once a neglected spot. It's now sparkling clean with a great buzz. The food is simply delicious, and the lovely pints cap off a fantastic experience.

24/06/2025: We had a great experience a dining here again. We didn't have to wait long for our food and John and his brilliant staff looked after us in a professional way and it is always a pleasure to come back. Fair play to O'Dwyers team. Excellent food and excellent service.

28/06/2025: The cakes are gorgeous and tasty. The chicken burger was so good with fry. But the soup 🍲 was just like water, not tasty. It's a quiet and cosy place ✨️

23/06/2025: I recommend it very much, sandwiches are great, coffee is pretty good, sometimes it is not as good. I guess it depends on who makes it. I would suggest the owner to make sure employees have proper training to make good quality coffee. Some days I simply love, other days, I wonder why I was there, not the other places I too like. Anyway, after their renovation, it gave another special touch to the place it seems. I keep coming back hoping that on the day I'm there, my coffee will taste that good :) Having a really good coffee preparation that stands out, will certainly win you a regular, not only for the coffee, for everything else, rather than I quick take away coffee :)

07/07/2025: Small cozy cafe with a beautiful view. We stopped for tea and scone and plan to return. It's a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace.
