03/05/2026: Servers were amazing and the food was great! Don't hesitate to stop! The Guinness stew was to die for!

22/03/2026: Food is unbelievable with huge portions, highly recommend especially curry, stir fry and Caesar salad 🥗

30/06/2026: Good spot, range of sandwiches a bit limited but it was after 1pm. Service great , good atmosphere and great taste. Would recommend and certainly will return!

30/06/2026: Lovely offee from here. You can sit in or take away for coffee and food to eat. Pastries, cakes and cafe food. Nice for a light brunch. Parking outside is paid parking along the street. Friendly, polite, happy staff.

20/05/2026: We visited the restaurant to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately, two of the dishes we ordered were extremely spicy — so spicy that my sister and my mother couldn’t eat them. Thankfully, our evening was saved by our waiter, Bohdan. He noticed that something was wrong and kindly offered to replace the dishes for us. He was very polite, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. We are very grateful to Bohdan for making our evening much more enjoyable and turning the situation around. Thank you for the excellent service!

15/05/2026: Straight from entrance you know you gona enjoy your time here. You are welcomed from staff with nice smile and warm instruction. First thing that you notice is amazing ambient with dimmed lights that gives posh but welcoming and warm feeling. Staff is amazingly pleasnt and friendly while presentable at high standard. Tables are clean and well presented. Food is well.. In one word AMAZING. Steak was done with precison and cooked exactly as I wanted. Good portion with good sides. OLD FASHIONED WHISKEY.. BEST I EVER HAD, LOVE THE CINEMON TOUCH. All in all looks like we will be back.. and back.. and back. Keep it up.

22/06/2026: Sarah and Niall have an amazing space on offer here. At the foothills of the Loughcrew Cairns it is one 'ell of a special spot. The energy from the stones spills down into the site and the owners friendliness and warm welcome make it altogether a gorgeous magical place. Even when busy it never seems crowded and there is ample space for camping and parking up camper vans without feeling intrusive. HIGHLY recommend 💚🌞🙏

11/06/2026: I am writing this review specifically because of one of your staff members Becca. Vibrant fun and full of energy - I have years of experience working in hospitality and also attending weddings and she is genuinely a super star and knows how to engage and have fun. Best of luck with everything and do not lose your shine! In terms of the venue I was blown away I fell in love with it, and within seconds knew we will be booking this venue for our big day I would say service was good, friendly and experienced. Again Becca stole the show - nothing worse than an NPC serving at a wedding and becca was the main character (bar the bride and groom) not a paid ad. Just seriously impressed.

24/05/2026: I have been meaning to do a review for quiet some time. I have been a regular customer in Whytes restaurant since I moved to Stamullen twenty two years ago. Food is always inpecibable. Credit to Kenny the chef and team and the pastry chef. The cheesecake is to die for and love the different varieties each week. Cesear salad is the nicest I have come across. Have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. Good family friendly prices for a local pub. Breakfast is delish and fantastic options and always piping hot and great value for money. Aisling is such an asset to your team always remembers the customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want whilst having a relaxing enjoyable experience. She is very professional, and has a lovely friendly attitude. I hope her hard work is taken into account and she gets the the recognition she thoroughly deserves. The bar staff too are a credit especially Jake and Abbie always on the ball and friendly to customers. I wish Whytes continued success in continuing to make Whytes the best customer friendly bar and restaurant and look forward to my next visit.

12/06/2026: We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. The staff is amazingly helpful. The ONLY reason we didn't stay longer was because they were fully booked. Food was some of best we had in Ireland. We will definitely stay here when we return to Kells.

10/06/2026: Had afternoon tea here for a friend's birthday. Staff brought out a desert with candles and sang happy birthday and also offered to take photos which was greatly appreciated Food was lovely and service was great, only negative was they did not offer fresh tea and coffee during our visit. The only parking available on the day was council parking which is not connected to the hotel and the exit out of car park to the front of the hotel had no footpath.

18/06/2026: Had our day 2 of wedding here recently. Shannon was great to deal with from the start. Room was perfect and nicely decorated. Food , staff and atmosphere all made for a great day.

07/06/2026: Really really good pub, with amazingly friendly staff, but the music is ear deafening and you cannot hear a thing. You have to scream to hear what someone is saying
