04/04/2024: Food is a big disappointment for myself. Seabass portion we got was very small, more like kids portions! The whole meal was around 300kcal and not enough for adult after all day walking ... Also side are joke, literally 2 half baked potatoes with 3 small carrots, and it was cold! And that for 26 euro? Not worth it. Staff and view from restaurant was nice.

06/03/2024: The food was ok - nothing to do with Spanish tapas but the quality was good - a bit overpriced. The service wasn't good at all, unfortunately. The staff should get more training for sure. When you go to the "wine bar" you would expect some sort of advice and a bit of knowledge about wines. The cocktails we ordered were a joke - €24 for 2 cocktails with no flavour and a dash of alcohol. It was a disappointment, we won't go back there.

28/03/2024: Not even the bread is vegan, so avoid if you’re thinking you having at least a sandwich. Service is poor, I get it English is not their mother tongue is so it was a bit difficult to get to understand each other, though they seem to not care at all about interacting with people. We are talking about vegan not gluten free options being totally absent from the menu, it should be a given these days since it is just a matter of choices and not about having a totally separate area altogether to handle vegan food, it’s enough to just state it in the menu. The place itself is nice, just a pity I could only get oat latte. Food on the pricey side, since reviews from my fellows at the table were good, just not extraordinarily good compared to the price.

01/04/2024: Had a brilliant stay here. Staff where so nice and helpful in the reception. Took a while to get served at the bar and when I got my guinness the pint glass was dirty so couldn't drink it. Spa facilities where lovely and clean

10/03/2024: The soup here is always exceptional. Accompanied by a selection of breads that are just as exceptional. The food, the service, the staff and the ambiance are consistently perfect. I'm a local and it's my favourite higher end eating establishment.

17/02/2024: I really wanted to love my experience here since I had heard so many positive word of mouth reviews, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy my evening. Pros: - The gentleman who greeted us at the bar was outstanding; he was very welcoming and an excellent host. - The Guinness was fantastic. - The ambiance of the restaurant itself was just beautiful. Cons: - They seemed to have one - maybe 2 - waiters working (alongside several others who merely bring out orders). This made it really difficult to grab our waiters attention and after trying several times I had to go out to the bar area myself to ask for another round of drinks for the table. (We were not asked or checked on once during our meal if we would like more drinks). Our waiter took our orders, briefly came back once mains were served to check the food was okay (which was right after I had gone out to the bar area myself) but apart from that he didn't come to our table any other time. Had it come back, we may have ordered sides. We didn't feel 'taken care of' at all. Even when the servers brought food to the table they disappeared just as quickly making it difficult to ask them for drinks/sides. - The food was such a let down to me. While the presentation of each plate couldn't be faulted, the actual quality was extremely lacking. I had the beef and at that price point it was incredibly underwhelming - I even left some on my plate. It was cooked just how I asked, but it just wasn't a good cut of beef; I'd go so far as to say it was one of the worst I've had? Honestly, the food quality at the Horse and Jockey a few KMs down the motorway was better (and that's a very different, very casual, lower budget option to Chez Hans - they're not exactly comparable, but the quality differences are vast). Maybe I have higher standards/expectations personally? I don't know, but at these prices I expected a hell of a lot more. I was really disappointed in my evening here and it saddens me to say that I won't be coming back. (On the two stars I gave, one was for the host in the bar, and the other was for the Guinness)

04/04/2024: We are only back from a fantastic weekend in this beautiful hotel , on arrival we were upgraded to the Michael Murphy Suite and was blown away by it and the views . We had food and drinks in the Dungeon Bar where the Guinness was so so good ! The staff were all very nice especially Conor who is such a breath of fresh air , couldn’t do enough for us and everyone else there . The grounds are stunning and walking trails are fantastic . We will be back 😎

31/03/2024: Loved my night in Kinnitty Castle. The whole team were so kind and welcoming. The food in the dungeon bar was amazing and my room was so peaceful. 10/10

26/02/2024: Previously left a 1 star, bit harsh maybe so changing as just had 1 bad experience recently - usually pretty good pastries and such, maybe they had a bad day but the pics speak for themselves.

04/04/2024: would just like to say that the family and I went to Ristorante Rossini yesterday for Easter Sunday lunch and as always they never fail to always put on the best .... Kate with the BEST expresso martini EVER *and I would know 😊) and Torre with his usual meet and greet at the front door _ the staff were buzzing -atmosphere elelectric , everyone on their A game ....only one missing was the duchess AKA Trish ... seriously folks can't recommend Rossini 's enough!!!
