The best restaurants in Tipperary

20/04/2025: We had our wedding at Raheen House on the 18/4/25 and it was amazing. From the very first day we visited Raheen last year we were blown away by everything about it. The setting and the grounds are unreal and makes for gorgeous photos both in the gardens and inside the hotel. The food is to die for , our guests said the beef in particular was some of the best they had ever eaten. The rooms are beautiful, cosy, tastefully decorated , quiet, and the most comfortable beds. What really sets Raheen House apart from all the others is the staff and the service. From our very first enquiry last year to the check out the day after the wedding everyone went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special mention has to be made for Davy and Shania, nothing was too much for them, all our guests young and old were treated like royalty, they made our wedding day the best day of our lives as we could relax all day knowing we were in their very safe hands. I could not recommend this venue highly enough, if you are lucky enough to have a date available, do not hesitate in having your wedding here, I promise you will not be disappointed...Darren and Sharon Kiely.

25/03/2025: We had our sons christening here and everything was perfect. Beautiful menu and the food was amazing, staff were really efficient and couldn't have done more for us. Highly recommended for your family events.

10/05/2025: Ordered drinks before food order. Food arrived 30 mins later still no drink even though I reminded them. Food came wrong and drinks arrived later. By the time I got food my wife was almost finished. Crap service excellent food.

27/04/2025: We had my husband's 40th suprise birthday party last here last night. I could not fault it, from the booking all the way through to every detail on the night. We had such a great night, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous everyone loved it! Melissa went above and beyond for the party, she was amazing! She met with me beforehand to go over everything and then on the day I dropped in the decorations and cake and she handled everything from there. The night went amazingly. I would highly recommend The Green.

08/05/2025: Sweet little cafe which is located directly below the rock of cashel and invites you for coffee and cake. Very cosy atmosphere and friendly service.

11/04/2025: One of the most gorgeous coffee spots I’ve ever been too, the atmosphere is divine, the staff are not only beautiful but the friendliest bubble crew. I had a coconut iced matcha and it was €2 cheaper any other place I’ve been to and one of the nicest I’ve had in a long while. The design, use of space and colour to create several seating areas, it’s a fantastic example of how small spaces can be used instead of being a tiny car park. Didn’t get any sweet treats but they looked incredible. 10/10 will be coming back

25/02/2025: Beautifully setup ambience & artwork gives you a truly asian feel. Excellent customer service, all the staff were empathetic, friendly & welcoming. Food was scrumptious, portion size adequate & fairly priced. Value for money, Shoutout to Mylo who gave us an amazing customer service, Thanks for taking our family photo & multiple shots was a creative idea. Will definitely recommend & keep coming for more

27/03/2025: It is a takeaway coffee shop. And they know their business. Coffee is fantastic. And their hot chocolate is delicious a real treat and a high point after any cold outdoor event to warm you up.. staff are very friendly.

16/01/2025: The food here is consistently excellent. You can always get a table, with the river view ones being the best. The restaurant & toilets have lovely decor. Well taken care of here.

02/05/2025: Grogans Café & Ice Cream Parlor in Cashel is a very cozy place for a little break. The selection of ice cream and desserts is diverse and delicious - the ice cream in particular is highly recommended. The coffee also tastes good and the staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the café is pleasant, although sometimes a bit busy, especially at peak times. A nice stop for anyone traveling in Cashel - whether for a break while strolling through town or after visiting the Rock of Cashel. One star deducted for minor weaknesses in the ambience, otherwise great!

12/04/2025: The chicken wrap here is savage. Parking is hit or miss but you'll still find somewhere to park. Service is excellent. I personally travel over 60kms round-trip for the food while passing 35 other takeaways!

22/05/2025: We ordered lasagna and a beef sandwich, and it was delicious. It came with fries (which were incredible) and a few other side dishes. The price was great and there was plenty of food. The service was very good.
