22/03/2024: Don't order delivery. It will take 2hrs. Phones disconnected when we tried to find out if or when our pizza would arrive. Cold soggy pizza, not worth the price or hassle.

18/03/2024: Tried their pizza both take away and dining-in. Although it looks good, I think that the quality is just average. Ingredients combination is okay but the dough is too chewy. As a wood-fire place it should be nice and crunchy outside and soft insight. I’d love to see improvements and more vegetarian options… we had to ask to remove the pancetta from the truffle shuffle to make a second vegetarian option. Also ordered rosemary and Parmigiano potatoes and got fries instead which weren’t really nice and Parmigiano was nearly invisible.

08/11/2024: Dont order scampi.. just lumps of fish. Lovely staff so not directed at them but ordered scampi and bits of breaded fish lumps came in the box, soggy falling apart and certainly not scampi... ridiculous and went in the bin.

24/10/2024: The nicest chipper around the food and service is second to none with a family-friendly staff always happy to provide what your looking for absolutely 10 out of 10

26/09/2024: There is an older member of staff there, I think he is a manager. He stares and stalks people around that store. He never smiles. He is awful and hostile looking. I was in there 3 times a day before and I am not going to go there again because of him.

22/07/2024: Sadly the food on the shelves is consistently out of date including meat.

20/10/2024: Lovely food but took a few minutes to be served. They really good do with more staff.

29/09/2024: Very little sauce with dishes meant that when you added the rice it was dry and diluted the taste.3 out of 4 dishes poor . Used to love eating from here but totally underwhelming on the last 2 occasions. Will say that it had been very good in the past .

16/10/2024: Received stale prawn crackers when collecting order today, obviously left over from yesterday and decided to sell them off. Disappointing as the food we had received in the past was good.

29/05/2024: Ordered food and was told over the phone it was 25€ and then the delivery driver said 30€ horrible carry on. Waited a whole 50 minutes for food and when I got it the food was cold and soggy. More Chips than actual meat. Horrible for a place to charge so much to only get cold food. Highly recommend not getting food here.

17/07/2024: If you want cold food delivered over an hour after you ordered it and have staff talk over you and treat you in an insulting and condescending manner this is the place for you. Of the three people I spoke to tonight after ordering not one allowed me to speak without them speaking over me. Not one apology for the delay in delivery, just excuses and a clear lack of interest. Don't waste your time or money here. Whatever quality they once may have had is long gone. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

18/10/2024: Ordered at 5.25... pizza came at 7.30. Freezing. Called twice and was told twice it's just coming out of the oven... DO NOT ORDER.

16/10/2024: This is the worst takeaway I’ve ever been to . Staff has no customer service at all, they were rude and ignored customers. They sat there vaping and on their phones. My order was meant to be ready in 15 mins and I went into get it and was left there standing for an hour. The food isn’t great either it’s not worth the wait . I wouldn’t bother going there again . The place is in a state aswell doesn’t look like it would pass any health and safety inspection.

27/10/2024: Chicken was like rubber and was all soggy chips were wet and couldn’t enjoy them, snack box was something else and the curry sauce was pure water wouldn’t recommend unless you have a strong gut 👎

19/10/2024: Staff are friendly but the food isn't great. Didn't expect much for a 5 euro pizza but paying 10 euro for a breast box, 1 piece of chicken, with inedible chicken and chips that could chip your tooth. Not for me.

03/08/2024: Took 1hr to arrive to our estate. The driver then took 35 minutes to find our house. Food cold when it arrived. Never again

02/10/2024: Wrong food in bag 25 mins drive home so 25 back in , just to be charged more for what I wanted , never again terrible quality of food too , got a spice bag was 99% mushed chips , pork chowman was missing , the one we got was slop n all veg no pork , disgusted to be honest 0 stars if possible , this place used to be good has fell off the last year n became consistently bad 👎

03/11/2024: Avoid this place! Overpriced, terrible service, tasteless food, and a complete letdown after a long hike. After our hike, we thought this restaurant-hotel would be the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good meal, but it was a complete disappointment. We arrived at 4:30 pm, well before their 7:00 pm closing time, yet we were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. They wouldn’t let our group of four sit at a table with sofas, saying that section was “closed”—but then seated other groups who arrived later in that same area. Service was practically nonexistent; we had to chase down servers every time we needed anything. A male server threw the menus on our table with zero courtesy, and when we asked for Malbec, he just tossed the menu back at us, saying they were out. No one came back to check on us, and plates were only cleared when we asked for dessert menus. The supervisor, a woman who had forgotten one of our drinks, seemed not to care at all and even rolled her eyes. As for the food, it was overpriced and tasteless. The wings were tiny, dry, and honestly worse than cafeteria quality. After paying a high price, we were expecting much better quality, especially from a place that markets itself as a hotel restaurant. If you’re thinking of stopping here after a day out exploring, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. This place doesn’t deliver on any level.

14/10/2024: Had breakfast here lately. I was surprised that no staff said hello, good morning or smiled. No staff served either, they just said everything you do yourself. I had a breakfast buffet of cold eggs, cold bacon, cold tomatoes, black overcooked sausage and lukewarm coffee from a burka that wasn't kept hot either. It was quite miserable to be honest. The place needs a manager to look for problems and fix them and to lead the staff, who looked tired and demotivated.
