06/01/2026: I was given a presentation in one of the large room and drop in for a sandwich. Very good quality food a efficient service 👌

27/09/2025: Unfortunately went for dinner here and was so disappointed the steak was dry and nothing special . The other meal was reasonable . You could hear a pin drop in the restaurant and no atmosphere. Sad for such a lovely hotel .

04/08/2025: This place is nice, and the food and coffee are great. However, the only thing that really lets it down is the customer service. It felt like the staff assumed that because the shop is busy, they don't need to be polite or accommodating. While I was sitting and enjoying my coffee, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished and if they could take the cutlery. Even after I had finished and handed over my cup, I sat for a few more minutes — only to be questioned by the staff about whether I had even ordered anything. Apparently, the manager saw me sitting without a coffee on the camera and sent someone over to ask for my receipt. The food and coffee here are amazing, but the customer service is honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced.

02/08/2025: Ante todo diré que el café está bien. El servicio puede mejorar y la organización también. No dejaron subir a mi mujer a la terraza de la planta superior hasta que no tenemos la consumición en la mano, y tuvimos que hacernos una hora de cola, porque en Bray había un evento de las Fuerzas Aéreas. No tiene sentido porque arriba hay gente que no está consumiendo nada desde que nos sentamos. Precio-calidad-organización, si cabe mejorable.

26/03/2025: Nice cafe but toilets are always dirty. Toilets need proper cleaning. Sometimes staff aren't busy and just chat instead of cleaning place.

05/09/2025: Hello, Today I went to the gas station and asked the staff to exchange €2 so I could wash my car. He refused and told me that €2 is not enough, and that I must pay at least €8. This was frustrating because I only needed a quick wash, and I don’t think it’s fair to refuse the exchange or to impose a minimum amount without informing customers clearly. 20/04/2025: We had a family lunch on Easter Sunday in Hugo’s Restaurant. Rayon and Saibhe provided excellent service. The food was delicious and the set menu was good value. There was entertainment for children in the hotel ballroom which was a nice touch and my daughter loved the face-painting and balloon making. Overall a lovely lunch experience.

22/10/2025: Absolutely disgusting the first time I got food here I had to bin I rang and explained so they gave me free 3in1 which they purposely covered in pepper and put hair in it who ever eats out of here is just looking for food poisoning it's dreadful should b shut down

01/08/2023: DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! They are closed down, They didn't do any admin for their site or any 3rd party applications, I put an order in for €50 only to find out they were closed down when the order didn't confirm for 10 minutes. No update to any of their information other than a handwritten sign on the door of the shop. I'm currently talking with the Garda to get this money back to my account as this is effectively fraud. 24/09/2024: Perfect food with good portion sizes and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Also so many options of food to choose from. Can’t recommend enough!
