09/09/2023: The building and layout of the cafe is very trendy and has a unique vibe. The food was really disappointing. It was very dry and lacking in freshness. The food is prepared in advance and then reheated when required. If you're in the grounds, it makes sense to visit for some food, but I'd never got out of my way to eat here (I live in nearby Blessingston). I would not recommend this place to others.

06/11/2023: We were the only two guests in the restaurant and the waiter seemed a little surprised, but he was still very friendly, the food came quickly and was very good! I can't understand why some of the reviews are so bad (mainly when it comes to delivery). I can definitely recommend a visit!

03/04/2024: bought a snack box for nearly €10 and the pieces of chicken were tiny it's the smallest portion I've ever seen in a snack box they would probably pass as chicken wings
08/03/2024: Absolutely disgusting burger still had a pulse wasn't cooked at all. Also 6 months pregnant and ate some of this 🤢 they should be ashamed really to serve something like that.

12/03/2024: Got munchy box delivered, asked for extra shredded chicken instead of wings and chicken balls and like they normally do they just give extra chips, basically charge you 14 quid for a box of chips.. I never really complain but this time the food was inedible, the amount of salt on the food was ridiculous and the chicken was not one but fresh. Never ordering again out of here
13/02/2024: Always love the food from here it's good quality and never fails to please but I do think the overall customer experience could be improved even when I ring my order the woman sounds dead inside or there's another woman and she always sounds strictly business

01/03/2024: We've being a customer of Kebab Palace for a long time. We said we'd give this place a try the weekend. Very impressive we had There Mixed Kebab Tray it's a must if you like a Kebab Tray the meat is so tender particularly the Lamb the garlic sauce has a delicious taste that you can actually taste. Chicken wings are delicious nice and juicy very tender also there large pizza was stacked with the 4 toppings we ordered was very impressed not shy with portions at all. Will definitely be back again.
12/02/2024: Delivery driver refused to deliver food, left food outside on the street. Disgusting.

29/09/2023: I ordered a delivery at 8:18pm, nearly 80 minutes later nothing had arrived, I rang the shop at 9:35 and I've just been told their internet has been down for 30 minutes, so they couldn't see my order and to ring back tomorrow and that I wouldn't be getting any delivery, I then offered to drive down and collect the order if they prepared it for me, I was told no again and that there would be no food as the internet was down, which makes no sense at all. I've been ordering from here for as long as it's been open and this would make me never order from here again, would definitely not recommend!

29/11/2023: Worst delivery service I've had.
After submitting an order, estimated delivery time was 45minutes.
After passing 1 hour & making a call to jaderoyal , I've been told that my order will be delivered in few minutes, since that call I didn't received it even in the next 40 minutes. In total, to receive my order it took 1hour 45 minutes, while the takeaway place is located 10minutes far from my apartment. Food was "okay" to eat, but not hot enough.

16/03/2024: They got the address wrong, at the end, near two hour mark pizza arrived. I don’t mind luke warm pizza as such especially if it’s down to a genuine mistake. but this one has been upside down and then some and slices rearranged. Half should have olives on it. Wonder how many dirty fingers have touched it…???
14/02/2024: Awful service and awful inedible food. Rude staff. Avoid at all cost.

04/04/2024: Customer service is extremely poor, they tell you your order is on the way before knowing what your order actually is. They are very rude as if everyone who calls is annoying them. The guys from Sallynoggin are much helpful.
21/01/2024: Made a late order of a calzone combo on a Friday night. I asked the driver specifically to call me upon arrival so I could answer the door without waking up people. This message was ignored. The door bell wasn't rang either and my food was left outside in the rain over night as a result. Abysmal service

11/02/2024: Huge shame ,, have been here in recent years and never an issue but the new staff & management are deplorable,, ended up having to leave without paying my bill as 30 minutes with 3 different members of staff resulted in no bill, contact ended by me saying if I dont get the bill now I’ll be leaving, answer was “leave then” ,,, huge shame as great location but no respect or attention from staff ,, ZERO ⭐️
14/01/2024: Very poor standards.if it wasn't for its location I would say it would be out of business. The food was served like slop. No presentation. The cottage pie and beef bourgeonouis was basically the same dish. Menu was extremely limited. The whole place could do with a bit of an investment. Extremely dated.

16/11/2023: The manager needs to stop eyeballing people as they enter the shop. I've noticed this on several occasions recently. Yes theft is a problem in retail at the moment. But we're not all thieves. Use your CCTV system for this and stop making it so painfully obvious.
12/08/2023: Car wash is a joke they have changed the sequence on it wets the car brushes up and down for 10 euro car still firty and it does not even dry the vehicle
