03/08/2025: This is as far from a 'royal hotel" you can come. Its a shabby pub with a disco open until 02.40 in the night, where hotel guests impossible can sleep before 02.40.

10/08/2025: Ordered takeaway a week ago Very disappointed with quality of the food Chicken was very rubbery and amount of chicken in the dish as very little compared to other Indian restaurants The sauce was watery and there was very little flavour or spice The rice was reheated and tough I would not recommend at all

02/08/2025: Ordered Kadhai Panner in Indian Style. It was so delicious and tasty omg! Loved it. There are many restaurants which are just famous for there name but I feel Indian Spice beats all of them. Definitely buying more tasty food from here and staff were very sweet and nice.

10/05/2025: Fish and chips was inedible - soggy, tasteless, too greasy and fish was not fresh. Chips was soggy as well. We threw out most of it. First and last time.

19/08/2025: No love in this place whatsoever. We ordered the Tandoori Chicken and it was burnt and bland, the place itself has no atmosphere.

13/08/2025: Below-average food and even worse service. John Casey, the “manager” of Casey’s Bistro is the rudest person I’ve come across in the hospitality industry. Go here if you want batter and chips and little to no fish, go here if you want to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water on the hottest day of the year, go here to get berated by the manager and pay 108 euro for terrible service and food. Mentioned that we weren’t happy with the food and the waitress offered to take it off our bill. Then said she would talk to management and said the manager was on the way. We never requested to speak to him nor requested a discount. After another wait he came down and didn’t even introduce himself, but spoke with nothing but hostility and demanding that our opinion was wrong. No apologies for the subpar food, pint of Guinness fallen over onto our lap and food, and the 20 minute wait for a glass of water. Paid full price by the way, got a 3 euro half pint taken off the bill for having it spilled on our food and on my mother’s face.

15/07/2025: I ordered pizza from here this evening, was waiting and waiting until it came to an hour and a half with still no food. I rang multiple times and every single time the phone just rang out.. so obviously had been just turned off. In the end I decided to drive myself into apache and complain and all they said is that the driver was 5 minutes away no apology or anything, got home and the food was stone cold freezing. I wouldn’t mind about the wait if it was at least something worth waiting for!

23/08/2025: Always ordered chicken cashew but today it was totally different. Bag and box is plain . I feel this wasn’t Diep It was nice and I ate it as starving but I won’t order again cause it’s not the recipe from before So sad

30/12/2024: Very disappointed, I ordered a wrap with side salad. Received a wrap with a spoon of potato salad and a tidy amount of crisps. Mens toilet was disgusting, not cleaned .

06/09/2025: Well...First time there...Just we wanna try it... Never again... Singapore chow main- very pure and very saltly... Only two shrimps in a whole dish...Unidentified pieces of meat aswell...No much... Duck in plum sauce very chewy...No crispy at all...Looks like is made from old fat duck... Not enough time in owen to melt this fat... At least is cheap...And lady o the canter was nice and helpfull...

31/08/2025: Absolutely awful food everything deep fried cold aswel, old chips, worst Chinese food and extremely expensive! Stay clear

29/08/2025: Single worse version of a spice bag ever. Scooped up all the hard ‘chips’ from the bottom of the fryer and lord knows what ‘meat’ was masquerading as chicken but was a sinewy as a deep fried hens foot. Grim, grim, grim. Eskimo’s,, royal park or the bin at the back of Pet Hospital would provide a better effort for €12.50

03/08/2025: Found a hair in the pizza – terrible service We found a hair baked into the pizza dough. I recorded a video as proof. We had already eaten most of the pizza when we noticed it. When we called to complain, they didn’t apologize. Instead, they told us to bring the pizza ourselves and even said they would give our number to the Garda. Very unprofessional.
