28/06/2025: Update June 28, 2025 - my daughter just got chicken balls and they were raw - see photos - and they challenged her on the phone and said they were too busy and hung up on her
Horrific - apart from the fact that my food wasn’t ready after 30 mins when I went to collect it, the food itself was horrific, I got a chicken curry, I’ve never seen a curry to have such an off putting colour before but this was a first. But the worst was yet to come, the overall texture of the chicken was really odd, it was very tough, but the real problem was when I was half way through and I chomped down on a completely RAW portion of chicken!!!! Never again, avoid at all costs!

06/09/2025: Was in the cafe with my family having lunch and when getting served went to pay for myself and my partner's food for the blonde young waitress to tell me it was already paid for by another sitting at my table! A few minutes later when my relative went to the counter to ask for cutlery the same blonde girl raised her voice to say "can you tell that girl to pay for her food now" which the whole cafe heard
I was mortified in front of everyone and really was made feel like a criminal for a total misunderstanding on her part which could have been dealt with more discreetly and privately instead of embarrassing their customers
15/07/2025: I am very fond of this cafe which has seats both upstairs and downstairs. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is not a great deal of vegetarian or vegan food however, hence my reason for removing one star. Lately the upper part of the cafe has closed and the tables from there put into the downstairs part overcrowding the cafe downstairs. I no longer go there as the tables are too close together and people looking for cards etc. have to lean across the diners. It is a great pity that the upstairs section has been closed. However, the food is still good.

02/08/2025: The staff are friendly but the food is not prepared fron scratch. We ordered three distict dishes - jalfrezi, a bhuna & a tarka dhal which were all the same colour, texture and flavour. With not difference in taste except one dish had more chilli.

14/09/2025: So we've been ordering from M& J for a good few years now , and the food has always been good .
However , I don't know what's happened, maybe the chef has changed , but the food quality went down drastically.
Our past few orders have been very disappointing, food is very greasy , lacking flavour , everything tastes the same , chicken in most of the dishes is purely disgusting. They used to add a little sweet chili sauce with your spring rolls and looks like they stopped doing that too.
I don't think we will be ordering from here again

13/06/2025: Let's be honest, Domino's is very much a last resort when ordering a Pizza in Ireland. I've reluctantly ordered Domino's a few times in various outlets across Ireland over many years, and somehow it seems to get worse. Last nights order was more of the same and the quality of ingredients just isn't there. It leaves you feeling ripped off!

If you want to eat royal park eat in. Don't order. Guessing food will be cold by now.
22/09/2025: I ordered on Friday. I always get the shredded chicken in peking sauce and it was disgusting. I won't be ordering again. Very poor quality for an expensive meal - the chicken was tasteless and rubbery and the chips were soggy and soaked in oil. You ring the restaurant to complain and they don't care. I'm a regular customer of this place for years. Utterly appalled.

29/09/2025: Ordered food, got it on time, chips super greasy almost felt microwaved, onion rings that tasted of no onion just stale fat/oil, 1/4 pounder super dry no sauce at all, ordered a "Spice box" as it was the only Spice item on their menu got a box of nuggets and chips with no flavour other than fryer oil, rang to find out what happened got the owner, and rude and short are the only way I could describe his speech mannerisms, turns out there's a spice bag which isn't on their website. Finished the meal a little while ago and stomachs already trying to fight back, avoid this place.

29/09/2025: I usually enjoy Starbucks for its consistency, but my recent visit was disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. There were no greetings, and when I placed my order, it felt rushed and dismissive rather than friendly. Starbucks is known for creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. A little more attentiveness and genuine hospitality would make a big difference.
