11/06/2025: €5.25 for a mocha that is disgusting price to charge, it's a small cup too, you don't deserve money charging that

04/05/2025: I was on the road and looking forward to a nice coffee and possibly a fresh pastry. I decided here would be a good place to stop off without stopping, especially as I had my daughter in the car! The guy was very friendly but I paid over €8 for a tiny, lukewarm coffee and a stale almond croissant. Where is cup size every other coffee place offers their customers as standard? The coffee was almost cold when I reached my destination less than ten minutes later and my daughter and I ended up sharing a scrap of the croissant - I had to throw most of it in the bin. Seriously lads, why are you charging your customers these prices for stale pastries and under-sized coffees? Hoping you’ll start to do right by your customers who take the time to wangle their way in to visit. It’d be nice to get a response to this review but it’s highly unlikely. In that case, I’ll drive on by to the next place next time.

06/09/2025: Was in the cafe with my family having lunch and when getting served went to pay for myself and my partner's food for the blonde young waitress to tell me it was already paid for by another sitting at my table! A few minutes later when my relative went to the counter to ask for cutlery the same blonde girl raised her voice to say "can you tell that girl to pay for her food now" which the whole cafe heard I was mortified in front of everyone and really was made feel like a criminal for a total misunderstanding on her part which could have been dealt with more discreetly and privately instead of embarrassing their customers

15/07/2025: I am very fond of this cafe which has seats both upstairs and downstairs. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is not a great deal of vegetarian or vegan food however, hence my reason for removing one star. Lately the upper part of the cafe has closed and the tables from there put into the downstairs part overcrowding the cafe downstairs. I no longer go there as the tables are too close together and people looking for cards etc. have to lean across the diners. It is a great pity that the upstairs section has been closed. However, the food is still good.

27/07/2025: I just called the hotel to ask about the gym, and a man answered the call. He told me I would have to call another number, and he quickly told me the number. I told him I would write down the number, but he didn't wait and quickly said the number again. When I said I was ready to write it down, he quickly said the number again. I asked him to speak slowly because my English is basic, and he hung up on me.

25/05/2025: Went in and ordered food watched as it was been made , surprisingly the meat , was been reheated staff on counter was so rude. Place is filthy definitely Won't be returning in a hurry.

Every corner here asks: "Take a photo of me." And every drink - "stay for one more." This is not just a bar - it's a character. 20/07/2025: I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your store. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato with soy or almond milk due to my lactose intolerance, and clearly communicated this to the staff. Unfortunately, the drink was made with regular dairy milk. Within minutes, I began to feel unwell, and I had stomach pain and discomfort for the rest of the day. This isn’t a casual request it’s a medical need. I trusted that your team would respect my dietary restriction, and it’s upsetting that this basic expectation wasn’t met. Please take this seriously and ensure your staff are properly trained to listen to and accurately fulfill special dietary instructions. Mistakes like this can have serious consequences for your customers. The first happened in Dun Laoghaire branch the second incident occurred in Bray. Please Starbucks people listen to your customers and be honest.

29/07/2025: Very nice food i got cod and chips with a bit of lemon on it , it was a bit dirty but most of it was great ,music was great

21/04/2025: Second time Iv been and second time the chips are awful. Reheated chips, they must cook them in the morning and reheat. The fish also had the skin left on 🤷🏼‍♀️Our whole table said the same and not impressed. Especially for the price. It's the lazy option. The fish and chip shop down the road is much better where you get REAL chips!

13/06/2025: Let's be honest, Domino's is very much a last resort when ordering a Pizza in Ireland. I've reluctantly ordered Domino's a few times in various outlets across Ireland over many years, and somehow it seems to get worse. Last nights order was more of the same and the quality of ingredients just isn't there. It leaves you feeling ripped off!

26/08/2025: They have rats running around the kitchen, and my kids were stuck on the toilet for hours!! Outrageous! Would not recommend, there's better places in bray

23/06/2025: We just ordered a few pizzas and did not expect to be that good. It was absolutely fire! I highly recommend it! The dough was so light, fresh and all ingredients were perfect! Only i wish they had service for outside, you have to order from kiosk and go upstairs to order drinks. I wish we could get everything done in one tab. But other than that, it was good.

28/06/2025: Update June 28, 2025 - my daughter just got chicken balls and they were raw - see photos - and they challenged her on the phone and said they were too busy and hung up on her Horrific - apart from the fact that my food wasn’t ready after 30 mins when I went to collect it, the food itself was horrific, I got a chicken curry, I’ve never seen a curry to have such an off putting colour before but this was a first. But the worst was yet to come, the overall texture of the chicken was really odd, it was very tough, but the real problem was when I was half way through and I chomped down on a completely RAW portion of chicken!!!! Never again, avoid at all costs!
