12/10/2025: Hotel and pub on Arklow's main street, a welcoming place to stop for tea, coffee, or a beer with friends.

11/10/2025: The bar was beautiful but staying in the hotel was not an enjoyable experience. Friday night karaoke blasted through the floor and walls. It may have been fun in the bar, but not in the room. The front desk lady was nice, the carpet was new, and the room was clean. However, it took forever to get hot water.

03/07/2025: Refused to allow me to pay by card over the phone, stating I must do so online. Only wanted to order tasty chips, had a minimum order policy so ended up ordering food I did not want. Price came to nearly 20 euro after adding service charge and delivery charge, on an item that initially cost 8 euro. Such a racket...

05/12/2025: cafe and staff are nice and polite, only downside is how expensive the sandwiches are and how little they taste of anything. Spending nearly €10 on a simple cheese, tomato and onion sandwich for it to be 80% onion. It literally tasted of nothing it was bizzare, wouldn’t go again.

20/10/2025: Was in Earls last weekend, I had a lovely sandwich and coffee made by the super staff. Big shout out to Tom who was very friendly and obliging. I’ll be back!

20/10/2025: Very rude and unprofessional young sales assistant. No basic manners, no “thank you” or “please.” Left a very unpleasant impression. Manager should look into this.

15/11/2025: The chicken balls were amazing and fresh However.... Never in my life did I have a spice bag THIS salty. I couldn't finish the food 😔 The chicken pieces were also old and chewy. Just no. The curry sauce portion was pretty alright at least. I'm going to go drink some water now.

23/09/2025: My husband and I had a great dinner experience here. We ordered takeout. I got meal A and he meal deal D. I thought this was one of the best Chinese takeaway I had ever gotten. The only thing we noted was the soy sauce was extremely salty(too salty to eat). But my shredded chili chicken was delicious and my husband enjoyed his meal as well. We also got the pork dumplings as an appetizer and those were very tasty as well. I would definitely order here again.

29/09/2025: Ordered food, got it on time, chips super greasy almost felt microwaved, onion rings that tasted of no onion just stale fat/oil, 1/4 pounder super dry no sauce at all, ordered a "Spice box" as it was the only Spice item on their menu got a box of nuggets and chips with no flavour other than fryer oil, rang to find out what happened got the owner, and rude and short are the only way I could describe his speech mannerisms, turns out there's a spice bag which isn't on their website. Finished the meal a little while ago and stomachs already trying to fight back, avoid this place.

29/09/2025: I wish I could rate this place as O, disgusting wet chips, dry and over fried chicken. Awfully rude service, people who works there just hate their job and customers. I have never experienced worse customer service than San Marino take away

10/12/2025: As a loyal customer who is 'literally addicted' to Costa, I am deeply disappointed and will stop visiting. The poor customer service, where staff seem to only care up until the point of payment, has completely ruined the experience for me.

13/06/2025: Let's be honest, Domino's is very much a last resort when ordering a Pizza in Ireland. I've reluctantly ordered Domino's a few times in various outlets across Ireland over many years, and somehow it seems to get worse. Last nights order was more of the same and the quality of ingredients just isn't there. It leaves you feeling ripped off!
