The best restaurants in Wicklow

27/10/2024: We hosted our wedding day 2 here and the team were amazing. Incredibly accomodating and the food was great. Huge amount of food and great value for money. They accomodated kids, adults, vegans and all the chaos of differing drink requirements of a large group with nothing but a smile on their face. We used the outside venue which was great for kids to enjoy the day with no stress on the parents. Overall it made for a great day 2 and wrap to the celebrations. I love the team.

12/07/2024: My brother and I were on a hike last weekend and stopped here for a coffee break. Lovely place and very friendly, welcoming staff.

08/10/2024: Great take away best chips I have had but the fish pice I had was dry and chewy unfortunately but if I am in bray would go back

29/08/2024: Bray was very busy the day we were there so we had 2 queue for a bit but the service was quick and very efficient

15/11/2024: walked in and 2 minutes after sitting down the security guard threw me and my companions out. when i asked why we are being asked to leave they refused to tell us why and resulted in calling the guards. they have also multiple times have gotten are order wrong i don’t recommend going there

02/11/2024: This has to be the worst McDonald's in Ireland, no sign of our food, went to the counter and they didn't know where my order was, they said it was lost, then another girl said she's on break, someone else will look after you? Terrible customer service, terrible staff, I wasn't the only one looking for an order?

27/10/2024: I would recommend this place. Large portions, good choice of menu, friendly staff and importantly the availability of a parking lot You can sit in a big company with a beer, or have dinner and a delicious wine with your family.

20/10/2024: Great pub in Ashford pool table, dart board jukebox all you need. Oh yeah and the drink is terrific. Good staff and great prices on the pint.

27/09/2024: Just order wings and shack fries for my grandson .... Absolutely stunning.... Taste is delicious as for the garlic dip .. so nice ...and such a quick delivery too.... A welcome back into the village guys 👍👍👍

22/10/2024: Really disappointed with Opera recently for different reasons. First of all the prices are extortionate for one run of the mill ham and cheese simple toastie you are looking at 11 euro alone! Compared to other cafes in the town it’s ridiculous. I got a ham cheese pickle bap, Reuben sandwich, small soup and bread in the Coffee shop for 15 euro! A soup, bread, pastries and coffee in Forehouse for 12 euro. The coffee used to be beautiful in Opera, now it’s just okay and like lava I’ve had blisters on my mouth twice from the coffee! I asked for almond milk once and got coconut instead which I hate and only realised after I’d left! The owner and staff (most of them) are uninterested and aloof. I also came here a while ago at 8:58 two minutes before opening as the door was open and I was told to wait 2 minutes. On another occasion, when they were doing ham and cheese croissants only for breakfast, my mam went to get one which was in the display fridge and they said the time for ham and cheese croissants was over at 11, it was 11:05 and there was literally one left in the display fridge. So they were just going to dump it? What would be the difference if they do toasted sandwiches anyways? Their strict ‘rules’ around time and attitude aren’t in line with good customer service. For a town with a lot of competition around them they are really under performing and over pricing! Don’t see them lasting much longer. Only reason why I have 2 stars is there pastries are nice that’s about it

19/10/2024: 1 hour 30 min wait for food when it was 45 min wait period. Food arrived with miniscule amount of chicken and 2 sauces watery tasting the same. Always loved Indie Spice but certainly won't be ordering again as this is the second time this has happened. Customer service on phone was less than average when I asked where our dinner was. Not value for money. Very disappointing

26/10/2024: Decent food and service at a reasonable price. Lots of other options nearby.

16/08/2024: I got number 28 of the rice dishes and it was totally delicious. The prawns were cleaned and chicken was tender. I’ll be back again !

23/09/2024: I call for delivery order for more then 4time and no one answer and the last time one answer and he end the call when I was take very bad service not happy with that

02/09/2024: I didn't receive my order during that they are asking me to pay another delivery charge. It's not my fault that they got wrong address. I normally order to this shop. The driver can't communicate properly. Totally wreck.

29/10/2024: Pretty typical McDonald's experience the food was as expected except for the mc-rib which was tasty but not like when it was last available in McDonald's it was also a bit messy

12/10/2024: Just got back from a drive through to realise my sons order was wrong and mine had items missing...0/2 from 2 simple orders..

10/10/2024: A sublime experience. Jokers is without question the most glorious chipper in Ireland. The half pounder, the battered sausage and the taco fries are all seriously delicious experiences.

30/08/2024: I took only kids size but I was so full, portions are quite big. Only thing - I didn't realise that they serve chicken legs with bone,I tought that it'll be a fillet like everywhere else. But other than that I liked this place! Very reasonable prices too.
