22/03/2026: I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks. I bought a drink and then asked politely to use the bathroom, but a staff member with black hair refused and spoke to me in a very aggressive tone. She said I couldn’t use it because she was cleaning, even though the café was still open and serving customers. As a paying customer, I believe I should be allowed to use the restroom during opening hours. The way I was treated felt rude and unnecessary. Definitely not the level of service I would expect.

13/12/2025: The food was amazing,they have a new chef who is excellent,btw first place i found in ireland making falafel that made me feel home (egypt),and cant talk enough about the service!

29/04/2026: Visited Eddie Rocket’s on Parnell Street today and honestly had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had there. While we were waiting for our food, we could see the chefs eating directly off plates — both ours and others that had been ordered after us. It was really off-putting and completely unacceptable from a hygiene point of view. When the food finally came out, it didn’t improve things. The burgers were dry and completely tasteless, nothing like what I’ve had here before. The boneless wings were soggy and tasted horrible also. On top of that, the air conditioning was turned up so high that I was freezing the entire time. It made the whole experience uncomfortable, and the food went cold really quickly because of it. What’s most disappointing is that I’ve been to this Eddie Rocket’s many times and always considered it one of the best locations. That’s why this visit was such a shock. Really let down this time.

24/07/2026: I’d like to share my experience with this terrible establishment, the woman on the phone taking down our order was very ignorant and disrespectful to my partner. As I was trying to order a gluten free pizza and add ann extra topping as they don’t allow this service on their app. Whilst on the phone the Women working the phone today was hanging up on me while I was talking. And proceeded to block my partners phone number, all I was trying to ask if it was possible to add an additional topping on my partners pizza due to her allergies which has been no issue any previous time while ordering. The customer service was unacceptable and the ignorance from blocking my partners number which I had to call on my personal number to try make sure that the order was taking down properly. So, I won’t have to deal with any allergic reactions and following a trip to a hospital. It takes one person to cause an emergency trip to the hospital and with the lack of care from this place it could’ve happened. And also forgetting several items, Terrible cop on from these…

12/07/2026: Amazing sunny day spent in the outdoor seating area at Gough’s. The atmosphere was fantastic, and all the staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special thanks to Ania, whose excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

18/02/2026: Beautiful little spot for friends to catch up. Always busy (the most reliable sign of a good place to be!); I would recommend without hesitation to visit whether you're local, visiting or just in need of some caffeine and a little boost on a rainy day.

02/02/2026: If you want to feel like a giant, visit here! I didn't think it was possible to make a coffee this small and then to charge nearly 6 euro was just insane.

19/04/2026: Food was decent and delivered within a reasonable time but the 2 times I have ordered from them, I have been abused down the phone by their delivery drivers claiming I have given an address and when they arrived both times, I was able to point out on the order sheet they had where the address was. No apologies, nothing! Will never order again as a result of this

25/07/2026: Incorrect labelling of allergens. Fish and chips and burger and chips claimed to be gluten free but then told the chips are not gluten free according to server. Wings were labelled as not containing gluten but contain gluten. Couldn’t order anything gluten free and the menu being labelled incorrectly is worrying. Why have allergens on a menu if they are all incorrect in this day and age? Very disappointing and will not be back

13/06/2026: I have been to this restaurant several times, the quantity of food is good but I was not satisfied with the service because twice in a row they made us sit at a small table next to the kitchen door which slammed like hell and so twice we asked to move to another table.

25/07/2026: We were a group of friends on a language course in Ireland. After visiting the gardens, we came to get something to drink. We paired up to share drinks since we weren't hungry enough to order a full meal each, splitting the cost of each drink—we all paid a little. While we were eating at the tables, a woman working at the café rudely came over to scold us, saying, and I quote, "We don't share here," and kicked two of our friends out of the establishment "for not ordering anything." In the end, my friends had to spend their money individually, losing the money they had previously spent.
