26/02/2026: Excelente!! Highly recommended!!

25/02/2026: My first time trying Lebanese food and it was a nice experience. The food was fresh and filling. Staff were so attentive and friendly. I had a cocktail which was delicious and priced very well. Overall, so worth a visit here. Will be back.

15/03/2026: I can give my opinion on the pub and the food. We were very lucky because we went on Mother's Day without a reservation and a table just happened to become available. We enjoyed our meal, although it took a long time to be served dessert. My turkey "ham" was tasty, but a bit dry. The rest of our party ordered lasagna or beef stew and were very satisfied. The house special dessert that day was cheesecake and it was spectacular! The atmosphere was lively, with families, people watching football, etc.

14/03/2026: Service was good but the food was not nice, very little portion and for a crazy price. 15 euros for a bit of tomato soup and a toasted sandwich that was not even nice and very small. No fries or anything else. A rip off.

25/02/2026: Been away for a few months. Popped into the elm tree for Sunday lunch. Just as good as all ways, still good value, food still great except the roast potatoes, just too crispy.

18/02/2026: Beautiful surroundings, delicious cocktails and a very nice barmen with a beard who makes cocktails.

12/03/2026: Wow! Incredible. Best nachos I’ve ever had- they do not skimp out on the toppings or cheese. I got the kimchi chicken sandwich and also incredible! 10/10 for everything!

02/03/2026: Fun place to grab an awesome burger. Cheese fries with bacon is incredible!

24/03/2026: A HEARTY breakfast joint, you won't leave with any room left in your tummy. We had the Brekkie Bap and Divorced Eggs and recommend both, though the Divorced Eggs took the cake for most original and delicious. A bright and lively spot for breakfast or lunch, we'd happily return.

17/10/2025: I was having breakfast this morning, I order eggs Benedict, and I think the rashers were cooked the last year. Be careful with the ingredients guys.. it's really annoying.

14/10/2025: Old Rustic bar in South Main Street, the City Center of Cork. Across from the old Beamish and Crawford Brewary, there's a lot of history in the area. There's a younger crowd frequenting it now, and they have some seating outside. The staff are nice as is the atmosphere.

07/10/2025: Nice pub. Good music. Not the best beer selection. Used to have real candles on each table with wax spilling over the bottle they were in, now changed for fake candles. It's a pity, it was part of what made it a cosy pub.

13/09/2025: The food at the restaurant (and the hotel in general) saved the weekend at this place. Service at the hotel lacks attention to details but certain staff members managed to save the night. Food was really good.

02/09/2025: My experience was like, are we on planet Earth or in another dimension? Everything was so perfect. I loved the bar outside the hotel by the river, which was mesmerizing. I drank two Guinness beers, which is my favorite despite being in Cork, and they're loyal to Murphy's here. The staff are always on top of things, and you're treated like royalty. I highly recommend this hotel, and especially this bar, because it stands out from all the other hotels. All the best for your future.

20/01/2026: Had evening meal on a Tuesday evening. Brilliant food, quick service and reasonable. Had starter between 3, 3 mains, 2 deserts and 3 coffees and all came to just shy of €100. Would definitely come back.

05/01/2026: Steak alfredo was excellent, cost to quality ratio is still on par, 17.50 for the dish but in fairness I felt it was worth it. Alot of places you feel you didn't get value but I can't say that here

11/03/2026: Great Italian restaurant with delicious food. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. I recommend it.

09/03/2026: 5* food and service. I had the Carbonara and the kids had goujons and chips. It was beautiful and as I was rushing for the airport, they facilitated me super fast, I calculated 6 minutes from ordering to table!! Delicious and fresh, will definitely return.

25/02/2026: Wonderful fresh fish and the chips were nice and crunchy. Service was very pleasant and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere and a good pint of Murphys and I'm normally a Beamish man
