07/04/2026: Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service at Fota Island. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast was probably the best quality hotel breakfast I’ve had. The food was lovely and there were plenty of options for all diets and preferences.
The hotel facilities were well equipped for not only just families but also couples and those looking to relax and unwind as well.
If you’re wanting a relaxing place to stay in the south of Ireland then look no further!

03/04/2026: Idk y’all… food was quite mid esp considering the price. My veggie dish felt like it was heated up in the microwave sadly. My partner’s beef he said was fine. We didn’t bother with dessert. Would skip esp if only doing one meal in Cork as portions are literally tiny for 27€.

Atmosphere was top notch amd service eas very fast and amazingly polite taking crowd inside in perspective.
Definitely plaec6to have a few pints.

18/03/2026: First of all the atmosphere and Customer Service outstanding as always. Superb bar and was always on my recommendation list!
However, when l dropped in for a pint last Tues ( Orchard Thieves), l was shocked to pay £7. 10!! Yes l was expected to pay £6. 10.I didnt go elsewhere to compare price. Even the staff member who served me acknowkedged when l said what? Way overpriced in my humble opinion.

23/10/2025: I have a severe allergy to both milk and gluten, I don’t eat out at restaurants in the US much due to this. Kiely’s made me feel so comfortable with their allergy protocol and listing allergens on their menu as well. The fish and chips were delicious and such a treat. I love how light the breading was and had zero reactions. 💜 I will certainly visit again before I fly back home.
