28/12/2025: Enjoyed lunch with family. Ordered Balinese Nasi Goreng. It was a bit salty, but it was tasty. Lovely warm atmosphere.

27/09/2025: Wonderful cocktails, great music and ambience, and I cannot say enough good things about the people that work here. I celebrated my 30th birthday AND engagement here, and my fiancée and I were shown such incredible hospitality by everyone we interacted with. I wish I could remember our bartender’s name, he truly made the night special. It’s been a month since we returned from Ireland, and our night at Paladar is one of our favorite memories from the whole trip. Highly recommend spending your time and money here!

20/09/2025: The atmosphere was good but was pressurized to finish the dinner for the next customer. I understand the time limit on the table but since we sat down we were reminded on several occasions the time limit which made us feel unwelcome.

02/01/2026: A group of 9 of us came for lunch to celebrate a birthday. Everything was perfect, excellent food, great service. We will definitely be back!

15/12/2025: Went here over the weekend, staff were very friendly and attentive. Dishes were very large portions, the lamb and steak were both lovely and tender. Would highly recommend going here for a light lunch or a roast dinner, well worth the price!

14/09/2025: If you are willing to spend a bit more than the usual price for a breakfast, you can have a truly delicious experience here. Like chef-level type of experience. Not to mention that the place is spacious and luminous, the views are fantastic, the service is top-notch, and you can have a lovely walk through the gardens (and the nun's cemetery too). And learn some history.

27/12/2025: We went to Kato for lunch, very decent place, fast service, good food. Noodles were extremly flavourful thanks to good use of spices which made food very delicious. My friend chose different dish but we both had duck and we both agreed that duck was cheewy and bit dry. Other than that everything was great.

26/12/2025: Have you ever been so cold and hungry that you literally feel like your first spoonful of soup is regenerating your will to live? That was me having a bowl of the farang noodle soup at Koto. Flavors were exceptional, chicken was tender and I swear to sweet baby Jesus it warmed me down to my very soul. Gyosa was good too.

04/09/2025: So many savory options! Best Italian I have had since going vegan. Got there, given an hr wait, went nexdoor til she called us over earlier than expected, and she waited a little extra while we finished our pints. Kind service staff. Loved the fresh ingredients. My pesto ravioli with sweet potatoes was fantastic. The linguine were perfectly al dente and we could see them being made. Saved room for dessert, the strawberry hill was delicious. All so perfectly balanced, really. Try the appetizers! We got the socca farinata. My Omni bf and I (vegan) thought this was some of the best food we've had. Cozy, romantic, welcoming, & affordable, too.

16/12/2025: We had our staff night out last Saturday and we could not be happier. Staff was so friendly and no ask was too big. Service with a smile. Food was extraordinary! There was 26 of us and to get everyone's food absolutely perfect, not an easy task. Waiters remembered everyone's orders and dietary requirements, not a single mishap. Very very impressive! Will definitely come back and just wanted to say thank you to every single one of you, you are some team! Merry Christmas!

08/12/2025: Good European food. We came for dinner in first week of December and thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas menu here. There are options for vegans as well. The desserts were the best. My colleagues enjoyed the steak and duck in particular.

11/11/2025: We enjoyed delicious cocktails made with peaty Connemara whisky, professionally prepared, and savored refined small plates of lamb and beef, as well as a delectable dessert. The price reflects the quality; I highly recommend it.

17/12/2025: I have been to this restaurant a lot of times with my kids, my kids can be a bit loud and never once did they ever give a negative comment about my kids, also the atmosphere is calm and of course food is delicious. I would highly recommend this place and I’ll give it a 10/10 for kid-friendliness restaurant

16/10/2025: Highly overrated. I found this place in Google maps as we were visiting Cork and desperately looking for a quick lunch. We were the only people who ordered food at that moment, however, it took a while to get it. It looked like there was only one stressed-out lady at the counter and the kitchen. Tea and coffee came quite fast, but we waited for pancakes and omelette around 20 min. Pancakes were hard and cold inside and omelette with "salad" meaning rocket with two blobs of ketchup. And THE WORST: I found LARGE pieces of EGGSHELL inside.

12/10/2025: Had a lovely vegan sandwich here, the service was great and the value was incredible.

11/12/2025: Cracking beer bar with 30 changing taps, many more bottles, great service from knowlegable staff in a nice atmosphere. My go-to bar in Cork city.
