28/09/2025: Everything was fine. Unfortunately, the food was a complete disaster. I even got a stomach ache. What a pity.

15/08/2026: Tapas at a good price. We just would have appreciated a bit more cheese on the platter. Otherwise, everything was very good, fresh, and reasonably priced.

20/08/2026: We went at a quiet mid afternoon and had a peaceful lovely meal. They cater for GF diets and all pasta dishes and have GF pizza bases. A truly relaxing experience with great unobtrusive staff.

16/08/2026: I recently went to this restaurant for lunch with a friend. I ordered a salad and my friend had a pizza. The food was good overall, so I would give it 4 stars. Unfortunately, the service really let the experience down. The waitresses kept coming over and asking if we were ready to order, even though we clearly weren’t. It became quite irritating and felt very unprofessional. We got the impression that they simply wanted us to order and leave as quickly as possible. The restaurant was also very busy, which made it difficult to have a conversation and made the atmosphere feel quite overwhelming. Overall, the food was good, but the service made the experience much less enjoyable than it could have been.

07/07/2026: I often visit Box'D Drive Through Coffee shop. The team members are friendly, fast, and fabulous. The coffee is great. I like having a flat white or iced coffee with coconut milk. My girlfriend loves the matcha with oat milk. We often sit outside in their outdoor cabins. The cabins are wonderful for small groups or when it's slightly rainy. There is plenty of parking nearby. The location is lovely.

31/07/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped at this small restaurant tucked away in an alley. Excellent, authentic pasta carbonara and cannelloni. Quite generous portions. Pleasant and attentive service. I recommend it.

20/06/2026: Staff exceptional, Alan and Connor (bar), John and Johannes (Guest Services), every person we encountered were friendly and made our stay our favorite place to come back. Hotel was great, breakfast very good, rooms were comfortable and spacious.

04/09/2026: Really excellent food and superb service. Our waitress Roísín was extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of food here is sincerely impressive. I had the prawns to start which were devine and extremely tasty. I had the featherblade as my main. I wasn’t expecting it to be so satiating. The layers of flavour were something to behold. Will definitely be returning!

31/08/2026: Always really enjoy coming here with my kids. Just a small note, ye shouldn’t be running out of roast beef at 1:30pm on a Sunday lunch . Not the first time this has happened to us. Food in general is always top notch and great quality. Keep up the great work.

28/08/2026: I've been to scoozi a lot of times and I've had no problems until today. My partner and I ordered the mushrooms for the starter and two steak and mushroom tagliatelle. We love mushrooms. The mushrooms came out and it was 6 of them, quite small, a small dip, and a scoop of coleslaw on a butterheas lettuce leaf. This was €11.25. I asked the waitress if there was a possibility to bring it back because I didn't feel comfortable paying so much for such a small portion. She said she would ask. She was very accommodating and understanding. A manager comes over, I think Jessica might have been her name, brown hair, tall, and glasses. Asked if it I wanted them taken away and she could take them off our bill. I said okay. She asked if we would like our mains, I said yes, please. She said they would be out and took away the mushrooms. There was a crash of glass soon after and I get up to wash my hands before my mains come. The manager (Jessica ? Tall, brunette, and glasses) stopped me on the way to the bathroom to say that she had taken my starter off the bill and that she made a snarky comment saying she thought I was being inappropriate. I was confused as I went to wash my hands and went back to my table. Once I sit back down at my table I discussed with my partner and I was genuinely confused if I had done something. Maybe her bringing back the mushrooms made her crash into someone and therefore the glasses shattered? Maybe she was blaming me for that? Not sure as I was sitting facing away from the crashing sound. I also asked the waitress if I had done something wrong and she didn't say that I had. I finished my food, and paid. I asked the staff at the counter if that was a manager and if I could speak to her. Danny came and tried to ask what was wrong but I said I would like to speak with the other manager. I just wanted to confront her directly about what she meant. She basically monologued at me and my partner for returning the mushrooms. She said she's spent over 20 years in the industry, if I heard her correctly. That this has never happened before and took her by surprise. She said maybe that I didn't think it was worth €11.25 but she thought it was worth that money. She said everything is made in house, panko breadcrumbs, the cream cheese, the mushrooms etc. There's apparently 3 kitchens. She's gone to many restaurants and has never done this. She said if I had asked for more mushrooms, they would have gladly given me more mushrooms. That they want me to be full and be satisfied with the food. I did not kick up a fuss as I stared at her in disbelief. All I did was nod my head and say okay. I did however bring up the fact that they did not have to let me send back the mushrooms, which she interjected and said she had no problem taking it off the bill and wanted me to be happy. I also said that I would have been happy to have received a different remedy. She never apologised for her comment, which was not an awful comment by any means but felt very unnecessary, unprofessional, and "inappropriate" in my opinion. I would have been okay had she had told me no, it's not possible to send it back and offered to give me some more mushrooms or even if I had to suffer the costs. Instead she just offered to take it back and never asked what the problem was and didn't not try to solve the problem in another way before it resorted to her taking the mushrooms away. She said they had to be binned, which was probably not necessary, maybe one of the staff would have liked them. You would think after 20 or so years in the industry you would learn how to discuss with a customer, different ways of solving a problem instead of taking a course of action that she did not want to take and then confront me and make a snarky comment at me after the fact. I had not spoken to this manager before she came to the table to take the mushrooms but somehow she knew that I was unhappy about the amount of mushrooms but never brought up giving my partner and I more until after I asked to speak with her after paying. Not satisfied today.

21/08/2026: We arrived without a reservation, and were seated promptly. There were seven of us, and some ordered fish and chips, others spaghetti Bolognese, chicken fingers with fries, and barbecue wings. Everything was delicious and very generous. The waiters were very friendly.

02/09/2026: Authentic bar with character next to the English Market. You can buy food from the market to have with your beer. Choice of beers from the rising son brewery.

19/08/2026: Was recommended to try the Nachos by the person behind the registry, who said it's regarded by those wro tried it as one of the best streetfood meals they've had. Must say it did not disappoint, difficult for me to rank but definitelly Top 5 ;)

31/07/2026: Some of Cork’s best vegan food! I went to My Goodness for the first time last week, and I found the food to be absolutely incredible! I ordered the Nachos and they were very filling, extremely good value, and utterly delicious! Will definitely be coming back here :)

28/08/2026: If you’re looking for the best fish and chips in all of Ireland, this is the place to go

22/08/2026: We ordered the cod and chips and the Korean-style tenders. The cod was very decent, but the batter stood out more than the fish itself. What I remember most is the crispy, almost crisp-like batter. I was almost finished with my meal when a couple next to us got their fish and chips, and that’s when I realised mine was missing a wedge of lemon (or lime, as it says on the menu). As for the tenders, I’m not Korean, but what exactly makes these tenders “Korean-style”?. They tasted like regular chicken goujons with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, dried scallions, and thinly sliced bell pepper. If the two sauces served in one container on the side—spicy BBQ and garlic aioli—are what make the dish Korean-style, then I might have to redefine what “Korean-style” means to me.
