16/10/2025: This place is a regular stop for me as I love the flavors of the meats available especially the pulled pork and the chilli con carne! However I do feel there is room for improvement with certain food options, for example the guacamole in past experience is 10/10 but it’s not been available for a very long time. Considering it’s a burrito place you’d think guacamole would be a priority? Maybe that’s just me but kinda weird that it’s always not available. And other options like pico de gallo seem to also never be available. The “pickled onion” aswell is just red onion sitting in water from what I can make of the taste..they should soak it in proper vinegar so it’s got more soft texture and sourness to it. There’s also no option to buy a bowl of nacho chips which I think would be a good option to have besides the handful thrown in the bag with the main. Again all just personal preference but I think these things go along way with people who really appreciate Mexican cuisine. 😙

From the moment you open the box, you can smell the freshness real butter, high-quality pistachios, and perfectly baked layers. It’s not overly sweet or dry; the syrup balance is spot on, and every bite just melts in your mouth. It’s been a long time since I’ve had baklava of this quality in Ireland. You can truly taste the care, skill, and tradition in every single layer. I served it to guests and everyone loved it they all asked where it was from. Ella’s Heaven is not just about desserts; it’s about consistency, cleanliness, and top-level quality. I can confidently say this is the best baklava in Ireland. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates real, authentic taste.

06/01/2026: WARNING! This place was served a closure order for having cockroach’s next to food in the kitchen. A mix of live & dead cockroach’s along with cockroach’s at all life stages. Google keeps taking this review down which is shocking considering the state of the kitchen in this cafe

20/10/2025: The food is a complete disaster and has nothing to do with Japanese or sushi. The sushi rice is mushy. The meat has been treated with plasticizers. The vegetables are made of cabbage. So, if you're used to Japanese food, you won't be happy here. The decor is reminiscent of a cheap Chinese restaurant. The only thing that's convincing here is the price.

16/01/2026: This is one of the authentic Indian restaurants in Dublin. Had a chat with Mr. Negi, great guy, we spoke about travels plans and all, great person to talk to. The food was also top notch, the samosas were made as they should be made. Overall, 5/5 for this place.

30/12/2025: Lovely atmosphere, good beer and if you are walking with the dog water and dog snacks in the smoking area out front, oh and the pizzas are lovely.

12/10/2025: An incredible pub, with a great atmosphere and live music. An oasis away from the center of Dublin, in the beautiful village of Chapelizod and next to the northern entrance to Phoenix Park. If I could, I would go there every day of my life to have a Guinness there.
