15/08/2025: A great place to go if you want to try a full Irish breakfast. High-quality ingredients and perfectly cooked. A very pleasant terrace. You can go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.

24/08/2025: A local took me here on my way home from work. I'll never forget the beef stew and Guinness beer I had here. The atmosphere was casual but relaxing, the food was delicious, and I had a great time. Next time I'd like to bring my family.

13/08/2025: I really feel like this is the best chipper in town! We shared the scallops, fish burger, a salad and two wines. The staff were very kind and helpful, giving us personal recommendations based on our tastes. Every single dish was delicious, and the wines were just perfect! As Belgians, we were delighted with the chips! For us, these were the best we had in Ireland so far. The fish was so fresh, and the batter was delightfully crusty and light. We absolutely loved the salad: fresh and simple, and just perfect. We'll definitely be back!

17/08/2025: You couldn't get a more local experience. Of course, the kitchen closes early, but the girl was so kind that even though I'd already eaten and the kitchen had been closed for 5 minutes, they still fried me some fries (I ordered them twice, including the following evening, amazing). Live music too.

10/08/2025: Local pub, very local I'd say. Found it while walking around the outskirts of Dublin, near where we were staying. The menu has limited but excellent choices. My friends had fish and chips, which were good, fried to perfection. I had the veggie burger, which was good, a little lacking in sauce, but highly recommended. Recommended! You can definitely soak up the atmosphere. There was also live music, which was absolutely pleasant and unobtrusive.

23/08/2025: Alba Pilar excelente servicio!!! We loved her, she was able to help us with an order when another waiter was not willing to. We loved our dinner more just because of her.

22/08/2025: Disappointing prices high for the quality. Poor selection of drinks. Meat in burger very chewy the bun feels like it’s old, chips also feel like from yesterday. Our food did not come at once.

22/08/2025: Fantastic food and service here could not rate it higher. The chicken bao bun is fantastic. The dumplings are so fresh and the chicken rice bowl 10/10. We will be back!

06/07/2025: Very yummy I got the szechuan chicken rice bowl in the very spicy version. It was actually quite spicy but it was really good with hints of sweetness.

31/07/2025: We booked an afternoon tea for two at 3 PM at The Old Music Shop in Dublin, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. While booking online, I requested a window table if possible — not only did they accommodate this, but they went above and beyond. We were greeted with a big smile and such a joyful attitude that it set the tone for the entire experience. I had called earlier to say we might be running late, and instead of any stress, they completely reassured us — no pressure, no problem. The staff was outstanding. They created a warm, personal atmosphere, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. I wish I had caught the names of the team (two hostesses and a host), because they absolutely deserve to be recognized. At one point, the owner, Finn, came over to check on us 🤯 — and we made sure to tell him just how fantastic the team had been. The room itself, part of The Castle Hotel, is beautifully decorated and has that quiet, timeless charm that makes you want to stay for hours. Natural sunlight poured in through the windows, adding to the peaceful and elegant vibe. The menu matched exactly what was shown online and exceeded our expectations. We started with a generous selection of flavorful sandwiches, moved on to fresh scones (oh god 😍), and ended with a delightful variety of desserts — chocolate mousse, macarons, and more. The tea and coffee selection was great, and we were even offered free refills after the first round, which was a lovely touch. We’re not experts, but we’ve had our share of visiting cafes, restaurants, etc. — and this place gave us far more than we expected for the price. Honestly, I’m worried I won’t have such a good experience again for a long, long time. My mother was beyond happy, and I know she’ll treasure this day for years. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for such a memorable evening ❤️ — and to Finn for checking in and making us feel like more than just customers.

02/09/2025: I was truly amazed by the service and quality at this coffee shop! The staff were so kind, smiling, and caring that I’d come here every day if I lived in Dublin. The breakfast was delicious, and the craffin was something really special — absolutely outstanding! If I could, I’d give you 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

02/08/2025: Valeria our server is outstanding. We dined here prior to moving into our apartment and her fabulous service and good cheer convinced us that we were moving into the right neighborhood. We have been back multiple times since and have been fortunate to have Valeria as our server. The food and her fellow staff members are as first class as her. We will be back often and encourage you to visit as well.

07/08/2025: Toured Paris, Ireland and Scottland. The Waterloo was the best chowder and steak sandwich. Best meal of our entire trip. If you want a bloody good Chowder then this is a must do stop on the intinery. The steak sanga was outstanding. Better than any one we have had in Australia!!!

14/06/2025: Enjoyed my time in this pub last month , got all the right stuff to make it a local , but unfortunately had to return to miami. Great pint , best prices by far in the area , close to all the fun spots and gets a real happy to be there following. Pizza is a big hit , and got a upstais comedy club. May the passing of time never diminish its style...gerry.
