The best restaurants in Dublin

28/01/2026: Got a takeaway. Pizza is phenomenonal but the tenders are a joke, and 10e too. I put a pen as comparison for size. You would get bigger chicken nuggets in Mc Donalds. Such a shame as again the pizza is fantastic.

27/01/2026: The pizza was really good and honestly exceeded my expectations. The flavors were great and everything tasted fresh and well made. The wings were okay overall, but a few pieces in one order didn’t seem very fresh and had a slightly off smell. I hope management can look into this and make sure the chicken is always stored and handled as fresh as possible. The service, on the other hand, was excellent, friendly, attentive, and made the experience much better. One small downside was the music volume. It was very loud for a Sunday afternoon, which made it harder to relax and have a conversation. Overall, a good experience with a few areas that could be improved.

10/01/2026: This is a genuine Dublin pub, a great mix of people of all ages willing to talk or leave you be depending on what you need. It's my favourite place to listen to sound of people conversing and watch all human interactions, what really makes this place is the warm , friendly and experienced staff, they treat their job like a vocation.

17/11/2025: I have visit this place since 9 year ago and the food is always delicious and good quality, the restaurant reflects Italian taste. Whoever the waitress need training in greeting and locating customer at tables, we were 3 people and because the couple before is we're 2 and a table for 3 was free, they make all of us waiting instead of locate the table.

16/11/2025: It was excellent, the food was just so good. Their croissants are homemade, the hot chocolate had real chocolate inside, and so did the coffee. We had the vegetarian Irish breakfast, classic French toast, and the focaccia of the day with feta, and everything was delicious! I highly recommend it!!

02/02/2026: Food amazing. Great choice of condiments and spicy sauces to choose. We came at 9pm on a Sunday and food was hot and well served. Staff delivered a top class service even after a long and busy Sunday shift. One of the best if you like Nando’s chain.

11/11/2025: Terrible management and poor organization overall. They don’t care about staff or proper training. Be careful with the food sometimes it’s old and not stored correctly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend working or eating here.

15/01/2026: Overall a decent experience, though the food itself was closer to 3 stars. The seafood was fresh and tasted good. However, the non-seafood dishes were disappointing. The steak was overcooked and quite tough, and both the fries and the fried risotto (arancini) were excessively oily, with the oiliness noticeable in the taste. The fries also lacked crispiness. We also had a reservation but were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant where staff constantly passed by. There were several better tables available during our meal and even after we had paid, which made the seating choice a bit frustrating.

18/01/2026: Stopped for a drink on the way to the Guinness Storehouse but ended up having breakfast too and such a great decision. Food was delicious, service was great.

11/11/2025: This is a short, simple menu, but is a delicious food. We had the pork sandwich and the Chicken rice bowl. Very friendly service too. It helps that you can enjoy it in the relaxing confines of the The Glimmer Man.
