12/11/2024: Get that old pub smell. Place hasn't changed in over 20 years, and that's a good thing. Had a lovely pint, sat outside enjoying it, and people watching. Who needs tv.

The servers were friendly and fast.

My mum doesn't like very hot food and the lady who served us was so unbelievably nice and made sure my mum was able to order a meal that she would enjoy. Very reasonably priced and the food was some of the best Indian I have had. Thank you.

28/09/2024: Sound staff. Great for a Celtic match and trad music. If they just knocked off 50-80 cent on the price they are charging for pints it's a 5 star pub. €19.30 for 2 Guinness and a Heineken is a bit much for the location
20/09/2024: Came for the beer and ballads didn't sample the food so no eating there..... A lad called Conor Durkin did not disappoint fantastic singer who reminded me of Luke Kelly. Happy to take a request, although quite busy the bar staff made every effort to see the people and order very promptly.
As ever a fantastic place with fantastic people. A little more expensive than other local places but worth every penny
A place not to avoid, to listen to proper irish Ballads by proper Irish musicians.

03/11/2024: We've been a few times now- consistently really great food and vibes. One of the few places around where the vegetarian options don't feel like an afterthought! The quality of food and service doesn't seem to dip even when it's very busy.

27/10/2024: Very nice food at this place, we booked it for bringing the kids for a pizza and cake for my daughter s birthday. For adults we had steak. Everything was excellent, you just have to get a parking spot st centra or on the street.

08/11/2024: Beautifull Castle turned into hotel... The Keltic atmosphere is everywhere, well done! Rooms are good, a bit dated, but hey it's a castle!!!
When in Dublin I will stay here again. 😉

17/11/2024: This room is much smaller than it appears, which is not a huge issue. But it smelled of urine. If you’re looking to go to the pubs till closing this is the place for you, if you’re looking for some rest the price was high. Ear plugs were included in the stay because it was so loud at night in the room. The water pressure was great.
14/11/2024: €8.70 for a pint of Guinness. Clearly the pubs in Temple Bar are working together on rip off prices.

03/11/2024: I've been to this restaurant many times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. I've tried their pizza, fresh handmade pasta, and desserts. Pizza is great, but my favourite is probably their carbonara, one of the best - if not the best - in Dublin. Creamy and authentic. The staff is very nice and the service is good. Prices are in line with similar places.

31/10/2024: It’s the little things that count in a Dublin restaurant market that too often feels overpriced and under appreciative of customers. In night market when you ask for a carafe of house wine you get a delicious tempernillo at a very reasonable price. When you ask for a Coke Zero you get a glass with ice and lime but also a full 330ml can rather than the poxy 190ml bottles that other restaurants give out. And that’s before we even get to the delicious food and the sparkling friendly service. Why would you go anywhere else?
19/10/2024: It’s crazy how authentic this restaurant is! We were in Thailand last year and since coming home we crave Thai food a lot, tried here for the first time today and it was so amazingly delicious. We tried the papaya salad (not Irish spicy, it was most definitely Thai spicy!! If you know you know), sticky rice, pork skewer, prawn rolls, khao soi and Tom yam. We had to have a singha. Our waiter conor was brilliant so helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend. Khop khun khap 🇹🇭
