The best restaurants in Kerry

25/09/2025: Cute cafe with some typical coffee options with a few out-there options. The cakes/dessert options are great but they lack hot food options: they had sandwiches or quiches when I visited. While the quiche was decent, I was expecting to find more typical options for breakfast. Very friendly staff & lovely interior.

29/09/2025: Had our wedding ceremony, dinner and after party here. If I could give 6 stars I would, Clíodhna, Adrian and staff were very helpful, professional and excellent to arrange our big day with. The food on the day matched the food tasting from earlier this year perfectly and our guests are still raving about how good our menu was. They worked with our vendors to arrange the day schedule and honestly every was went off without a hitch nearly down to the minute. I couldn't recommend 10 Bridge Street more.

02/09/2025: Oct 2024-We were back again at 10Bridge Street for our 1st Anniversary dinner and Cliodhna and her team was superb yet again.Delicious food,great service.Cannot believe that it s been a year since we had our wedding reception here.Beautiful beautiful venue.

21/07/2025: A perfect place to stay while in Killarney as the location is spot on ! Lovely friendly bar with toptastic Guinness. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with all you need from shower gel , moisturiser, fresh towels , coffee , teas and complimentary snacks. The power of the shower is seriously good with hot water always . Now breakfast is another level from many places I’ve stayed , served and cooked by the wonderful Norita . All choices are very good but I particularly enjoyed the omelettes , absolutely amazing ! Norita was super friendly and even made some home breads and muffins that were yum , she also gave us a few tips on where to go in Killarney . Totally recommend this place when in Killarney.

17/07/2025: Stayed at Dan Linehan’s on our final night in Dublin before catching an early morning ferry back to Holyhead. Friendly staff, room was fine, food in the bar was good Irish. Walkable to central Dublin bars & not too far to the ferry port.

14/10/2025: Have a fabulous 3 day's in the hotel,dancing to live entertainment each night afternoon had cooking demo 1 day Bingo,and card games afternoon also had live music in the lounge and dancing 🕺 😀. The hotel also has a bus to collect people from the Train Station, plus if you didn't feel like walking into town the bus €2 each way .The hotel also have a pool if you feel like swimming. I am looking at going back before Christmas ,as they put on some great packages I have been told. I can't say enough about all the staff so friendly and helpful 5* to everyone @Gleneagelehotel.

12/10/2025: I took 11 of out Friendship group here for the Active Week we stayed from the 5th October to 9th October, from the Killinarden Family Resource Centre. I have to stay it was a fabulous few days away from the time we arrived the staff were so helpful, kind, so polite. Even down to our breakfast time and dinner time was superb. The food was great and a verity to pick from. I would highly recommend staying. We will be booking again. The activities were good and the courtesy bus from the hotel to the town and train station was great service. To take in the sites of Kilarney was just like a picture. Thank you to all the staff.

10/09/2025: We were in Dingle on a Monday, when many restaurants were closed. I read about best fish n chips & I have to wonder, where these people have eaten before. WE found the portions thin & somewhat greasy - again this IS only our opinion. Also found that for 2 orders, a SMALL side of coleslaw, a small beer N a 100ml bottle of wine for Mrs. A, that $90+ CAD a little steep. As the menu pricing is a chalk board it may well be due to the limited options that day (just my thoughts) Anyway Dingle is a MUST DO - IF you find yourselves in this part of the country - SPA007

06/10/2025: We ordered fish and chips and spaghetti with seafood, and both were truly delicious. The fish was plentiful, crispy, fresh, and tender. The food was also piping hot. A definite recommendation for fish and chips. We'll definitely be back.

05/10/2025: A great western pub with incredibly delicious food and great value for money. The gluten-free burger and ribs were amazing.

29/08/2025: Liene made us very welcome and did not rush us to order. A lovely and welcoming atmosphere with really comfortable chairs with high backs which I love. Portions are very generous and the wine list is very affordable with a good selection. This has become my "go to" place of choice to eat and relax in Listowel.

20/08/2025: I am most impressed with Riva the restaurant manager's ability to assist me with a low fodmap approved meal for my evening dinner. She recommended either of the salads, and prepared me a special salad plate with shrimp and dressing (for someone who needs a low fodmap menu having salad dressing is so rare in a restaurant setting). She also brought me roast chicken, mashed potatoes (yes, no garlic!) with broccolini and farm fresh carrots. My meal was delicious and I do recommend for someone suffering from allergies. special care and attention are provided! The hotel room has a relaxing vibe from the jacuzzi tub and tea with milk service in the suite. The hotel is nestled between two main streets. Nice to wander and savour the live music, both modern and traditional Irish without any noise in our room. Nice and quiet.

19/08/2025: Stayed here for 3 nights in November, not at all what I had expected from seeing it from the outside from previous visits to Killarney. The car parking situation is not great as it's a 5 minute walk to the where you can leave your car overnight. There is a carpark across the road but it goes by the day and you have to be up and out before 9 to get a ticket. The room was so small and dull, definitely in need of updating. The pool also was small, I understand the location leaves little room for manoeuvre but by pictures etc you could only be disappointed. It's definitely a hotel which is getting it's American tourists by the bus load either way so it neglects certain things. We stayed in Athlone on the way home and there was no comparison. Would never stay again

29/08/2025: Beautiful food, been living in sneem six months and first time trying. Three people with starters and mains. Only negative was scampi would have liked crispy just a small bit too soft. Service was great, staff friendly and attentive. Definitely will be returning.

18/08/2025: Wow really nice spot. Açaí was lovely, great coffee and everything is priced super reasonably.

01/09/2025: We had our wedding reception here on July 11th 2025. Can't speak highly enough of the hotel, the location and the staff. When other hotels said "no" or that would be extra, Listowel Arms and Patrice bent over backwards to accomodate any request we had. The guests have all remarked on the venue, how beautiful it was with stunning views and lovely indoor decor. The rooms are top quality and all individually decorated. Patrice the wedding co-ordinator ensured that our day went off without a hitch and the food provided in the residence bar after the main function has been remarked upon by many that attended as a nice touch. Multiple guests remarked on the meal and how beautiful the food was which is a credit to the staff in Listowel as its not an easy task to feed a couple of hundred people and ensure a high quality food.

01/09/2025: We had our wedding on 11th July 2025 in Listowel Arms Hotel and from start to finish is was perfect. We fell in love with the hotel on our first viewing and meeting with Patrice the wedding co-ordinator we knew we were in great hands! Patrice was absolutely amazing planning everything, she was so accommodating and nothing was an issue. She has so much knowledge and love for planning weddings, she really took away all of our stresses. We really had a perfect day for our wedding, everything ran on time and smoothly through out the day and night, the staff were all so lovely, the meal was beautiful and everyone had a fantastic night. It's a lovely hotel and beautifully decorated. We are so happy we had a our wedding day in Listowel Arms.

22/08/2025: Went on a Thursday eve and sat outside, food was delicious with lots of veggie options, margarita was perfect and service was super attentive. Would recommend a visit when in Killarney. Would recommend the veggie platter - great value for money!
