24/10/2024: McSweeney Arms Hotel has quickly become my favorite place to stay when I'm in Killarney. Excellent location and friendly staff are the peak of Irish hospitality, and the Bed & Breakfast deal is not to be missed.

20/10/2024: We dined at Harrow while on a tour of Ireland. Once of the best restaurant meals Iāve ever enjoyed! Creative preparations and incredible flavors.
14/10/2024: Lamb Wellington was very dry and not nice considering it is ā¬39!!
Service very slow also on a Saturday night.

05/10/2024: Meant to be a nice spot so I got the eggs Benedict and pancakes.. eggs Benedict had brown bread instead of toasted white English muffin, I was dissapointed with this, very little hollaindiase sauce and the bacon was tough and thickā¦ instead of thin and crispy.. first time ever seeing eggs Benedict with brown bread and I hope itās my last time. Just doesnāt go well, not much taste or flavour overall.
Pancakes were like protein pancakesā¦ very flavourless, no sweet taste.. brown again made with brown flour..
Seems like place focuses on health too much instead of taste

that the vegetable curry had only spinach and chic peas. . 'The passive aggressive attitude of.the proprieter means I won't be going back.

31/10/2024: If you want to walk all day with a smile - visit this small restaurant for breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere. I ordered oatmeal, which is served here with berries, nuts and honey. Large portions. If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered the pancakes. Light and delicate like clouds...they really impressed me with their taste. Excellent coffee - a rich, thick aroma with a nutty aftertaste

04/09/2024: We took the Irish sharing. Platter very well presented and everything was very good, the pudding, the eggs and also the desserts. Truly perfect! And the kindness of the staff adds to the moment.
If you pass through Tralee this is a coffee shop not to be missed

24/07/2024: Last minute overnight stayover here was accommodated with a direct to hotel booking. Lovely traditional style family-run hotel. Great town centre location, but yet very quiet. Food in the bar was excellent, breakfast is a nice menu based offering. A genuine warmth about the place, without being over fussy or fake.

30/10/2024: Nice pub, Okay staff but the manager is the one you really to watch out for! Me and my friends liked drinking here. On this night they had a gent in singing Rebel songs which was great fun. However, as we started to sing along the manger approached us and seemed friendly at first. But that was all, he then told us that we were not getting served and to get out of the pub for singing a few songs. He has an awful attitude as a manger and Iāve never been since. Better places in the town to drink.

13/09/2024: Old hotel not renovated, forgotten in time, the rooms very poorly insulated, you can hear the corridors, people talking in other rooms, you can hear other people's showers. In short, an old hotel for old people, even the restaurant for breakfast is old. It doesn't deserve 4 stars or the 225ā¬ for the night. I advise you against it.

Ballyseede Castle Hotel
01/11/2024: My husband and I stayed at Ballyseedy Castle on Sunday 6th October and from the two girls at check in to the lovely lady who Checked us out our stay was wonderful and enjoyable. Beautiful food in the bar and special shout out to Marnie for the fabulous upgrade. Looking forward to returning again shortly
28/10/2024: I stayed in the haunted room. TWICE now! I love it.
This Is a great castle hotel, and not insanely expensive lƬke so many cadtle hotels in Ireland.
Be sure to walk the grounds and see all the outdoor art... its a place to enjoy and relax for a day or two.
Taxi distance from Tralee train station, so you don't even need a car to stay here.
Highly recommend.

22/09/2024: Great breakfast. Stopped on Sunday morning, the restaurant was not to crowded with seats inside and outside available. One of us had the French toast and reported it was fantastic
