28/08/2026: Had such a lovely experience here celebrating my birthday with a friend. When we arrived, the staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming. We were really well looked after during our meal, and the staff went above and beyond to make it feel special. The atmosphere was lovely, and the whole experience made my birthday even more enjoyable. Thanks to the lovely staff & birthday singer for making our night that bit more special, definitely be back again 😊

25/08/2026: This was some of the BEST Italian I’ve had (even better than some places we’ve been to in Italy)! We were seated right away without reservations and were dressed in casual wear even though this was a nicer restaurant. The service was amazing and the food/drinks were served so quickly. We had the spinach & ricotta ravioli, penne arrabbiatta, & chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream. I could have eaten the arrabbiata sauce by itself it was so delicious. The chocolate cake was so light and the icing was divine. We each had the house red wine (montepulciano) & a Bailey’s coffee. Even the drinks were perfection. We were just passing through on our way to Dingle and stopped for dinner. We stumbled upon this cute little restaurant because the pizza place we were going to go to ended up being closed & I’m so glad that we did. They had an indoor/outdoor patio area that was so nice to sit in plus 2 dining seating areas and a back bar area. If you are visiting Tralee or passing through, this restaurant is a MUST!!

09/06/2026: Great garden but be prepared for a hairy narrow road with on coming camper vans and many one way stretches. Restaurant food OK but be prepared to pay the bill while you are in the middle of your lunch, not good practice, they either need to change to pay on ordering or at end of meal. VERY rude to demand payment in middle of lunch! Not impressed!

29/05/2026: We visited the gardens are they are wonderful lush tree ferns and tetrapanax and other exotics I should imagine kids love it as there are dinosaurs carved out of old tree stumps great fun !

20/10/2026: One of the nicest fish and chips I've had. The light batter on the fish was such a nice change from the normal beer batter. We got the fish and chips and scampi and both were top class. To add to the food, they let me wait in my car as my baby was asleep and dropped the food directly to my car in the pouring rain. Proper food and service all in 1!

08/10/2026: Shrimp scampi the batter was falling off and soggy. The actual prawns themselves were decent tough. Just not much flavour. Stingy portion of chips for the kids meal and they don't do batter sausage for it. Better off getting the regular chips and batter sausage. That was also fairly small. They also don't put salt and vinegar on your chips like every other chipper in the country. Said it to the lady and she just just gave packets and said we think people like to do it themselves. No that's a fundamental part of an irish chipper. It was also €16 and so was the fish and chips. Pretty steep. Unfortunately it's the only chipper in the small village. So it's this, the pub or the hotel we were staying in. I feel bad if this is a tourists first of fish and chips.

27/09/2026: I got the smash burger and it was perfect the only surprise was that there was very very few people in there It was my table and 1 other person which is nothing to do with the restaurant but still surprised me, 5 stars will be returning

09/10/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Ranch House! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from, and the drinks were lovely too. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and looked after so well. The young man who served us (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name) was incredibly polite, kind, and friendly, making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our visit. A big thank you to the entire team! Everyone deserves congratulations for their excellent service and the lovely harmony between the staff. It really makes a difference when you can see a team working so well together and genuinely caring about their customers. We would also like to give a special thank you to the chef for preparing such delicious food. You can really appreciate the care and effort that goes into every dish. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable. Keep up the amazing work. We’ll definitely be happy to come back. Highly recommended! ❤️👏

06/08/2026: Hands‑down the best fish and chips we’ve ever eaten — the sauces were delicious, the fish perfectly fried (crispy, tasty, and not greasy at all), and the fries a solid 10/10. If we hadn’t been so full (the portion was huge), we would definitely have tried their desserts and drinks as well, because they looked gorgeous. Impeccable service, too.

22/09/2026: Tasty food and comfortable atmosphere. We didn't feel rushed in the least. The fish special was delicious.

06/09/2026: On holiday from England and so pleased we found this place. Excellent food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. If you come to Sneem this is where you need to eat.

15/07/2026: Kebab House is the best place for delicious kebabs, with fresh food, great flavour, and friendly service every time. The staff are always welcoming, and it’s the perfect spot to catch all the live sports games while enjoying a great meal.

15/07/2026: Kebab House Review ★★★★★ "I finally tried Kebab House, and wow... this place did not disappoint. The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. The chips were crispy, the salad was fresh, and the garlic and chilli sauces were amazing. The portions are massive, so you definitely get your money's worth. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and everything came out hot and fresh. If you're looking for one of the best kebabs around, Kebab House is definitely worth checking out. Overall rating: 10/10. M'Il definitely be coming back!"

16/08/2026: I recently went to Éabha Jones restaurant and was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied by the experience. I was waiting to collect food through their takeaway service in their front room where there is an opening to view the kitchen. I was shocked and appalled to see the chef cleaning leftover dirt off the serving plate by locking his finger and rubbing it against the plate. This happened numerous times which leads me to believe it is a common accurance in the kitchen. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and highly disturbing. It goes against the health and safety rules and puts customers AT RISK . I am disgusted by this behavior and will not be returning here again after this experience. All staff should be highly trained surrounding health and safety precautions and something as disgusting as this should not occur especially in the food industry!!!

15/08/2026: A very good dinner. Fish dishes (especially sea bass) were well prepared with chorizo ​​and vegetables.

13/09/2026: Best breakfast in Listowel. I had the full breakfast and it was really good.

08/08/2026: Exceptional Irish institution. Nothing fancy about it, but that's what makes it beautiful. The food you want at incredible prices and great staff. 5/5

05/04/2026: Don't know what the rave is about , the food is fresh but lacking the effort . The chips are pre bought frozen in the packet , it's middle of the road food to be fair . Oh and please avoid the smithwicks couldn't believe how bad the pint was I had to send it back .

19/03/2026: Lovely meal. Friendly staff. Warm welcome. Great wine. Not too pricey and would definitely recommend. Nice veggie option instead of the vegan burger fare offered elsewhere.

05/06/2026: Stayed for 3 nights, Sophia on reception was fantastic throughout the stay, service and food in bar was great, potato and leek soup was a highlight, pork belly was delicious, great pint of Guinness, definitely be back when in area
