09/06/2026: I didn’t stay here but the staff helped me out with a problem I had for 3 days while in town. Offered me a choice of coffee for free, and a lovely lobby to wait in. The management here is top notch.

04/06/2026: Such a beautiful hotel and welcoming staff. We have a guide dog and they had a fluffy bed for him. The breakfast is delicious and you cannot beat a better location in Kenmare!

25/08/2026: Good food prepared quickly, the only downside was communication problems with the staff.

19/07/2026: Excellent service from the staff. Fast service. The quality of the pizza is what you'd expect from this type of place. Plenty of toppings.

01/09/2026: Excellent vegan choices - not always an easy thing to find in a non-vegan specific cafe. Our selections were delicious. Lovely little buzzy cafe ... highly recommend!

18/08/2026: Busy and interesting cafe in the heart of Clonakilty. Well worth a visit. Good kids play area and spacious tables. Great coffee.

09/09/2026: We came to the pub to listen to music and weren't disappointed! Great atmosphere and the two musicians were fantastic!!! Just let yourself be carried away by the music... And the pub itself is special - a great pub just as it should be!

07/06/2026: Fabulous hotel. Perfect location and we had a beautiful room overlooking the marina. Staff were amazing and we were well looked after. Breakfast was perfect 👌 Highly recommend 👌 We would definitely stay here again.

20/06/2026: Our stay fell well short of expectations for the price we paid (800 per night). If we had paid half of this price, our review would have been more positive but the service levels were way off what you would expect. On arrival, we were left to park our car and deal with our luggage. We had outside activities booked, the fishing was completely confused and the hotel staff didn’t seem to know what was happening. Dinner at the hotel was lovely but the service unhelpful and unprofessional (examples: when I asked how the crab was served the manager did not know, when we asked what cheeses were served the response was “cheeses from around here”). The rooms are nice but not up to the standard of the price, outdated. Lastly the spa was closed and we were pressured to order food in the bar before 9pm (remember this is a hotel at 800 per night) We were told by friends after that management and ownership had changed in recent years and that it was much better before that.

29/05/2026: There’s a free art tour given at 5pm which was incredible - Jonathan’s knowledge was very impressive and just an all round great bloke. Would’ve given a hefty tip if we had any cash! Followed by a few of the best cocktails I’ve ever had in my life - the 1958. Tastes like a spicy marg, looks like a martini. Stunning hotel and the staff were all class, we’d definitely come to stay next time.

25/10/2026: Really disappointed with the breakfast from here. We both had the full Irish, and at €14 to get two small cocktail sausages and no beans or hash browns is crazy. Probably the worst full Irish I have ever had . We had to ask twice for more butter and I had to get up and get cutlery myself (no one brought it). The service was terrible, no chat or liveliness. I got the impression they didnt care too much at all. Overall just a very bad experience. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was beyond poor. If you want a good breakfast, go down to James Longs. Same price and much much nicer overall.

24/10/2026: The food was good and quick. No special atmosphere. And grabbing something tasty quickly was perfectly fine.
