23/11/2025: Just back from another wonderful stay at the Lansdowne Hotel. Everything was top class from the minute we checked in. The hotel is so warm and welcoming and the friendliness from the management and staff is second to none. The location couldn't be better. Have already booked for same time next year.

31/08/2025: non touristic pub with lovely locals. rough humour, but we liked it. the host Teresa is a calm and friendly person, who made us feel very welcome. thanks for the wonderful evening!

26/06/2025: Great neighborhood Italian place open late in Tralee. We got the fungi appetizer, carbonara, and the pesto penne. All were excellent and fairly priced.

22/08/2025: Went on a Thursday eve and sat outside, food was delicious with lots of veggie options, margarita was perfect and service was super attentive. Would recommend a visit when in Killarney. Would recommend the veggie platter - great value for money!

03/12/2025: Great ambiance, nice staff..friendly,great cortado maker…yummy pastries…we had a round berry swirl thingy and an almond croissant….both were made very well within just the right amount of sweetness!! Also took home a rye baguette, it was very good. Looking forward to returning soon for more cortado and pastries!!

22/08/2025: Thursday night we stayed after 12 when the back bar turns into a disco. Wacky mix of American tunes you didn't know you needed to dance to.

20/10/2025: Went here to celebrate my honeymoon with my husband and WOW. They really treated us amazing. The cocktails are so bomb. My hubby got the yew tree and i got the belt and braces and they were the best drinks we had the whole trip. The gruyere mashed potatoes were so good I want to make them for thanksgiving. I got the venison which was good not great but the hostess and the waiter acknowledged our big day, which was so sweet. They gave us a delicious dessert and I am so haopy we came here!

11/08/2025: Want in for a puncture repair but ended up needing two tyres on my daughter’s car. Very efficient staff, especially Jason. Competitive pricing and top class service. Would highly recommend.

22/07/2025: We had a flat tire and took the spare to two other garages before arriving at Moran's. The other garages didn't have our tire size. We were lucky to arrive before their lunch break. Within 30 minutes, the tire was mounted on the rim, replaced, and the spare was back in the trunk. The €100 was well spent! Thank you ;-)

21/08/2025: Been in Ireland 7 years and eaten at all the Indian restaurants in Dublin and nothing comes close to Amaya Fusion. The flavours were authentic, it honestly felt like a trip back home. Every single dish from starters to desserts was spot on. Anjali who served us was absolutely lovely. :)

20/08/2025: Such a beautiful restaurant with adorable amazing interior. Lovely and pleasant staff. My best experience with Indian food. I would like to recommend if you really want to enjoy the ambience as well as food with lovely staff.

01/12/2025: Omg this local bakery is incredible. While most of the baked goods have dairy, there were two vegan options —the chocolate cake and the corn bread—that we tried. Unreal! If you’re driving anywhere near this place make sure to stop in for a treat. You won’t be disappointed. It’s all homemade.

07/07/2025: Oh the smells. Bought some plain scones and jam biscuits. So nice and fresh. Excellent range of baking. Very nice lady served.

07/11/2025: I really like the bar in this hotel, where they have live music. An excellent location at the entrance to the city near Super Valu

04/11/2025: Good hotel, lovely to have parking. Staff were welcoming. Good location if you’re up for a mile walk from downtown. Planning to stay again!

04/09/2025: Visited The Pikeman Bar at The Grand Hotel in Tralee during our road trip in Ireland, based on the recommandation in ‘Rough guide’. The bar area and atmosphere was brilliant. I had the seafood platter salad and I was blown away by the freshness and quality of the food. My partner had the rib of beef which was excellent as well. We were so pleased with the food that we returned the next day for breakfast and the full Irish breakfast was fantastic. Amazing value for the price we paid on both occasions. Highly recommend.
