21/03/2025: I got a good deal from booking.com Really good staff and so convenient restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Or I found the the table drawer filled with all the clothes and someone who lived there before otherwise location wise it's really good worth for money.

18/03/2025: We stayed for 1 night at O'Connors and we really enjoyed it! They are in a very scenic location near the Brandon Viewpoint. Nice traditional pub downstairs that serves excellent food. Breakfast can be added on and was good for the very reasonable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable with an excellent view. There is a carpark beside the pub. We would highly recommend them

25/01/2025: We had stay at this awesome hotel during our honeymoon trip. Rooms are very tidy, clean and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dinner at Fishermen’s was good. We asked them about Halal Vegan food and they managed to provide us up to our demand. Highly appreciated gesture 👍👍 Breakfast chef at Charlie’s Restaurant was very welcoming. Breakfast’s taste was awesome. Overall experience was very good. We will also give reviews at our YouTube handle @DocOnTrail.

23/02/2025: Benners is a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of tralee, its so central, we had breakfast and dinner there which were both delicious. The bar was lovely too with lovely cosy little snugs. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were lovely and spacious, would highly recommend Benners if ever you are visiting Tralee.

14/03/2025: On a 6 night trip to this part of Ireland and Sherwood's didn't reach the standard of all other eateries we stopped at. The seafood chowder was disapppinting as it was more thin sauce/soup than other chowders I've eaten and lacked the creaminess. The quantity of seafood was not plentiful. The minute steak was quite chewy and was not the flattened thin steak that we expected. The staff members were not impolite but also weren't the friendly chatty folks we'd come across everywhere else. The table next to us sent a dish back as it was cold. Overall, a disappointing experience.

15/12/2024: Food is proper and tasty. The burgermear is proper beef (you can almost taste the cow) and the chips are chunky and homemade. The turkey and ham dinner was divine, smokey, yet not overwhelming. Highly recommended rather than going into town

24/03/2025: Lovely spot - clean, warm and kids obviously love it. I particularly like that parents don't have to go in with the kids, it's not too big so even sitting down and having a cup of coffee (good coffee, too!! 😉), you can almost always determine where your child is. There is different foods / snacks available and after each 90 minute session, everyone has to leave and the play area is cordoned off so it makes it easier to get the kids out. If it's not busy they leave people in though, which is great too.

27/10/2024: The staff 2 female were slow and unfriendly we arrived and hovered for 5 mins to see if we had to be seated after we sat down had to go get my own menus even though the staff passed us 3 times without aknolwedging us when I went back up to order I was told to sit down and wait, really its not that hard to hand a menu and say there will be a bit of a wait when they passed us they had no dishes or drinks in hand just a cloth to wipe another table. People who really didn't want to be there. Food came out not a bad wait time we ordered kids pizza, which was made on a stale base not great the pulled pork role held about a teaspoon of pork bit of false advertising should have said bbq sauce baguette may contain traces of pork. 13/10/2024: Llamé a Foleys ayer durante un viaje por West Cork y Kerry, tomé comida en foleys, estuve con un grupo de 9 personas, solemos parar aquí, pero no volveremos a parar ya que el precio de la pinta fue una locura de 6€. 50 por una pinta de Murphy stout , cuando por todo el oeste de Cork y kerry se puede conseguir esto por € 5 . 00 / 5 . 20 , como resultado el personal no recibió propina, 7 € . 50 por una copa de vino blanco, cosas locas,

25/03/2025: Menu was kinda small but that can be a good thing too! Very happy with what I picked it, that pizza has that "I was just baked 30 seconds ago" smell to it, and there was genuinely no wait time for the order- ten minutes or less! Special credit for the service for the lady who took my order, she was very welcoming (even with her problematic opinion on artichokes/j) Will come back for sure

10/03/2025: Top part of a Big Mac missing!!!! We ordered a few items yesterday on drive through. Came back home to eat them and when I opened the box with Big Mac there was top bun missing.We live quite a distance from McDonald's Tralee so we didn't want to waste our time coming back as other food we ordered would be cold by the time so I ate that Big Mac but it is unacceptable. How the staff could pack a Big Mac without a top bun do the box and serve it to the customer is just unbelievable!

10/03/2025: I had a horrible experience in the drive thru. I went up to the speaker and asked for 3 separate orders the worker said no even tho I've always could order separately before. He was so rude and dull it's not that hard to put it in as one order and then just repeat again. This man should be fired or at least trained how to deal with customers because I'm turned off McDonald's in Tralee now and as a result has lost my business
