The best restaurants in Kerry

21/05/2025: Nice looking hotel but no air conditioning makes it hot as hell in May. No hotel should be rated 4 stars without AC. All other hotels we have stayed at on this trip had AC.

20/05/2025: went for dinner, no one met our group at the 'wait to be seated' went into the bar, by the restaurant, no acknowledgement by staff...went elsewhere, shocking customer service, staff need training. My group included three customer service managers from the hospitality industry, if i was a mystery shopper, they would have been sacked.

08/01/2025: One of the nicest pubs I've been to. Great history and atmosphere is always welcoming with a very good pint of Guinness. Worth traveling to if your in the Kerry area

06/11/2024: They no longer have a restaurant. The bar is so friendly and fun. My favorite bar while visiting Ireland. Thank you to the sweet man Jerry for letting me to take his picture. Thank you to Carl for the ideal place to be while visiting from the States. 💕

26/05/2025: Such a lovely spot in centre of town! Everything is made fresh that morning, nice bread. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere in there.

10/05/2025: Great hotel with great staff. Eveningtime pizzas are amazing. Beds are so hard it's like sleeping on the floor, breakfast at 930am was rough. The eggs were rock hard and wasn't much of a selection. But over all a good Hotel

02/05/2025: Arrived from our ~24 straight hours of travel to learn that our reservation was actually for the next day 😣 but Eleanor at the front desk saved us by going out of her way to call another hotel around the corner and secure us a room for the same rate we would’ve paid at Benners! The hotel itself is also gorgeous, highly recommend it

03/05/2025: We arrived at Allos last evening and were delighted by the decor and friendly welcome from the waitress. It was 8.40 and we enquired re a table for 2. After checking with the Chef, an embarrassed waitress informed us that Chef was already cleaning down the kitchen and wouldnt allow any more customers. Unfortunately, we wont be returning. A shame as front of house staff were more than accommodating

26/04/2025: Not coming back here and would never recommend to anybody unless I wanted people to think I was crazy or something. Rude staff and unsanitary, place smells weird, floor is very dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, found hair and a nail on the floor next to the table, no one is wearing hair nets while preparing food and their hair hangs above the food + almost touches food while preparing. They will scam you, we ordered two chocolate cakes and they pick up one small slice of cake and cut it in parts and charge full price the other pre-cut slices sit there. Also the chocolate cake tasted like it was sitting out for days and tasted like moldy plastic in an old house, my brother felt sick after eating it. Don't forget to mix your coffee yourself when served because they seem to not know how to mix a coffee. While we were eating, there were other customers waiting to order and the staff completely ignored them, also the staff are extremely slow when you are ordering. Definitely not coming back here ever. Also quality and taste of food is definitely not worth the price.

22/04/2025: This is a lovely wine bar cafe you can get small bites here also great breakfast menu or lunch very good menu great child's menu very clean, friendly staff very reasonable prices

27/04/2025: We decided we would like a bit of “irish” food, so decided to try the Dingle Pub. Everything was great!! We had a good yummy Shepherds Pie. Friendly staff and food service.

21/04/2025: The food was good and the atmosphere was incredible! The live, traditional music and dancer were a highlight of our entire 8-day trip!! We caught the music/dancing around 4pm. Do not miss this special experience if you spend any time in Dingle. Service was great at this family-owned pub.

06/06/2025: Went here with my family. Everyone enjoyed their meal. From the oysters, prawns, and calamari starters to the sea bass, monk fish, crab claws, and fish and chips. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert didn’t hurt, either. Service was friendly and attentive.

17/05/2025: Where do I start...... The good points 1. Location to town centre is very good. The bad points 1. First room we were put was very small and very dated, smelled musty and bathroom badly in need of a lick of paint. 2. Moved to another room which was larger but again still dated and needing a touch up. 3. Our room couldn't be locked from the inside as latch wouldn't turn. 4. TV didn't work and after asking reception to have someone call up ..... well it still wasn't working when we checked out after our 2 night stay. 5. Mattress was sunken and definitely in need of replacing. 6. Breakfast was such a let down , bacon was hardly cooked and the sausages and pudding didn't look any more appealing. Fruit option was a couple of apples and blackened bananas. Had a cup of tea on the first morning and we skipped breakfast on second day.

06/05/2025: Don’t get me wrong: the food is really tasty, the piwo fresh and cold, the view in general breathtaking. But for us it was the small things: the table was sticky, we were in the back corner and the team seemed to forget about us. And then I think there is a problem with acoustics: 4 tables away was a group of posh Americans talking and it was so annoyingly noisy that we just had to get out as quick as possible. Again, don’t get me wrong: it’s a very nice place with good food: just don’t sit in the back when the place is crowded

31/05/2025: Just visited dingle and took the family to Harrington's for lunch. The service was amazing and the speed was amazing. Food was delicious. The kids also enjoyed a well prepared dessert. Highly recommend

23/05/2025: Decent burgers with a decent staff. Given the prices, it's a great place to go for a quick bite.
