25/07/2025: Would definitely put this as the top place in Tralee for any planned parties or a bit! Had day 2 of the wedding there and Neil & the lads looked after us excellently!! They had us hooked from the minute we went in the door lastbyear to scope out venues for Day 2. Great areas in McCaffreys and the option to spread out to the yard bar or Sean Ogs is fantastic too. Neil is some operator to manage the lot but every one at the bar is tuned in yo be fair

Neil aka the flash was very helpful and gave us all the best tips. He even left the bar to check out what live music was going in the surrounding bars.

21/10/2025: We ordered pizza here in Oct 2025. Staff was friendly and pizza was great and came out fast and piping now. We did take away but the inside was nice and we would have eaten there but were too tired from the days activities. Great pizza and good price.

06/10/2025: The staff and food during our 3 day stay were excellent. Joe, Cyrus and Kendra made us feel welcome and engaged with us during meals and drinks. Prices were reasonable with generous portions and great quality. My wife thought the fish n chips was the best of our trip and my hake was flaky and delicious. Bangers n Mash were top notch too! Gladly we’d stay here again.
30/09/2025: Had a couple days there. Bar noise is terrible but the bar across the street is worse. 3 am the drunks went home. I wouldn't recommend a room anywhere near the front or close to the bar if you want a good night's sleep.

28/09/2025: First visit to the Bus Station Cafe but definitely won't be our last! Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly staff, great menu selection. A little gem of a place.
16/08/2025: Great food, really quick service. Place was spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had the jumbo breakfast, it was delicious and perfect to set you up for the day. Kids were well catered for, even the fussy 7 year old!! Will definitely go there again when in Killarney!

We had the OG burger and both tacos.

13/10/2025: Still dreaming of our delicious Chocolate Guinness cake from our wedding… Gary was a pleasure to work with and even designed the cake to match the flowers on my dress. The cake was moist and the buttercream was not too sweet, just perfect. Setup was seamless and the cake was ready in our ballroom by the time we arrived for dinner. Highly recommend!
02/10/2025: O’Carroll’s Bakery came through for us on short notice with the most delicious vegan cupcakes. My daughter was thrilled to have a safe, egg-free treat for her granddad’s birthday. Wonderful service and amazing cupcakes—we’ll definitely be back!

08/08/2025: Fantastic meal. The marinated chicken was delicious. Stayed afterwards to listen to a bit of live music. The owners were very nice and sorted a taxi for us to head back to our B&B afterwards.
02/07/2025: Great hotel, location is right next to the golf course. The family that operates the hotel are excellent, very kind and personable. Highly recommend staying here if playing Bally.

05/10/2025: Attended a wedding, paid nearly €7 for a pint of Guinness that was rubbish. Very disappointed. Food shabby enough too. Trading on its name unfortunately.
03/10/2025: Poor customer service from the front desk and dinner. Tim from the bar was great. I left my Kindle and when I contacted them they refused to help and told me to handle it on my own. I wasn't charged for a dinner and was told to contact the people that were possibly charged on my own. Checking in we had to wait until the folks in check in finished their private conversation even though I was standing there for several minutes. I would never book an event with this poor service.
