02/11/2025: Beautiful breakfast place! We went at 10am on Sunday and ordered their full breakfast (€14)and the bacon and maple pancakes (€12.50). Food was absolutely delicious, the girl serving us was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

01/11/2025: Food was ok , on entering the fronth glass door was a mess grubby , this place needs a make over , a few big plants and roman blinds to bring down the noise level. Really need to pay attention to tables being properly wiped down and make sure they are steady. Was not what I was expecting Did' nt match with the name , Willow and green. Gave me diner vibes . Staff are lovely friendly, doing their best maybe some need more training. Wont be back 😕

28/12/2025: The cafe was busy when we visited... a good sign. €15 for a single slice of toast with avocado and poached egg seemed very excessive, especially as there was no table service for orders, all of which had to be completed at the counter.... the food was tasty.

03/01/2026: Very bad service We order pizza deal on the big pizza alpino are missing so we bring it back and they said they gonna make fresh and they took the pizza we are struggling with 2 kids in car and then they want us to wait and all other food got cold and kids going mad in the car.

22/11/2025: Can’t get service, we walked in at 1pm , shown to our table , handed the menus and forgotten about . The place was dead . Three other tables waiting on service. I locked eyes with the waiter twice as he walked by me , no one at the bar . This isn’t the first time it has happened. . I’m living in Celbridge fifteen years and always try to support local pubs and restaurants as the hospitality sector is really struggling. Maybe this isn’t the case for McMahons .

22/05/2026: Went in for lunch midweek. Waitress was very polite and friendly. Ordered a soup and toasted special with a mocha. Mocha was quickly served. Food took 25 mins to arrive. I’d understand if it were a big order or if the restaurant was busy. There was only one other table of 4 in the restaurant. Ridiculously long wait time for a simple soup and sandwich order. Soup bowl was size of a teacup. Bill came to €21. Food tasted fine. Wait time definitely put damper on my experience.

18/10/2025: Highly recommended! We tried the doner and chicken kebabs, both were delicious and met our expectations. The place has a nice ambience and friendly staff too.

28/09/2025: Chicken was nice and juicy , the flat bread was good. The lamb kebab was just a tad bit dry but still good flavour.

26/04/2026: Extremely disappointing experience at Fallons of Kilcullen. We arrived for an early dinner with our two young children and from the start it was clear the place was completely disorganised. Multiple items we ordered were unavailable (roast beef, roast chicken, chicken wings, lasagna), meaning we had to keep changing our order several times. Drinks took around 25 minutes to arrive, and after waiting 45 minutes, we still hadn’t received even our starters. Meanwhile, tables seated after us were served before us. We eventually had to leave without eating and scramble to find food elsewhere for our children. While staff apologised and mentioned a change in management, this does not excuse such poor service and lack of basic organisation. As locals, we won’t be returning. The experience we had does not reflect the high rating shown here, so I would encourage others to think twice. We will never be back here again. Very poorly run and extremely frustrating.

18/04/2026: Food was okay but that was about it. Burger bun was dry and tasteless. Side salad was a leaf of iceberg with a scoop of coleslaw on it. Chips were lovely.

20/11/2025: Staff are so nice here and I've yet to meet a sandwich I didn't like in OBriens. Not a fan of the coffee

01/06/2026: Unfortunately after to many 2nd chances I have no choice but to update this review for the wrong reasons. Poor communication when taking orders over the phone resulting in incorrect order when delivered. Side portions are more like half portions now. Meals not as nice as they used to be. Usually have to reheat the food too. Worst of all the food delivery time is atleast 70 + mins majority of the time. Such a pitty as this was my favourite restaurant in the town. Judging by recent/past reviews another loyal customer lost. ×××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××× We have ordered a good few times now over the last 6 months and each time it tastes as good as the last one if not better and it is always hot when delivered. We have also tried a good range of different curries and they are distinctive in their own right and not similar to each other! Always friendly when ordering and never a rush on the phone either. We had friends over from the UK last night and they said its the nicest Indian they have had which is no surprise to me. Thank you Gobhan for personally delivering the food also. Our friends from kildare town have also highly recommended to try the restaurant to dine in they have had great experiences so myself and my partner are looking forward to doing that! See you soon.

28/05/2026: Our group of 19 had a wonderful and filling dinner here in the private room and it was the perfect shift from greasy pub food during our ten day trip. Pakesh and his team were extremely accommodating and the food was fantastic. All dishes were served beautifully and we left full and happy. Thanks so much for helping us to have an enjoyable meal after a pretty stressful day of travel mishaps.
