27/11/2024: I was there yesterday with my friends and the behaviour of a certain employee, that was something that I´ve never seen before.. He literally kicked us out for no reason at all, we were causing no harm to anyone, claiming he´s the manager (obviously not haha, middle aged man, around 50 in a white shirt outside in freezing temperatures doesn´t really sound like it). He was making up reasons to not let us in, even just for the restrooms.. Anyway, this wasn´t my first time there and any other time, everything was fine but this pissed me off and I don´t plan to go there again.

24/11/2024: I recently visited this supermarket, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The store was well-organized, with clear signage making it easy to find everything I needed. The produce section was fresh and well-stocked, and I was impressed by the variety of fruits and vegetables available. The prices were reasonable, especially with some great discounts on essentials. However, the checkout lines were longer than expected, and there weren’t enough staff at the registers to handle the rush. The bakery section smelled amazing, and the fresh bread I bought was delicious. Overall, it’s a reliable place for groceries, but they could improve the checkout process.

18/11/2024: We visited on Sunday evening and the restaurant very busy, we were looked after very well by the waiters and served excellent food.

18/11/2024: Really nice quiet place for some really good food. We had a breakfast and eggs Benedict which were cooked lovely. Portion sizes were very generous and the price was really fair for what we got. Personally thought it was great value for money. Lots of options on the menu also.

10/12/2024: We celebrated my birthday at Foodshala Naas today . it was the most brilliant food I have ever had! Perfectly curated menu. Everyone loved the food. thank you for the dessert for my birthday.

28/10/2024: Without doubt the best coffee shop in Celbridge & Maynooth. Fabulous coffee, available with various milk and flavouring options. Terrific array of freshly baked cakes, croissants protein balls and savoury choices. Interesting selections of gourmet snacks, condiments and oils. Top class barristas, trendy decor, reasonably priced, exceptionally clean and great coffee. Parking available . Early opening. A wfh day treat. A great local small business to support.

28/11/2024: Food is spectacular here. Breakfast hash is a winner every time.

16/11/2024: Small town with a vibrant cafe place and cozy feel. We devoured the veggie Hashes and Blueberry Pancakes, both absolutely devine and portions that absolutely justify the price. We will be back for sure- Highly recommended!

04/12/2024: We had our day two celebrations in Clancys Back Bar on Sunday 24th November 2024. Clancys was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator in the Clanard Court Hotel last year when we went to visit the venue. We went down to visit that day to discuss having our day 2 celebrations there. From the minute we entered the pub to enquire, Emma and John could not have been more helpful. John took all my details and said he would contact me closer to the date. When I say John is lovely to deal with, it’s an understatement. He went above and beyond with every little detail. He took over the planning of the day for me. I had told him we wanted food & a dj, I also said we would like transport to & from the hotel on the night. He organised everything… he contacted a local caterer directly & organised the food for us, he contacted the local taxi company and booked a coach to pick us up from the hotel and collect us, he booked the dj for us… all we had to do was pay. It took so much pressure off us as we were so busy planning the wedding. He honestly couldn’t have been more helpful in the lead up to the night, checking in to see if there was anything else we needed etc. What can I say about the night itself? Unbelievable….. Clancys is such a great spot, we had full access to the back bar and outdoor garden area. When we arrived, John had put up decor around the place; just married signs, mr & Mrs signs etc. which we didn’t even request. He was so so helpful on the night constantly going around to everyone to see if they were ok & needed anything. All the staff were so helpful also. Such a lovely bunch. We finished off our wedding weekend celebrations in the best way we could, I could not recommend Clancys highly enough. We will be visiting the Clanard Court Hotel every year on our anniversary and will be going to Clancys for a drink without a doubt, we already can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much to John, Emma and all the team and Clancys.

26/10/2024: Love this place! Doesn't look great from the outside but we have walked and cycled on the canal here and dropped in for food. Its always good and today was no exception. Tasty, freshly cooked food and excellent friendly service.

18/10/2024: The best decision ever! Choosing to get married at the Clanard Court was truly the best decision we made. From the moment we first visited the venue, Emma and John made us feel completely supported and cared for. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident from day one. Emma was there every step of the way, answering all of our questions, offering fantastic suggestions, and ensuring everything ran smoothly with John on the day. She even went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with one of our suppliers. We are incredibly grateful to Emma, John, and the entire team for making our day absolutely perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

10/10/2024: Such friendly staff, the girls are always so welcoming. . Beautiful fresh , tasty food. I have been going to this bakery for years but I'm only leaving a review now. I am never disappointed with the food. Everything I got today roll with gorgeous fresh cooked chicken and salad. Never disappoints. I bought a fresh bath loaf. It was so tasty. The coffee cake was so delicious. The sponge so soft and made to perfection with exceptional flavour. I have tried all the cakes and hot food too over the years. I highly recommend this bakery. 5 star.
