20/12/2025: Sharkx is the perfect place for a game of snooker and a chat. The atmosphere is great, and it's wonderful to see the business thriving. The staff are excellent, especially Leon, who is approaching 12 years with the club—fair play to him! Note: The tables do get fully booked quite often, so be aware that it gets busy!

08/08/2025: It was an old room with a lot of mold and mildew in the bathroom and no amenities in the room, no slippers, no toothbrush... none of that. Considering the price I paid, it was extremely poor.

17/12/2025: Check in was packed and we had a small wait but it went well. Our room was the Jr Suite and it did not disappoint. Room was spacious and it had Netflix if you wanted to login yourself and watch. The layout was a bit odd as we had to go up the elevator to the 1st floor from the lobby and walk through a bar and down a hall and go up another elevator to get to our room. It’s a bit of a maze but we made it eventually. We had a one night package and it included dinner and breakfast. We had braised beef and filet steak for dinner which was great and the cheesecake would be my recommendation for dessert. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but it was still nicer than being at home. 😆 I think the only thing missing was a small fridge in the room and maybe an ice machine 😅.

17/12/2025: Highly recommend, had a lovely stay here! Rooms were great so comfortable and spacious, and the hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had the steak in the Oak and Anvil and cocktails upstairs, all was delicious and steak cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to come back!

28/06/2025: First time in Monasterevin and Brennans was a great surprise, family run bar with decades of history and history. We were immediately offered the tour when we arrived, which was brilliant. Highly recommend it.

27/05/2025: Awesome little pub. It has “the white horse” on the building, so maybe a recent name change? We just stopped in for 1 drink whilst driving through the Mountains/countryside. Beautiful pint and really reasonably priced. The staff were also incredibly friendly. Great place.

27/11/2025: I'm a local so a little biased but The Darchini has served me some of the most amazing Indian food I've experienced. I lived in the UK for years, had many friends with Native Indian parents who lived to cook for us, the Darchini 100% meets their standards!!

24/11/2025: This is one of the best indian restaurants in Ireland. We were in confusion in choosing the food from the menu. Service people helped us to choose their best. Food was delicious and service was excellent too. We had a very nice time here. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

13/09/2025: My second time coming here for afternoon and yet again a lovely experience. The ladies at the tea room are very friendly🥰 Delcious cakes and loved the pear almond scone in particular. Great value on groupon, looking forward to being back again!

15/08/2025: This is a lovely little tea room recommended by 2 other people i had talked to, with its little cups and saucers but the food was lovely. We had afternoon tea as part of my friends 50th. We loved it. We got an extra pot of tea and sat in the outside dining space. The staff are lovely and its really good value for money.

27/11/2025: I was here with a group of friends and although the service is always good from staff, "management" have a lot to answer for on their customer service skills and have frankly turned me off ever returning. At around 10pm, myself and my partner went to Supermac's to get an ice cream and decided to purchase cookies for our friends and when we returned to Brady's, Declan welcomed us with rage, stating "you're not coming in here with that, are you serious? We employ kitchen staff and this is an insult", when the kitchen had already closed for the night. Additionally, when we said we'd stand at the entrance and finish our ice cream before re-entering, he screamed at us saying "get lost back to Supermac's where you came from". Had he approached us more respectfully we would have more than understood his reasoning. As you can imagine, the above quotes are adjusted so that my review isn't blocked. Even when approached following the incident to apologise for our misunderstanding and make things right, Declan proved that he had no communication skills and decided to make yet another fuss of the situation. It was evident that he was only there for the power trip and seems as though he'd happily do it for free. If you're so proud of who you employ, let your bouncer do his job and stay out of it. Thankfully there are many other great bars within a stones throw and we headed to The Roost afterwards and had a fabulous time!

27/10/2025: Tried this place out on a Saturday for brunch. Egg toasty was solid and the americano coffee hit the spot.
