27/09/2026: Middle Eastern Chicken I like 👌

12/09/2026: We had peanut crunch bowl, middle eastern chicken bowl and two taco wraps and they were so flavourful. Perfect blend of crunchy veges with roasted chicken and amount of sauces. Taste was divine and chicken is halal. We'll recommend and will come to try other flavours too.

21/09/2026: WOW. The scrambled egg on homemade soda bread was UNREAL. The bread was so tasty. And great value too at 7.95. RECOMMEND. The views and food are fab! Couldn’t even post a proper picture because I had already milled though it.. I got lost in the fast, then thought I have to write a review.

28/07/2026: Really good food every time I order. Everything is fresh, tasty and arrives hot.They’ve also added milkshakes to the menu, which I really loved, especially the strawberry one. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good takeaway in Rathangan!

15/09/2026: Bit of mixed feelings about this place, it's hard to find the door, open the big door on the main street as if going into someone's house. It does have a big sign saying Open, but honestly? We weren't to sure if we had walked into someone's house. The decor is quite dark, the place is spotlessly clean. I had the open cheesy chicken cajun melt, the portion is enormous, it's very tasty. However, couldn't even finish it. I would have preferred the coleslaw and salad on the side. A smaller portion, salad on the side at a smaller portion would be ideal for lunch, at a cheaper price to cut down on waste. My son had the chunky? Roll, again, delicious, but the portion was too big. The food is lovely, staff are friendly. Another person had some eggs on toast, Again it looked delicious but definitely massive.

22/06/2026: Stayed here for the Metallica weekend. Very strange goings on in this place. On multiple occasions at various points of the day or night people tried to enter our room - presumably staff. On one occasion, at 8:45am a staff member did actually enter our room without knocking, and quickly scurried away when they saw it was occupied. Throughout our stay, our room was missed on the cleaning rota both days and we had to contact staff on day two to have this rectified. There was no shower gel in the bottle when we arrived, and it was not refilled when requested. On the plus side, the bed was fantastic and the room itself was adequate. Reception staff also friendly and helpful but there appears to be no correlation between the front of house staff and the general operations of the hotel. Location is great though.

21/06/2026: Very friendly staff. You do need to check in on the machine but the staff is ready to guide you through it. The bed is in a funny position in relation to the tv but it is very comfy. The shower door is only half but it didn't really wet the floor. The safe wasn't bolted. But everything was clean, quiet. Breakfast was good. It felt safe to walk around. Lots of options for food and drinks. Close to Trinity college and Temple bar, about 10-15mins walk. Stephens green is very nice to visit as well. Close to transportation if you plan on getting the bus from the airport.

05/09/2026: Lovely old man bar with live music on Friday nights bringing in diverse crowds (aka women 😂) nice vibes and atmosphere. Good service and cold drinks

22/08/2026: Decent bar that can be quite sociable that played on the Saturday night I was in amazing Irish music that was a pleasure to listen to especially on my first ever visit to Ireland 🇮🇪 🙂

13/09/2026: The lasagna was overcooked and the pasta sheets were too mushy. The apple pie was disappointing for something so simple. Overall, the food was average. The tables were so close together that I almost hit the woman sitting next to me.

21/07/2026: A great place, I highly recommend it. It's quiet and peaceful when you need it, and when you need it, there's live music, singing, and dancing. A wonderful place!

27/06/2026: I was totally fabagastist that the locals just PUSHED YOU OUT OF WHERE YOUR SITTING!! For HOURS! They just marched in and told me to move over to the corner table. Then stared playing cards for money which is illegal in a pub and after telling them that they could have my table one of the guys kept pushing me out and even though my Corner table at this stage was being pushed into the corner now. He put his drink on my table and sat in the middle of both tables until he pushed me over more and more into the corner where I had my backpack. I’ve never been in a situation SO CLANNISH, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.

15/08/2026: Three night stay. Comfortable double room. Pleasant overhead rainforest shower. Lighting was a bit dim though in main and bathroom. Air conditioning didn't quite work, but the room wasn't too bad ventilation wise despite the summer heat. Top marks for the Osprey Bar that fed and watered me superbly. Options included chicken and chorizo tagliatelle (4+/5), burger stack (4/5), cajun chicken Cesar salad (5/5) and double peperoni pizza (4+/5).

02/08/2026: Top class Hotel with excellent service. Very child friendly. Good food. Reasonable prices Wode variety of drinks

10/05/2026: A very nice local pub with good Guinness, friendly and helpful staff and chatty locals. There is also live music over the weekends, till around midnight, around then the bar closes the doors to new customers but you can still sit in and finish your pint.

04/05/2026: Good local bar with sport on television, live music on the weekends. If you want to stay rooms are comfortable and spacious but not for early sleepers. No food just snacks like crisps and nuts :(

21/06/2026: If you can't make your own curry sauce at least get the store bought stuff right. How can you get McDonald's Curry sauce wrong. But jesus make your own ffs.

17/07/2026: The cafe at Teeling is my daily ritual with our cockapoo Charley. I can't say enough about the incredible staff and outstanding coffee. I've never had a daily coffee (& dog treat routine) that now feels like a community. Whoever is doing employee recruitment finds just fantastic people! Dogs are not only welcome here but will feel lots and lots of love.

01/07/2026: They dropped half my food on the floor and offered to replace it with different food I could not eat, not a refund. I paid for a full sandwich and only got half. Also kitchen is very cross contaminated, my veggie sandwich was cut on a tray where I could see meat from other sandwiches still on it. Friend's drink had to be remade twice due to allergens. Food is fine, but would recommend steering clear if you have allergens or are vegetarian.
