23/03/2026: We had our daughters 21st here and I have to say it was fantastic start to finish . Ray was an absolute gent and could not do enough for us . From helping to decorate pulling pints and DJ . Fantastic venue. Pints top class And the bar staff were on point all night. Thanks for everything

18/07/2026: We visited Delhi Bar & Restaurant recently and had a mixed experience overall. The plating was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was lovely. The puri prawn was tasty with a lovely chaat-like flavour, though the portion size was small. The garlic coriander bread was good. However, the garlic chilly chicken tikka starter was very hard and dry — it appeared to have been reheated. When flagged to the waitress, we only received an apology with no follow-up from the chef or manager. The rice portions were disappointingly small for the price. The biggest letdown was the Chettinad chicken masala — it lacked salt, flavour, and honestly bore no resemblance to a Chettinad dish at all. The only saving grace was the toffee pudding with ice cream, which was delicious despite being slightly underheated inside. Overall, while the presentation and ambiance impressed, the food quality needs serious improvement.

05/08/2026: Absolutely delicious food, creative combination of flavours, friendly down to earth service, stylish decor. We dined in the restaurant rather than the bar, both are relaxed style. Busy enough on a Wednesday evening, nice ambiance. Looking for an excuse to return soon. 😀 Price reflects what I'd expect for this type of cuisine unlike the experience in some places nowadays.

06/09/2026: I love this place ❤️ Good location, amazing huge space inside with different cozy areas for any taste, attentive and polite staff with a personal approach, and delicious meals for good price. It’s definitely worth to visit!

06/09/2026: Leaving 1 start because is not kids friendly. Love this place. But if you come with your child by prepare to receive advices and parenting what to do and not.

15/08/2026: Had a lovely afternoon tea today with family, the food was delicious, staff very friendly and beautiful grounds and cafe. Will definitely visit again, lovely knitted creations at the reception too. Highly recommend a visit.

21/09/2026: Standard cafe. Nothing special. Food and coffee nice. Grand for a pop in of your out. Nice and clean.

01/09/2026: Nice clean cafe in Glenroyal hotel. Overpriced cakes and coffee. Visited again today,...looks like a price hike in coffee 4.50euro had to laugh, so, instead of having 2 coffees a week it's now down to one. I'm saving and Glenroyal soda losing, maybe twice because coffee is cheaper elsewhere and just as nice. It's merchandise is also expensive for a cafe market.

17/09/2026: Unfortunately, we had a really unpleasant experience here. We were already getting ready to leave when an older gentleman behind the bar very rudely told us to get up from our table so that a group of older women could sit there. There was no explanation whatsoever. While we were gathering our things, one of the women even pushed my friend off her chair instead of simply waiting for us to leave. We were absolutely shocked by the way the situation was handled. If someone had simply communicated with us politely, we would have had no problem at all. But being treated like this while we were already leaving was completely unnecessary and made us feel very unwelcome.

09/09/2026: We happened to eat at The Roost for lunch one day during our holiday in Ireland. The welcome, service, and food were delicious. The vegetarian burger and its sides were excellent! The waitress was very friendly (and I'm not just saying that because she's French 😉).

28/07/2026: Attended a function there recently.The pub had a great atmosphere,and the service and crack was excellent.Not a large premises but what it lacks in size it makes up in in every other way.The staff were very helpful and the pint was spot on. A real welcoming country pub.

06/07/2026: Drove out from edenderry to try this restaurant and it’s on another planet to the places we have

22/08/2026: Really lovely spot at the edge of the forest, good sandwiches and hot dogs for around €6-7. The pastries are good too; we had a lemon cake and a coffee cake with a nice frosting, about €3-4 a slice. American coffee was around €3. I highly recommend it for an afternoon snack or a picnic lunch. It has nice tables and comfortable seats too.

08/08/2026: Nice location but thats it unfortunately. Very expensive. €4.80 for an ice pop and €7 for a small milkshake is extortionate. Plus the coffee wasn't good at all, full of ground coffee bits

15/08/2026: Great breakfast brunch and lunch spot in Naas. Excellent all round very friendly staff.

25/06/2026: Lovely place to have some breakfast and coffee. I had the French toast and a cappuccino. Generous portion and great service.
