11/03/2026: What a disappointment, food was very low standard, won't be coming back

08/03/2026: It was my Mum's 80th birthday and we had all our family from 91 to 8 years old in the restaurant, the service and food was amazing, very friendly staff and at a reasonable price considering the quality of food served . Thank you to all of the fallons staff

25/06/2025: Fletcher’s Bar is one of those places that just gets it right. It’s cosy, friendly, and full of character – a proper traditional pub that doesn’t try too hard, because it doesn’t need to. It’s dog friendly (always a win), and there’s a real laid-back vibe that makes you feel instantly welcome. The kind of spot where you can walk in on your own and end up chatting with someone at the bar like you’ve known them for years. Best of all? They serve Murphy’s – and not many places do these days. It’s poured perfectly and tastes just as it should. Just the place to take the dog after a walk, Fletcher’s ticks all the boxes. Can’t recommend it enough.

26/08/2025: The old man employee (not sure if he's the manager or what) is just as rude as many of these other reviewers have said. I met up at the cafe today with a friend to do some work after lunchtime. My friend ordered a coffee, but I had already eaten, so I did not order anything. After a while, the employee chastised me for not ordering anything and said, "We're not an office." No, you're a coffee shop in which people regularly take their time to do some work on a laptop! The restaurant was about 2/3rd empty at this time. There was PLENTY of available seating, and I did not see ANYONE waiting for a table. I'm sure the owner is going to give the same reply that they need to facilitate turning over tables, but that response holds absolutely no water when the restaurant is mostly empty. Owner, you need to stop making excuses for this rude employee. Though I did not order anything today, I have eaten at the bistro in the past, so I have contributed to their business. But I will never, ever return after being treated so rudely. That employee just hurt his business' long-term profits rather than increase them. Do not be short-sighted and isolate customers when there is no need.

12/03/2026: I arrived at 1 p.m. because, as a pilot, I had no choice. Thinking I would be able to get a room around 2 p.m., I waited until 4 p.m. The room was ready, but Raquel at reception wouldn't listen to reason. The hotel wasn't full. What's more, there were cobwebs in the room.

18/07/2025: Restaurant is nice and cosy however the customer service is beyond terrible,just a bunch of kids awkwardly standing there. We had to wait an hour and twenty mins for our food. The price is not worth what you get, portions are very small. Terrible service, long wait and have the nerve to slap on 15% service charge for that experience. There was 11 of us, not likely any of us will be back!

02/07/2025: It used to be good but now it has deteriorated. There is no flavor, no taste. How can chef make the veg pakoras which are not properly cooked . It’s bizzare. Literally, the gram flour is raw inside. If someone is paying for food then can at least expect this much.

02/11/2025: Beautiful breakfast place! We went at 10am on Sunday and ordered their full breakfast (€14)and the bacon and maple pancakes (€12.50). Food was absolutely delicious, the girl serving us was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

01/11/2025: Food was ok , on entering the fronth glass door was a mess grubby , this place needs a make over , a few big plants and roman blinds to bring down the noise level. Really need to pay attention to tables being properly wiped down and make sure they are steady. Was not what I was expecting Did' nt match with the name , Willow and green. Gave me diner vibes . Staff are lovely friendly, doing their best maybe some need more training. Wont be back 😕

26/06/2025: Popped into JB Mahoney recently and honestly, what a find. It’s got that rare mix of proper character and a genuinely warm atmosphere that makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. The Guinness? Spot on, creamy, smooth, poured with care. You can tell they take pride in it, which is more than you can say for a lot of places. And if you haven’t tried the Algerian, you’re missing out – bold, rich, and absolutely delicious. A proper pint to remember. The bar staff are brilliant, friendly, funny, and somehow manage to keep everything running smoothly even when it's packed. Even, the teachers chap I was speaking to inside. JB Mahoney’s strikes that perfect balance: welcoming, down-to-earth, but with real quality behind the bar. Whether you're in for a quiet one or a few rounds with mates, this place just gets it right.

31/12/2025: Delivery arrived cold and so late, plus a burnt attempt at bruschetta, not acceptable.

20/03/2026: I arrived at the roost just after 23:30 and was told the bar was closed despite saying it was open til 2:00 on Google management and ownership clearly don’t care about false advertising which could lead to a lawsuit, I would avoid at all costs

05/02/2026: Was there last night Dj John Gibbons was playing and he was brilliant as always, staff doormen all super professional great place

06/01/2026: Lovely night spent in Donatellos last Saturday night. We were a party of 10 and we were made feel so welcome by every staff member, there was an overall inviting, warm, friendly atmosphere, the food was amazing and service was exceptional. We would highly recommend Donatellos.
