12/01/2025: With been a food a holic come past 9pm and living in a town with not one nice take away I travel far for my food .... Naas .... Dublin ..... So I was heading for a normal take away into naas hit the lights at Tesco extra and got this brain wave I'm absolutely delighted I went with it the staff are genuine and the food was amazing I got chips and it's very hard to find nice chips around anywhere but these were old style classic chipper chips and the batter sausage was delicious and crispy I would recommend anyone looking for a quick bite and wants some decent food to go here ..... I will be back ..... Thanks for the food

26/05/2025: Was there on Saturday, food and coffee was lovely but the 2 members of staff were so rude. No customer service, wouldn’t even look at us while we were ordering and then forgot about our food and coffee. Such a shame because it ended up tasting lovely!

26/05/2025: The sandwich and coffee were nice, mustard was also a nice touch. The girl serving us was incredibly rude and ignorant. The coffee shop was empty at this point and we were still waiting 15 minutes for the sandwich. I overheard one staff member say the sandwich was burnt, another staff member said "it was just a bit crispy". There was a smell of burning and she made another one to be fair to her (we were just waiting at the table but could over hear this, the burnt sandwich wasnt and issue etc it was more the carelessness of the staff, when I asked for the sandwich she hesitated and I asked if they were closing soon as it was no hassle if they were closing soon). As we waited the girl who took our order made a comment that we didnt get our coffees yet. Obviously not as we were the only customers sitting infront of her. She stood eating cookies from a tray that had just come out of the oven (they did smell quite nice). She also stood talking to her friends who called into the coffee shop and left after a few minutes. None of what has been mentioned above would be an issue if we had of been treated nicely. Its not often I leave a bad review and this review should isnt aimed at the business owners but staff cannot treat their customers like this. She was rude, very short with me when I asked for the sandwich and stood complaing to her friends about how busy they were all day. Completely fair but once again coming from someone who works in hospitality - dont act like this infront of customers, dont speak in a condescending tone and I expect that the respect I give should be returned. Once again - acting in this manner towards your customers has a knock on effect to how others percieve the business and ultimatley it is the business owners who suffer the brunt of this. This was the rudest encounter I have ever had with somebody serving me whether it be a restaurant, a pub or a coffee shop. My partner who was with me looked at me as our order was being taken in shock as to the tone the girl spoke to us in.

02/05/2025: Excellent hotel 5 stars me and my wife love Dublin and this hotel was excellent value for money amazing views and Dublin as a city I love it and another thing is Guinness always tastes better there aswell we spent 4 days here with our daughter's and they loved it aswell

06/05/2025: We regularly go here for breakfast, the kids love the porridge, everything is made to order, the staff and very friendly and accommodating and so helpful, one of few places that give proper sourdough bread with breakfast. The coffee is so good here. Lovely place to eat with a great modern interior.

23/05/2025: Went to a birthday party yesterday. Lovely location , really nice. Good food. But services, disappointing, staff passing by turning heads the other way around, Not happy faces or customers service, no forks,napkins on the table, and dirty glasses . The waiting for someone to stop, take the order or ask for a fork a glass or ketchup for kids or something or get the bill was extremely long. That’s not how I expect to enjoy when going out with family.

25/05/2025: We celebrated our son's communion Friday gone in the refurbished function room in the Newtown Inn. A massive thank you to Ray, James and Stevie for making our day so special. The function room is such a lovely space for family gatherings, it was so convenient to have the bar open for us which we really appreciated and the catering was all sorted in house from Naked Pizza and also received rave reviews all round. I was delighted to have the freedom to put my own decor in and we really felt that nothing was too much trouble. The kids especially loved that we had use of the television for music etc. We look forward to planning more family events here in the future! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The food was absolutely incredible – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was, and it truly added to the magic of the day. The service was just as outstanding; the staff were not only professional but also so warm and fun to deal with, making us and our guests feel completely at ease. Their attention to detail was second to none — everything looked exactly how we had envisioned it. Fallons brought our dream wedding to life and we are so grateful.
