17/05/2026: Went in here for a coffee while in the queue a man behind me was asked what he would like I was left standing there then some finely ask what they could get me when I gave my order waiting on ot other girl came and said how much I turned said I've paid already I'm waiting on my order left standing there 🙃 one the girls came with tea and coffee asked where would I like sit mind you only on my own so why would I what tea and coffee make it worse no manger around at all I really don't think the staff know what the are doing will never be going there again

26/06/2026: 5 stars, wery nice pub. For whoever trawels along grand canal on e-bike it is perfect place to recharge. Ther's a backjard with 6 avaiable sockets so multiple bikes can be charged at once, there's beer an food. Wery nice place to make a rest stop, I highly recomend this place

01/08/2026: It's honestly the worst burrito you will get. It pales in comparison to a boojum. The server hasn't a clue how to mix the fillings in comparison to boojum. The miniature scoop of beans they give you is an absolute disgrace accompanied by the shocking little drizzle of sour cream finished with a mere sliver off Chipotle sauce. With these factors getting a big burrito as they call it even though its still tiny by boojum standards it becomes as dry as the Sahara dessert even drier because of the servers inability to mix the fillings. The price is outrageous aswell for two people getting two meals it totalled 48 euro. That is preposterous as there is 0 value in it. Boojum is much cheaper and much tastier.

05/07/2026: I have ordered a takeout from here twice and had it delivered. Both times I have been left short something. The first time it was rice, and this time it was chips. It's very obvious that they don't check their orders before going out to their customers. On both occasions I checked the recipes and had been charged for both items. When I rang the first time I got the usual excuses, but they never credited my card. This time I just didn't bother calling, however they we never ever receive any more business fron this household. Truly bad service. David.

16/07/2026: Needed to use the bathroom so nipped in here.Friendly barman directed me to them.They were spotless.Few lads were sitting at the bar and the pints looked good.I’ll try it for a pint someday.

03/05/2026: Just got dinner- very good would definitely go again! The wings were GREAT. I’d go back just for them. The pasta could’ve had more seasoning but the fish was super fresh and the fries with gravy were very tasty. Some of the best food I’ve had in Ireland.

18/09/2026: Superb fresh fish and the taste of salt & chili is absolutely gorgeous! Been there during Mother’s Day evening and it’s almost full house. Were arranged to sat in their Garden section and the atmosphere is really nice. Friendly and attentive staffs although they are really busy in the restaurant. Definitely will go back!

06/09/2026: The café itself is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere, and all the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. However, two things have really put me off. This is the third time I have visited and found the toilets in a very poor state. I won’t even mention the mirror, which looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed. It simply doesn’t seem as though the toilets are being checked regularly. It is also the third time that I have seen one price on the menu and then been charged a different price at the till. We have mentioned this to the staff before and were told that the owner would be informed, but nothing appears to have changed. I don’t know whether other customers have raised the same concerns, but these are two recurring issues that make me think twice about returning.

30/08/2026: I wasn’t sure whether I should leave a review or not, but after my experience today, I feel the owner should know about it.. Yes, the place isn’t particularly clean. Yes, it can be quite disorganised. Yes, it’s expensive for what they offer. But there’s one thing that has happened to me on every single visit, and today was the last straw. I always ask for my coffee first. As simple as it sounds, I even make a point of telling the waitress that I’d like the coffee to come before the food. They have failed to do this on every single visit. And today was the last one. How can a barista or waiting staff be so slow that they can’t get a coffee to the table within 10 minutes?( not once or twice..)Especially when you’ve specifically asked for it first I don’t expect perfect service, but I do expect basic things to be done… Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I won’t be coming back…

17/09/2026: Had dinner 17/09/26 at this bijou Indian restaurant in Clane. The food was fresh and delicious and service attentive. Would recommend this to all!
