The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the poor ventilation; we left with a strong food odour in our clothes, which was quite unpleasant.

13/05/2025: We spent a perfect night at the Delphi Resort with my partner and our baby, and we will cherish the memory of it with exceptional memories. The setting is simply magnificent, surrounded by soothing and spectacular natural surroundings. The place is very peaceful, impeccably clean, and the service is impeccable. Our room was very pleasant, well soundproofed, and perfectly equipped. The value for money is truly excellent. The evening meal was delicious, as was the breakfast buffet, which was very generous and varied. A big plus for the family welcome: everything is designed for children and babies. The crib was ready upon our arrival, high chairs are available, the staff is attentive, and the children's menu is homemade and affordable. We were truly able to relax and enjoy the moment. We will gladly return, perhaps for a short stay this time, as the experience was so pleasant and relaxing.

27/12/2024: I've been putting off writing this review because the prospect of saying everything that needs to be said is daunting. Maybe impossible. And also because I nominated them for a wedding venue award, which took awhile. My wife and I had our wedding and reception here in October for about 30 people. The atmosphere was perfect - cozy and intimate but not overcrowded or stuffy. It felt comfortable and homey but not cheap. A quintessential country pub, with all the tradition that carries. The food was incredible (spit-roasted local lamb over an open hearth turf fire, anyone?), the photographer was great, and the music (both live and DJ) was sincerely amazing. Everything was included in the wedding package, even two nights at a stunning cottage overlooking the lough. But Naoise, the coordinator, truly sent it over the top. She was constantly available, proactively engaged, and just went miles above and beyond to remove the stress of planning a wedding from overseas. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. They made us feel somehow simultaneously celebrated and part of the community. It was a perfect wedding. Absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a genuine human experience from an alternative microwedding venue that boasts waterfront dining in a rural Gaeltacht community, this is your spot. We laughed, we cried, we danced, and we cannot stop talking about it. It might not be my home, but it now occupies a suspiciously home-shaped place in my heart. Naoise, we'll be back!

12/04/2025: Such a nice experience on Thursday evening with the traditional music and all people singing, I loved it

07/05/2025: Had a lovely Mchughs Salad and the girl who served us was so lovely and so kind to my son which means a lot.

25/03/2025: Wow! Simple ingredients put together so interestingly. Some talented and super friendly people in that building. Had an amazing quick lunch while visiting Ballinrobe, followed by a delicious flavoured coffee. Couldn’t help but return the next day!

18/04/2025: There are no faults I could find with Martino's takeaway, I have eaten here about fourteen times, and Martino's is my first preference takeaway when I am in the mayo area. All the food on the menu is scintillating great even the curry sauce is 100% perfect flavour. If I was to find a fault it would be the curry sauce portions are a bit small. If you decide to eat here, you will not be disappointed the pizzas are 5 star restaurant standard. There is a well laid out seating area comfortable spacious and clean , The staff are very friendly and welcoming .

26/02/2025: Very cramped seating. Food ok but nothing special. Staff helpful and good natured. In the past I had a cheese and ham toastie which was inedible. Toast not toasted, sliced processed cheese and ham tasteless. This time I had delicious homemade soup with brown bread.

31/01/2025: All the staff here are so nice and chatty my one gripe is I think the owner should now relocate to a bigger premise. As a few times I've walked past and it's busy and the tables need to be bigger. Which they can't be as the eating area would not be big enough should move to the shop that's closed across the road bigger floor layout
